Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I just thought I will warn EVERYONE about this company. If you ever order from them, don't expect ANY kind of customer service. Hopefully if you're lucky your product won't have any issues, cause if it does, there almost no chance of you ever hearing from them again. I made an order over 20 days ago, it was supposedly "dispatched" 5 days later. I've not heard anything from them every since. They promised tracking number etc, I still haven't received any kind of tracking details. I contacted them several times and even did a live chat, which was basically an automated robot - no reply back. I would say AVOID this company at all cost, and only use them if there are no other place selling the same stuff. There are plenty of other better places to buy from like Ali-express who seems to respond immediately to customer queries. I just wish i never bought from them. Banggood also seems much better and quicker with delivery. I only gave them 2 stars because they were a few dollars cheaper, but it should be 1 star really just for their terrible customer service. I just hope my item will have no issues, cause I'm sure there's no chance in hell they will help to fix it or give refund. I would say again avoid this company unless you really have to, and if you do go with them, probably best not to buy anything expensive, cause if it's lost or broken you can forget about ever seeing your money again!

Awful service. I've waiting for over 4 months. It sells bad productsmine is defective, doesnt workmissing a part. Same with my daughter and a few other people who used this company. No refund offered even that I 've demanded it. We've sent them numerous videos and photosproving the defect of the product, but here is the email I got today from them: "Sorry for the trouble. The piece has not arrived at our warehouse. We will ask our supplier again for a toothpaste capsule.
Would you please wait a while? Best Regards"
The worse part that I'tired to leave a negative review of the product and service on their websitebut... it turned out to be impossible. Be careful... They are bad and tricky!

This website is a scam and takes money quickly but wont give any information on how to contact this company. I ordered on 11/27/15 still nothing. Paypal will help me get my money back I have filed a claim to do so. The only reason for the 5 stars has to be because those are family members or fake emails theres no way this company has 5 stars. DONT ORDER FROM HERE IM A REAL MOTHER THATS UPSET ABOUT NOT GETTING ANY INFORMATION AT LEAST THE WORST.

The product wasn't as described which, it says on their website, entitles me to full or partial refund. I was as reasonable as possible, I messaged customer service who told me I could only get a partial refund if I made four 5 star reviews for them (terrible conduct), I did this and they told me they weren't allowed the refund anymore, offered me LESS coupons which I have to spend $100 to even use, this went on for about 2 months with lots of lying and ignoring my emails throughout. Now I have changed all my reviews to 1 star for obvious reasons and I advise to stay away from this company as much as possible.

I'm very dissapointed with the service of TomTop. Ordered this charger and after unboxing the charger didn't work. After weeks of emailing and eventually returning the charger TomTop offered me a partly refund of USD 135 because they say the charger already has been used. Also they refuse to pay the shipping fee for returning the broken charger.
This was my first experience with TomTop and it is very dissapointing!
