Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I ordered a KKMOON sat-nav from them. It arrived, but the box was damaged. Luckily, the packing saved the device, so it worked. HOWEVER, when I went to update it before using it at naviextras.com, I found the site does NOT support the KKMOON device, so the 'free map updates for life' they say you get is a LIE! When I contacted them about this, they just wriggled and eventually said I had to return it in the original packaging, and I HAD TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE (why, it's their lie, not mine), AND they say they would return my money or replace the unit (I don't want it if it doesn't update), but if you read other reviews, people never seem to get their money back. STAY AWAY - USE ANOTHER COMPANY, these are just crooks.

My drone battery was sent after 9 days and it was faulty / defective / dead. As requested, I sent a detailed description and a video to the company. Kelly, in the warehouse customer service said I must pay the return shipping cost (25) or they would offer me 4 for me to get it repaired. This was then increased to 7 and the to 50% which is 20.12.
After 3 days of arguments, several e-mails, and only after I posted negative reviews and threatened a Paypal claim, the company agreed to a full refund, but would not reinstate the points I used to part pay for the order, so I did not get the "full refund" promised.
If you want to risk a purchase from this despicable company, then you should use Paypal, which gives protection. If you encounter a problem, then contact Tomtop customer service. If they mess you around, then post negative reviews everywhere and threaten to file a Paypal dispute. This will get their attention. If you do not get satisfaction, register the problem with Paypal, who will review the case and has the power to refund you. If you register the problem with Paypal, DO NOT CLOSE the file unless the case is resolved to your satisfaction, as once closed, the file cannot be reopened.
I have had other successful purchases from Tomtop, but when things go wrong, their back up service is terrible. They will try everything to avoid responsibility and will try to intimidate. Stand your ground and you will eventually get what you are entitled to.

EDIT: After several mails where they asked me to delete my bad review and an official Paypal claim I received half of my money back today. I guess that's the most you can expect when buying a cheap phone from a Chinese company, So I changed my rating to a 3*.

I ordered several automotive items from TomTop including some fuel and coolant fittings along with several feet of stainless braided fuel hose.
When my order arrived, I found the hose was cut into 1-foot pieces, labelled and put into little plastic bags. I wrote about the problem and the 'Customer Service' agent claimed not to understand why that was a problem -- even after explaining it three times. (FYI: When you order a length of any hose product by the foot -- unless otherwise stated -- it is understood that means 'all in one piece,' duh.)
After six weeks of going back and forth (Hey, I was curious and wanted to know, "Were they stupid or dishonest?"), they still wouldn't acknowledge or refund the defective merchandise. Wisely, however, I had paid through PayPal and a Credit Card so I ended up getting my money back.
The worst thing, though, all but one of the other items were mis-sized or didn't work... and that one item was of exceptionally poor quality. They are now on my ever-growing black list of sleazy Chinese sellers.
In the end, I concluded they were both stupid AND dishonest but, either way, it's all the same thing:
DON'T BUY from TomTop.
Tip for consumers:
If you don't believe me, at least be smart and don't spend over $15.
Also, you should know many Chinese sellers on eBay shill for TomTop who now has a US distribution facility so the eBay seller appears to be in the US. I have been sending out a NOTICE message with my PayPal payment that lists all the sleazy sellers I know -- such as TomTop -- and warns the eBay seller that, if they plan to drop-ship my order from any of these unscrupulous companies, they should CANCEL MY ORDER at once.

If ebay is one of the best if not the number one selling site, TOMTOP is the number one in ebay. I could say a lot of things but this alone says it all. To be the first is not to be lucky but you shall have good popular items, at least good quality and a dedicated trustfull customer care to mention some of the characters in TOMTOP. I ordered a gimbal from this website one month ago, which is priced significantly lower than other retails. Estimated delivery time is 7-20 days in the order confirmation mail. And after couple days later ive got another mail with the tracking number. Everything was fine until i saw that my product never ship out of China customs and turned back to seller after 20 days. I tried to contact the seller from different mail addresses of thrir customer service and got no answer. Their chat screen does not work. It's not problem whether it take 20 days or 40 days, but it's problem when you dont get any response fom customer services. They seems like steel my money. My only option is to apply for a charge back from my credit card company. What a terrible shopping experience. I lost my 1 month, and nott sure get money back or not. Never ever again.
Update: Im sending mails to their customer support but still cannot get any answer about refund. They write automated replies to reviews here, but give no answer from customer support.

What a remote control boat used it one time for 5 minutes boat went up in a ball of smoke every time you call the company they say it's the weekend and I'll get back to you on Monday after a month of this I finally got in contact with them had to send them a video of the boat with the interior all burnt up and they wanted to send me Parts it's my first RC boat I guess they figured I'm an RC boat mechanic unbelievable the boat is all burnt up and smells like garbage like the company top Tom don't buy nothing from them horrible customer service wouldn't buy a gumball from them if you paid for it they suck.

They claimed that they sent me a replacement for a very awful guitar kit. I built the guitar and the neck was so bad it cost me $170 to make it good. Plus 50 or more hours of work (months because waiting for paint etc to dry). I had to replace electronics too. The worst part is I told them during the eBay period for complaints and they lied that another one was coming and all the "so sorry" BS you get from companies as this. Well they played rope a dope with me so long the eBay return time past me by. So I called eBay they told me to complain to PPAL. SO then Tomtop (Ilastone etc. many names - shady!) told me when I complained to Pay Pal to SEND THE GUITAR BACK TO THEM. LOL - AFTER ALL MY LUTHER WORK they could get $800 for this guitar now. Oh ok - I'll send it back to Hong Kong. NOT. In NY we call them SHYSTERS.
UPDATE - THE REPLY BELOW IS A SHAM. For appearance's sake. They won't do anything, it's part of the scam.

I ordered a hoverboard as a gift for Christmas on Nov 20th. According to their site I should have received it in plenty of time. Item was not delivered and I requested a cancelation and purchased the item at a local retailer in order to have by Christmas.
Purchase was never canceled and on Dec 28th they shipped the hoverboard. I sent an email to "Sophie" explaining the problem and requested a RTN (return authorization number) so I could return the hoverboard. After a month and a half I received a response asking why I wanted to return, after responding another two weeks waiting, finally the RTN was provided. I had to pay 65.00 to ship the hoverboard back and now I wait still not receiving a refund.
I spend 265.00 for the board, 65.00 to return and no reply.

NEVER buy from TomTop I ordered merchandise in November 2015 and I still have NOT received anything! They charged my card right away and did NOT ship the merchandise. AFTER a month I had to get ahold of them because I never received my merchandise they had EVERY excuse and didnt even have a tracking number.
