Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

They sold a fake product (with no original box) and it's not even working. It's not possible to reach them by calling but only by email and I said since they sent me a fake product which is completely illegal and they have to pay me back everything what I paid including the shipping, but it is NOT POSSIBLE to communicate with them clearly. What they repeat all the time is that they will only pay me partly and I have to cover the shipping (shiping here and back, so twice). I've just completely wated my time and money. This website should be bent for selling any products in europe!

I ordered from this site for my daughters Christmas presient. They sent a fake tracking number and they don't have a costumer service line if you need to speak with them. They took double shipping expenses and didn't ever send me my daughters hoverboard. What ever you do don't order off this site.

I ordered on 22th december, prepaid: with 1-4 business days shipment. The site said that it has been dispatched on 23th december. From that on there was no information, no tracking number, no confirmation e-mail. On 29th I wrote them to wonder if there can help me track my shipment. Since then we had several e-mails, but there was no point: they said 'just wait', afterwards they just gave me a fake tracking number (no european carrier has a package with this number). I proved them that, but there is no answer. So after 10 business days I have no sign of my package that I have been paid for.

I purchaseed a fpv camera, it did not work I asked to return for a new one. They asked for video of non working cam? How do you take video of a non working cam, it's impossible and they know this. So I took video of a camera sitting on my bench and they still will not replace it. I work to hard for my money please beware.

My first order on Tomtop (order number AN17H08L4356-062TMH) was on 8 August 2017. I found it had some of the lowest prices of smartphones, tablets and all other gadgets, and some could also be shipped from warehouses inside EU for customs free concerns/surprises. However I tried my first order, a Xiaomi car camera, from CN warehouse and was delight to see that I had no problems or delays with customs and it took only 15 days to be delivered in my house in Portugal.
I am very pleased with my first order and made some more already. It is now one of my favourite online stores. It has some of the lowest prices I can find, the products are genuine, and shipping time is very good, and it seems it fantastic customs clearance.
Some of my friends are also starting buying their products from Tomtop.
I will continue buying from Tomtop for sure.

I have dealt with TomTop three times. The first two times were on their ebay store/auctions. That is the best way because of ebays buyer protection which I have had to use many times.
The third time, I had to deal with their customer service after buying an item from their website. After many emails and never getting a result, I fixed the item myself.
Item is supposed to have a warranty, so it broke after a couple months. They asked me to get a quote from a repair shop (item costs $70, repair shop wanted almost $50) so I got back to TomTop and they offered me $10. Several more emails and No $10, no warranty, they just leave you hanging and drag things out as long as they can.
The last item ever bought from them was a Laser engraving machine. The first email, the USB cord would not communicate with it and was not a normal one. Never recieved a replacement cord. Couple months later, the usb port falls off the circuit board.

purchased a coded door lock, took forever to arrive. Once i got it i tested it seemeed to work. I installed the door lock and i could "unlock" it but it actually never re locked.
U purchased this as i had previously been broken into and this was a replacement and the time to receive the handle was bad enough and then for it not to re lock, even more hassle to begin with, I then emailed my issue and i am yet to get a reply and its been more than 1.5mths.
Completely dissatisfied.

I bought KKMOON 170° 3inch FHD LCD Car DVR Dash Cam Camera.
1. Instruction manual is grossly inadequate. For example, no clear instruction how to set date and time. I tried various ways and finally figured out how to.
2. In the product specification, there lists a battery and how to charge in the manual. However, the battery does not last more than 10 minutes in operation. I thought the battery was defective, and contacted the customer service for the replacement or repair. What they told me was that the unit is designed to operate with the car battery connection, not with the battery only mode. I think the special notice should be attached in the battery section of the specification so that the buyer should be aware of.
3. The customer service effectively declined for refund. I lost $20.

Very very very bad web site, very bad products, very bad service and very bad customer support. They have stolen my money.
I strongly advise not to buy any product at tomtop. I bought a mobile phone "UMI Super Smartphone 4G MTK6755 Helio P10" in July 2016.
After 8 months he had a big battery problems. A month later the battery had swollen enormously and the phone didn't work.
I tried to contact support of tomtop to explain my problem and I have suggested they give me back 75% of the price.
But I have got any answer until now.
Tip for consumers:
Bad, bad, bad............... very bad. I strongly advise not to buy any product at tomtop.

Shipping too 2x as long as expected. Customer service was impossible to deal with as all they kept telling me was the routing # and not helping with any Qs.
One of 2 items purchased was a VERY LOW quality and made incorrectly to hold the AAA batteries it needs. Customer Service just told me to "use AAA batteries" and had no reply whatsoever about the issue.

I ordered a multimeter, it arrived (fastly) with one very loose probe, the other one was good. The probe had 0.4Ohms resistance in comparison to a very cheap one from another multimeter. So current measurement would be dangerous. I explained the problem and provided a picture that clearly showed the crooked cutout of the probe. The support wanted a video, which I provided, then the support wanted another explanation. After some messages they said this is was working as intended and there is nothing I can do.
I was hoping they would resend me a probe, since the original one cost 8 + shipping from the official distributor, but they did not. So I went for 2.50euro probes from Aliexpress out of my own pocket and after 4 weeks I finally had a working multimeter.
I guess I am lucky I did not order an expensive phone or similar.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy expensive stuff where you might need warranty.
