Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I wanted to share my experience to save you from this very dishonest people so you can save your money and time. Believe me you don't want to involve with this seller.
I bought an underwater case for my iPhone on Jan 8, $36.01 on eBay their account name is monboly on eBay at the moment. He send me a bad quality faulty case then I send him pictures of the item that doesn't close all the way so water will leak in it. He promised to send me a good replacement case on feb 2 then he send me a tracking number on Feb28 ( after 4 weeks) which is fake that was belong to someone else and delivered some other city on Mar 7. When I asked him about the issue he said that he will check with post office he kept me wait till March 24 then send me an other tracking number. I asked him for copy of the shipping receipt as a prove to be sure if he ship the item to me but of course he didn't provide it to me this time too just because that was an other fake tracking number that also delivered some other city.
I called post office they said those pakages didn't ship to me. They just played the game with me till the time is over to give them bad review on eBay also just because he kept me busy two months with his little games eBay money back warranty is over also But I will make sure everyone learns about what kind of business they are doing.
Do not waste your time and your money with this people! It was ridiculous

Still no delivery BUT as soon as it was too late to claim All emails stopped as did their daily adverts

I`ve got non working audioplayers just from the box. After 15 days of very formal replies their support team suggested me as follows: "Dear customer, Thank you for your email and really sorry for the inconvenience caused. Could you please go to a technicien and have it repaired? And I'll refund a 10 USD for you.

I have recenlty bought a mobile phone (Vernee Apollo Lite) from Topmtop. Before i decide to choose that site i have read some negative reviews over the internet and a was a little worried but the phone was on a super low price that i couldn't resist. I decided to receive phone from Germany warehouse, i paid my order by a credit card and i picked the expedited shipping method. What i have to say after my experience with Tomtop is that it is a trustworthy site! My phone came on time, it was propered packed and in a perfect condition as it had to be. I placed an order on Tomtop and paid via credit card. The shipping terms were 15-20 working days to be shipped but the package has not left China yet and it has been about 50 working days now (I placed the order on 20/06/2017 it is 29/08/2017 as I write this).
I sent an email to support but they do not reply. When I managed to get hold of someone on the live chat, they asked me to be patient and wait to see if the parcel will still be shipped out.
I agreed to wait an extra week and in return they agreed to refund me the money if it did not. It has not budged since then and now I cannot get hold of anyone at Tomtop for 2 weeks now.
Luckily it was not an expensive order, but I certainly will not use them again and if you have not used them before I would recommend placing a very small order first (if absolutely necessary) and seeing if it ever gets delivered.

An absolute joke of a company. I ordered a Phaewo e-scooter which arrived faulty. Within days of riding it, it developed all sorts of issues that eventually resulted in it ceasing to work altogether.
Communication with TomTop was challenging at best and incredibly frustrating. They wanted videos which I sent only to be told that they would only accept videos uploaded to YouTube. I was then accused of miss use and the warranty would not be honoured as a result. I was then told to take it to a local repair shop to get it fixed (they were allegedly going to pay some of the cost). Sadly, it still could not be fixed.
TomTop then said that the only way I was going to get a refund was to return the scooter to them in it's original condition and packaging. Seeing as it had now been accessed by a repair shop, and not in the original condition/ packaging, this was going to be impossible. Also, a quote to ship it back from the UK said it was going to cost more than the scooter itself.
Use this company at your own risk. They are crooks.
UPDATE... After asking me to contact them following this review, they then again accused me of damaging the scooter myself and said that my request for a refund did not constitute a normal' psychological frame of mind... it's up to you but these are thieves con artists.

UPDATE: I posted this review, plus similar reviews on ResellerRatings and TrustPilot. Emailed TomTop with the links to all three reviews, and let them know that I'd be adding comments to other negative reviews on these sites. They shipped me a replacement drone within hours of receiving that email. Replacement was fine. So you can get adequate service out of them, but you have to do this to get it. Still don't recommend buying from them, but if you made that mistake, here's how you might get some satisfaction.
UPDATE TO UPDATE: Just noticed their idiotic response to this update. Of course I knew they could be contacted by email. As I said, I had been emailing back and forth with them. But you don't get any actual ACTION from them until you do something public like posting on here. For other customers who have problems (and I'm sure there will be lots of you), here's what I recommend: Email them one time and see if you get a legitimate response from them. If not, start posting on sites like this one. NOTE THE URL for your review, and email Tomtop with that address. Then you might expect them to actually try.

I bought a drone with camera from them. When it arrived, it was clear it had already been put together and used by some previous owner, though Tomtop was selling it as "new." I wouldn't have cared, except that the camera wasn't functioning properly. I e-mailed them immediately about replacement or refund, and they told me I would have to pay return shipping! I didn't do anything wrong - they did! They sent me a non-working unit, and now they want me to pay more to correct their mistake? We e-mailed back and forth for two weeks or more, and finally they agreed to send me a replacement AND reimburse me for return shipping. I shipped them the item almost two weeks ago, though, and have yet to receive a reimbursement or a notification that they've sent the replacement.
I do NOT recommend dealing with this company.
