Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I am extremely disappointed with TOMTOP. My name is Dejan Jankov - dido_multi from Bulgaria.
I bought through Ebay tablet from them, with many good features. The very first week began to block and not functioning properly. I told them the problem and they sent me here to service. Several times I wore repair but you can not fix it. So it's been two months, got my money and I stopped responding. After two months I was able to contact them through their Sait http://www.tomtop.com/. We agreed to give it back for repair and return it to me or replaced with a new one. Korespondentsiv followed about a month, finally promised to give it back, but I lied again hid and wrote to me again. Do not shop from them, do not carry the guarantees given false promises to deceive you.

BE AWARE OF TOMTOP scam! THEY ARE PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!
I bought some stuff on ebay (DEC 2016) from TOMTOP company. In Spain Warehouse, I never got my order so I opened a dispute with ebay, seller told me he would re send the stuff but that ebay would not let him if i did not close the case first... Well I was so naive to believe him... Tomtop never gave me my money back, never gave me a refund and wont answer my emails. They stole 70$ from me.

The wait was worth it (package shipped from China) and my Yeelight lightstrip is a fantastic product. This is my first Xiaomi product and I must say it's really well thought. The price on Tomtop was the best at the time (26 - https://www.dealabs.com/bons-plans/ruban-lumineux-yeelight-strip-2m-upgraded-version-*******) and the customer service was quick to answer me by email when needed.

I PURCHASED A Andoer CDR2 1080P from Antiquechina2009 (your company?). The order was made & shipped promptly. Then the trouble began. The camera did not work, I requested a replacement or a refund.
Antiquechina2009 offered me $8.00 to repair the camera. I was not s$8.00. Then Antiquechina2009 emailed me that they sent a replacement. This was a LIE. Finally, after complaining to Ebay & PayPal I got a refund.
I would still like to order the camera but I do not want the hassle Antiquechina2009 gave me the last time.
Can you assure me no hassle if there is a problem? TomTop will replace, repair or issue credit if the camera does not work?

Great Shopping online store, the prices are ok the product are best, the suport personal are fast and offer the right solution, delivery is ok aroud 14 days, shipping is 1 day max from the date of order. Great store i will bay again for shure from them.

TOMTOP TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (tomtop.com) eBay ID: antiquechina2009 is a scam. Their products are all junks and they know it. Avoid buying from them at all cost.
I bought 22 LED light bulbs from eBay (ID: antiquechina2009) and paid around £45 with PayPal on November, got them after a month right before Christmas and they all stopped working in less than a month.
EBay wont open a RETURN dispute for not as described items that has been used after 30 days from the date of purchase and PayPal after 45 days. They say this is not our matter anymore as its the matter of warranty. Police only chase cases on Europe only, so you have nowhere to go.
So avoid buying items from china sellers on eBay or anywhere as you would not be able to get your money back for defected/broken items.
I am back using my old LED bulbs which is not as bright :( but at least working

Bought item for $600
Asked about shipment on chat (was offline), sent mail, nothing, no reply, no support. Mail delivered.
It said 2-3 business day shipment, dispatched, tracking number just number, checked with 17 posts tracking systems, nothing, no tracking that number, not even China, and it should have been sent from UK!
Ran dispute on Paypal, they don't reply there either, I will escalate to Paypal, as tracking is just number, item didn't arrive, I have all screen shots of account, pre and post sale!
After long time, I got response from Tomtop, and I got item, was not nothing like they promised 2-3 business days, was more than 10! It was not sent from UK warehouse as site says was from Germany,... But item was as described, working and good.
Thus I will change from 1 stars (in the moment when they were not replying, and giving me just tracking number without explaining for which shipping currier it was) to 3 stars. But keep in mind, bad communication and support, until you dispute (in my case). But I gave 3 stars for price and item as described!
So if you want to hassle with waiting time, and will you get an item or not, go for it, prices are ok, item as described, just be sure to use paypal.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.
They come here to answer so users do not get bad impression, and they stick to it because solving problems do not solve.
They don't send my parcel and also don't want to refund my payment. There is no communication from Tomtop side.
I opened a dispute on PAYPAL and neither did TOMTOP answer this.
I want to warn you from this scam company. Don't trust TomTop. Don't buy on Tomtop.

BEWARE, TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!
BEWARE - FAKE GOODS SOLD AS GENUINE! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
What is in the box is not what is advertised, is of very poor manufacture quality and without almost all features of genuine product.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY - Instant bin fodder.
When you complain they don't want to know saying they 'never said they are real' despite listing item using genuine item's title and description.
They will offer small refund to try and suppress further action.
It's only a shame I can't give zero stars in this review.
