Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I bought a drone and a beamer in that shop and had two questions to the support. The support answered within few hours, so the support is quick, friendly and effective. The shippment was safe and properly packed and needed abotu three weeks to germany.
The payment was easy (PayPal) and the quality of the products was good.
Everything was really good with TomTop!

Sending was ok. The product too but it wasn't appropriate for my using. So I decided to return it. Oh my god! 2 months later I didn't received my refund yet! They don't answer me anymore! I have proof they received it but they tell me they don't have it! At the beginning for the return it needed 10 emails to have the adress for return! It's a shame!

Only bought one item from them, it had already been opened and was obviously not designed for the purpose advertised (12v car adaptor that didn't come close to fitting in the 12v socket), they offered a very low partial refund, I refused, they offered more, I refused, they offered more at which point I accepted after reading a large number of other reviews detailing situations similar to mine, they still only offered roughly 20% of what I had paid in the first place.

Bought a battery charger on 12.07.2014. Over eBay from their seller named ttmallzone365. They are stalling me with delivery since then.
First they said item is stopped on my customs office for a check - I contacted customs office - there was no shipment.
I was so naive to request them to resend item again instead of refund.
In the meanwhile eBay Money back guarantee period is out. It's been more than 3 months since the transaction - item is not delivered - basically THEY STOLE 30$ from me.
TOMTOP is ignoring any type of communication, eBay message and direct email (did not try to call them because I don't think it's even a real phone number).
THIS WAS A WORST TRANSACTION EVER!
Hope in future there will be a global law against these kind of fraud/stealing/cheating companies to protect small buyers.

Conclusion: Money gone and no 3D Printer.
