Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Status of my order is "on hold" and I don't have any updates and I can't convince them to answer me! I'm already happy to get device in a white color! But there is no way to get in touch to Tomtop! They just ignor all my letters sent to them!

Hello everyone!
I'm shocked of the work of the Tomtop customer service. I found electric scooter Xiaomi M365 Black for 380 euro on there website. I tried to rder it, but on the checkout price was 490euro. I contacted to there customer service and explained the problem. There reply was " Because the German warehouse is out of stock, the Chinese warehouse is more expensive. Because there is freight at the customs."
I answered that acording to there website information is different and there are avelliable 20 items. After that I tried white color and price wwas 380euro. So I bought the device in white. But after that I tried to order a black one again! And the price was 380 euro as well! I asked the same person from chat to change the order or if its impossible just to cancell it. After that I stayed online in chat 1 hour! Waiting for the reply, and getting automatical messages about staing on the line! After 1 hour cjat was ended from there site without any answers and resolutions!
Worst customer support I ever experienced! Don't recommend to dela with them!
If there acting like that with the people who just payed money, I can only immagine what they will do after!

I bought one LiPoly charger as genuine but it was a fake. On arrival the charger not contained the genuine hologram on the back like the real thing. Tomtop advertised the item as genuine, and original.
The fake charger was cought fire one day and my room was almost burned down... I had to repaint the walls and such. So don't buy from there, cheap fake products...

I purchased Carote pots and pans on December 1st 2023 as a christmas gift for myself.
But this company hadn't sent me any information for 3weeks. So I had started contacting them so many times. And I finally received the items more than a month later. Didn't make Christmas or even new year. I was disappointed with the Huge delay. But more to came. The box which I received was a dirty nasty box. It didn't look like new pots and pans sent in there at all. But I still had a hope until I opened it. But My hope totally got disappeared when I opened it.
Pots and pans were put directly in the dirty box AND those items are fake but also got damaged.
There are no Carote logos on the all pans and pots. Items were Totally different as advertised.
So I've restarted contacting them about horrible items. I requested refunds but they didn't accept it for long time. But they should have refunded my money. I pushed them strongly to refund.
And they said we will accept your request but you have to return the items with tracking number and the expense is on me.
We will refund you After we received the items.
I was like what!?
There isn't any fault for my side but they said pay the postage to me. What a ridiculous company.
I've asking them why I have to pay the shipping fee. And still waiting for their response.
Stop scamming people Tomtop.
Stop selling fake items as genuine, as original
Refund us immediately.
If you don't take responsibility for this.
We will correct the people who were scammed by TOMTOP and will sue Tomtop all together.

I ordered my oneplus 5 almost 3 months ago and I was worried cause it was my first time ordering from this site, first it took them 4 days to complete the payment then it took them about 10 days to ship the phone then tracking came up 5 days later and that was okay but it never arrived at my door and they told me to go to the post office and customs office to check if it's there but my package hasn't even arrived at my country and I wrote them at least 10 emails about how I want my money back because they told me if my package is still shipping after 50 days they will return my money but they always say sorry and they always change the subject and they don't want to return the money.

I ordered a smartwatch for my project on 5-Apr. I paid 20$ extra for express shipping(3-6) days delivery. Today is 27th, I haven't received my item. They are not responding to my emails. When I am tracking the order it is showing that it was handed over to airline since 12-Apr. Now the item is of no use for me. They wont refund me. They cheated me.

I have two orders that I did about 70 days ago, one of them returned to the origin, and the other one there is no shipping information, and I try to get a decent answer from Tomtop, and they NEVER do!
After 2 months waiting and checking that the product will never arrive, I asked for refund, and the only return they give to me is to wait for the product! Even when I showed them the tracking information confirming that the product was returned to them!
They are not worried with the costumer! They don´t care at all if you will receive your product or not,, as long as they received your money!
Terrible Store!
Buy in anywhere else, or you you surely have serious problems in receiving your product or your refund!

I ordered an electronic product for about 660$ and tried to cancel my order beacause i read so many bad experiences from this site - i tried to call them, wrote a lot of emails and tried the live chat.
I just got in the live chat the information my product is not in stock and it will be at their warehouse in 10 days. I got this message for 4 times - after i said i want to cancel my order they startet ignoring me.
It's impossible to communicate with them so my money is gone.
It would be nice to be in china in holiday and meet These tomtop guys in real! I worked really hard for my money and they stole it.

1st order. Small drone. They did not have in stock, I cancel it, but they do not cancel the whole order. I am left with some batteries that are not worth anything to me.
2nd order. I buy a drone xk x380.
Comes with the wrong battery. I send them photos,... they do not give me any solution. It's been almost 2 months.

The XK X300F drone took for ever to arrive. 2 props came off first lift off. The camera and monitor never worked, upon further inspection it's not even the xk monitor. The reviews below warn about sending it back they will keep your drone and you"ll never hear back from them. This is common practice from these crooks. BOYCOTT TOPTOM

Terrible. Ordered H Board for son for Christmas stayed in pending status for over 10 days and shows as Shipped today 12/23/15... I paid extra for shipping because it was a gift. It is impossible to find contact number (on purpose) and no body responds to emails. I asked for a refund 5 days ago and they have shipped it anyway. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
**** Update 12/29/15**** Still have not been contacted back by company. Still have not received HBoard. Went to tracking number they gave me and it is not a real tracking number. On 02/24/18 I received my order below and it was so shocking to see the poor quality of the fake LOl surprise dolls, my daughter that was waiting for those dolls for 3 weeks started to open the dolls and she found out the scam of products you sell.
I order 4 LoL surprise dolls series 3 confetti pop
None of those were confetti pop, those regular ball and smaller than the original and no confetti pop plus the quality of the dolls was was very bad.
The dolls dont change colors, dont have any caracteristics or the original dolls and were badly painted. And just to make it even worse, 3 out of the 4 dolls were exactly the same.
My daughter is very sad about the products you TOMTOP sell and my self very disappointed from buying from this fake company.

I placed a drone order April 9th. After 6 weeks, I asked where my order was. Was told to wait another 2 weeks. Still no product. They offered a refund or they would resend. When I asked if they had resent, I am told they will send "asap". Will not tell me if or when they will resend. First and last time I will order from TomTop.
Update June 5- I finally got an answer to when they will resend. TomTop support is now saying my order is under "financial inspection"
This company is completely dishonest and unethical. Do NOT order from them.

I have Received the bracelet B15P, order number AN17C15F4938-YEB1L0.
About 3 weeks it is worked well. But yesterday it was stopped working and it cannot be turned on. The screen is constantly black, not responding to the button, not charging. The bracelet is not dropped, no water enters.
