Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Hello All
Please please please do me and yourself a huge favor and never ever support these people.
I have ordered a $700 drone from them along with all the accessories etc which ended up costing me $900.
The drone was to be delivered 3 - 5 business days later.
25 business days later and 20 emails later I still had not received the drone.
They keep on sending back generic emails like "dont worry can you kindly just wait for it". They told me they do not know the name of the company in my country that needs to deliver the item so there is nothing they can do...
A month later I get a call from a local courier to check up if I received my drone.
It was lost in the mail. Took me almost TWO MONTHS to find this out.
Yet, even after telling Tomtop this they still keep sending generic emails like "The package will be delivered soon, please kindly just wait for it".
Even after they admitted to losing the drone they still send these BS emails!
I finally managed to get them to "process a refund" a month later, but they ended up just lying to me!
I have now waited two months for my refund and I still have not received anything.
They keep saying "we have processed your refund and you should have it in 7 days". They tell me this every week. But they just lie to you...
They have stolen $700 from me.
I am taking steps to sue them for damages. If anyone who reads this can help me sue them then please let me know!
I will now write a review like this on every pages of every review website every day of the week until I get my money back!

I bought one 5" Android Smart System GPS Navigation Car Rearview Mirror from Tomtop which arrived as faulty. I spent 4 months sending emails to Tomtop which they never responded. I wasted a lot of time and lost more than $132 buying from them.
Don't do the mistake I made. DO NOT BUY from TOMTOP

Fake Yuh-Gi-Oh cards were delivered after paying the same for real ones. When they were contacted they said we had to pay postage BACK TO CHINA to get a refund... When they claim they are an American company. They then pointed to their own warranty which guarantees the 'quality' of their product. NO QUALITY, they are even bad fakes. They offered my son '200 credits' to purchase more of their fake crap, because of his 'bad experience'. So spend the money to post them back and I would say NOT LIKELY TO GET A REFUND. So also out of pocket for postage... when they are the ones sending fake garbage to kids.

I have ordered a Android TV Box in tomtop website and got it delivered yesterday after a long wait of 25 days.
When I opened the package I was shocked to see that the box was not available in the package. Apart from the main unit it has remote, adapter, HDMI cable. I don't know what to do with the accessories without the main unit. Wrote this to the support people but still now no response from anybody. I Ordered an action cam, with this company saying delivery within 12 working days and you will get an email before letting you know it's on it's way. This is just a company doing the cheapest of cheap with no customer service, where it's needed. After three weeks had gone by I used their 'contact us' so called customer service email address to ask them what had happened to my order, with no reply, so after another week went by emailed them again still no reply. A couple of days later they send me a happy email saying hey, you haven't registered with our company yet, and all the waffle to try to get me to register with this careless company. If you have to buy from this company don't expect any service. Update after leaving this review I was contacted by a Tomtop rep who took my order number and in two to three days the camera arrived, however when I tried it for the first time I noticed the WIFI function was not working so I contacted this same rep again, but got no reply, so I used their customer service email which after a week still hasn't garnished a reply, what a perpetually bad company with no customer service at all, think before you consider giving these people your money, my problem is being ignored by them and all they offer is cut price cheaply made items at the bottom end of the market, I've wasted £30 with them and their customer ignorance line is no good when a problem arises.

I've ordered 2 earplugs. The order was put on hold. I was told that the price increased 250% and asked if i was willing to pay the difference. I said no and asked the order to be cancelled and a full refund. The order was cancelled and a new order was created automatically. No refund. While trying to contact someone to solve my problem contact was very difficult. After submitedgoogle app and other sites negative reviews i've got an answer and the goods shipped. Afrer 2 wrong tracking numbers sent and 2 weeks waiting the goods finally arrived. I dont recomend
