Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I purchased No Touch Thermometer, took two and half months to get to me and arrived in crushed box and not working. I contacted PayPal, finally they accept to refound the puchase price when I send the item back to them, the price is $44 and I have to pay for shipping and that cost $35 to send it back and since they know that they are repping of American customer.

Ordered a cellphone they give me shipping number but there is no tracking info on that number... The most rediculus in all this is that tomtop refuses to answer my emails and their online chat is always offline... this is not a good company, there is no customer support and i believe there is nothing truth about their products-support-refund-guaranty etc etc(because if it was truth they will be answered my emails about 5-6 emails right now without response, maybe a fraud, maybe a scam... i do not know because i do not know if i receive something from them...
FINALLY
They answer my emails some days after chinese new year days... and i have received my cellphone in good condition... do not order before chinese new year... if you want your order to be dispatched in time... i have lost about 13 days in stacked package in Singapore post... the package preordered 12/01/2017 supposed to be dispatched 25/01/2017(but 26 started chinese new year) and really dispatched from Singapore at 6/2/2017 and in my hands 16/02/2017...

I purchased 3 quantity HD rear mirror camera. In One week No e-mail about confirmation. After I e-mail them And next day they replied with payment received confirmation only. I e-mail them back for shipping conf. After 3 days. Another week they replied. They excused why being so late because item are out of stock Due tO hot sale and they ship already the item with a kind of fishy tracking confirmation in chinese. I mean seriously! First Of all I Trust them because Of Such a nice atracting website. After all they sell out of stock item without notification oN their website. I Will never accepting The item if really they delivered. Because I saw alot of bad reviews about TOMTOP. Most similar problem. They delay The Shipping until Customer upset And finally they delivered after weeks. When Customer accepted The item is defected Or missing parts. They are the worst company ever! I placed my order on Dec 9th 2015 and it is now Jan 26th 2016 and I have not gotten my package yet. I have contacted them several times and they tell me to be patient and wait 5-7 more days. The FedEx tracking number TomTop gave me only says label created but when I reached out to FedEx they say they do not have the physical package and to contact the seller. When I still don't get my package I email back saying I don't have my package and again they tell me to be patient and wait TWO MORE WEEKS! They say customs is difficult to get through. I have told them to cancel my order THREE TIMES and they have not responded. I have filed a dispute with PayPal so I can get my money back. TomTOP is terrible to deal with and they don't give you what you paid for. STAY AWAY!

I buy 3 different items with a different shipping method. 1 priority and 2 standard shipping. My item with priority delivery status change to dispatched in tomtop system since August 15th. My standard delivery dispatched on August 16th. Until today my item with priority is untraceable and my other 2 items are traceable and heading to my city. The customer service aren't professional and beware to buy a promo items in tomtop. Not recommended. They say that my item will be received arround sept 2th. Are you kidding me! I pay $23 and i have to wait more than standard shipping?! I ask them to send me the receipt and they can't send me one. I will keeping the update on September 2th if the item will be received. Purchased TWO Quad items(JJRC) from TOMTOP. On my H36 - the USB charger stopped working after about 4 charges to the battery. The 2nd item - H11WH - will not connect to Wi-Fi using enclosed instructions APP. NOT able to use the camera or fly this quad via my phone. JJRC manufactured these but TOMTOP NEEDS to stand behind what they sell. CS took 3 weeks to respond to my emails FULLY explaining my probs - only to say "Really sorry to hear that. Is that possible to bother you to take a small video which can show this problem and send the video to me? Because the video maybe can show better. I sent "PICS" and TOMTOP CS then responded with the exact same message? Really? Appears their avoiding my simple explanation of the problems. NOT getting any satisfaction from their so called customer service.

Tomtop.com the worst company I ever had to deal with... Trying to return a defective product and all they ask for are photo's over and over again... reading their warrantees is worthless when dealing with their support.com they refuse to honor the warrantee when it comes to returning something stay away from Tomtop. I've ask them to send me a return slip for the item and the completely ignore the request

That's Great try asking them to return the item and see what kind of response you get exactly nothing but "oh take a photo of this take one of that, I even sent them a photo of the Model number and wrote it down for them only to get another email saying the photo was not clear enough send more photo's. You people at Tomtop are a "DISGRASE " and have no business selling stuff online. Here is a example of what they do after I sent them photo's and the part number marked on the item here is there response

Horrible purchasing experience. Beside the item (Projector S320) that seems ok after testing it.
All the other where inaccurate the least.
1. Starting from the order process i wasn't able to pay with preferred way so i had to finally create a paypal account to finish the payment.
2. I've made the order at 06/03/2017 and i've paid the shipping option for Expedited Shipping (1-4 business days). Unfortunately that wasn't true from their side, since the product dispatched at 14/03/2017!
3a. I was trying to communicate with them all this time through their so supposed support chat, but after the first welcome message, either they didn't say anything else or they just CLOSE the chat as the chat was finished. (i didn't try just 1-2 times, i've tried more than 15 times during these days.
3b. Finally i found them through Facebook messenger, but also, even that they provide me some more support about the shipping tracking number, they weren't actually helpful, because what they told me at the end was, oh please wait just a few more days (when as i'm reminding you i supposed to receive my order in 1-4 business days, due to Expedited Shipping that I'VE PAID.
4. When the Courier finally delivered my order, they had trouble finding me, cause THEY didn't write my extra message for delivering note, that i was giving them EXACT instructions what to do and what door bell to ring etc.
5. It Arrived at 23/03/2017! It supposed to arrived maximum at 10/03/2017...
Shame you don't have proper support for your clients!

BE VERY CAREFUL for the shipping process if you choose to buy from them. Support chat just doesn't work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! This is the stupid mistake you can ever make! They are very good at keeping me busy! I did my order 3 months ago, we are still sending emails! That is just absurd! Most of the time I have to wait for days for a response! I get an answer that is totally different from my question! They said they had already tried twice to pay me back, but I had not received anything so they said it was a mistake with paypal. So they had asked to send it back and I would get a full refund. So seriously, how are you going to pay me back if you just say that you have already tried it twice and it does not work?! I had asked if they could prove to me that the transition had been carried out, never received an answer! Because a refund did not work, I asked if they could send a new one, also received no answer! Conclusion: do not buy from them! They are scammers! And they will mess with you for months!

Ive purchased quadcopter by 29 april of 2017 by order number: AN17D29O4926-QY51LP. After only one week they sent it, very slow and bad.
Today is 30 of may 2017 and i steel didnt receive my quad, TomTop dont want to return money or help to search the package.
By the way, from tracking system its not left even China mainland, so its still ther.
