Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I like Tom Top flash sale's when the items are in stock. I don't like to see items that the item's are still available but it can not be shipped to me

Tomtop sent a problematic mobile phone, i sent them a video with the problematic mobile and we talk via email and nothing happens, the don't give a solution such as a new phone or refund

Well, so sorry for the later solution and so happy your problem be solved at last, we will reply our customer sooner in the future.
Two and a half months ago, I ordered a monitor stand.
Two months ago, it said it failed to deliver so I contacted TomTop. They said "If still have no news, we will refund you."
One month ago I contacted them again.
Contacted them again today. Still no refund.
Hopefully they make this right and I'll update my review.
Tip for consumers:
Don't order from this site if you actually want to receive your order.
