Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I ordered a foldable ping pong table for my boys and I received it from Germany to Italy in only 3 days time as declared by the vendor (2-5 days).
The packaging was perfect.
About the table me and my family appreciate it very much as everything is exactly as in the picture and perfect for not professional users. I didn't apply 5 stars only for the fact that the surface is not perfectly plan along the line in the middle of the table (i. E. perpendicular to the net) as this line is the one where the two part of the game are folded. This is not a problem for not professional gamer as us as when very seldomly the ball get exactly the step on the line change direction and we simply re-match the ball. For professional gambler it is better to chose a table divided only on the net line,
For the quality of materials used and painting and mech. Structure all perfect. Easy to assemble (15 min required).
I certainly suggest it for home use as it is very easy to be recovered in winter time as it can be compressed in very little space

Bought a dobocool 4K HDMI adapter ( 7 in 1)
NEITHER the HDMI or the VGA ports work.
I even sent a video PROVING they don't work.
Tom top, ebay ID TTMALLZONE365 response to 5 e-mails. "we are on vacation, we will respond in 2 days" That was 19 days ago.
They didn't even respond to ebay's request for an explanation.
I forwarded the video to sindy at dobocool customer assistance, they want the order number, which magically is NOT WORKING on ebay.

Bought a SJ6000 action camera, spec'd as full HD with H. 264 compression MP4. Received one that looked the same, but was recorded as 1440x1088 MJPEG AVI; a cheaper completely inferior product had been switched. Box didn't match the SJ600 box, support wifi apps didn't match, etc.
No resolution response from customer "support" after initial "send a video" response, raised issue with Paypal, no response from seller, escalated to Dispute, still absolutely no response from the seller, Paypal ruled in my favour and gave a partial (3/4) refund.
I've actually bough multiple things from TomTop via ebay previously with absolutely no issue, but the first time I tried via their website I got 2 of my 3 ordered items canceled, and then the 3rd item showed up as a bait'n'switch, with absolutely no response from customer support.
Never again.

I am working on making my house a lot smarter with the use of Xiaomi smarthome products.
I always look for the best price... Tomtop did some great flashsales on the Xiaomi Yeelight bulbs and where one of the cheapest on the worldwideweb.
Considering the fact that u can use PayPal as payment option gives u a "no-risk" policy for things like 'missing/wrong or damaged' goods.
I ordered a couple of times and Received everything in a great state! Never had any problems. Shipping time is very good. Orders can be tracked and received everything within 20 days.
The Tomtop android App operates smooth and is easy to use. It shows that they invest in service to provide the costumers An excellent shopping experience on their desktop website and App.
When you order goods u gain points that u can use on the next order as a discount! When receiving a product u can comment on their site and give a review for other costumers to Read which can help u decide if u buy it or not.
I really recommend this site to other buyers, especially when u a PayPal user..

I ordered an item on the 12th of October (Presale) It was supposed to ship on the 31st, it never did. It Shipped on the 12 of November. It still hasn't arrived. I sent about ten emails, Ashley, if I remember well DOES NOT KNOW customer service. They fail to answer my questions. Now I am told to wait and the forwarder will contact me, I HAVE BEEN WAITING! Super bad first exprience!

I should have know from their sketchy website offering coupons and tacky spin the wheel chances to win things by writing good reviews, but I bought an item anyway. Bad idea. Ordered an item with priority shipping ehich claimed 3-6 days. It was been 14 days. Well passed the day I needed the item. Item was sent from Cali to Nevada to Colorado to Utah to Missouri before reaching my local USPS. That is NOT Fedex priority shipling.
I contacted Tomtop and was given excuses like "bad weather" or "it was the holifays so shipping was slow". No, that makes no sense. It is obvious they did not use priofity shipping and it is obvious they will not given me a partial refund. They actually sent me another tracking code for a package in London and said "oh the package has been delivered why don't you go check!". I am in the USA, not the UK. They will not address my partial refund request. And I have finally just blocked them. Also shady was that you can pay through paypal, but the transaction account is not under Tomtop's company name but some super long Chinese characters and numbers account.
You get what you pay for, wholesale shady Chinese company. Well in my case, I haven't even gotten what I paid for yet, so I have no idea about the quality of their items. Do Not Trust all these good reviews, some may be real, but unless you don't mind waiting half a month to a mo th for your item this is not a 3-4 star company. Now I just want my item and to never ever interact with Tomtop again.
Tip for consumers:
do not use the website, it has various pop ups and keeps asking you for good reviews in return for incentives.

I ordered 2017-06-29 XIAOMI M365 Folding Two Wheels Electric Scooter and i still didn't received.
Support in this "shop" if i can call it this way don't exist. I recommend everyone who want to risk to use paypall, will be easier to receive money back.

Paypal did an investigation on my claim after I didn't receive my item on time. They uncovered that this is a fake company and I got my money back ONLY because I used PayPal (love me some PayPal.)

One week ago I ordered a balance scooter, I never got any corespondance from Tomtop, I am about to tell PayPal to cancel this sale. Finally on 25th of Nov I got a tracking # of Fedex, today Dec the 7th that tracking # is still inactive. Tracking # from Tomtop is the modern version of the famous snake oil salesman pitch, a lot of baloney, they also provided me with a Chinese tracking # that can't be checked because even if they tell me to click the included link, they never provided the link, LOL, finally thanks to paypal, matter was resolved and My item got delivered, Tomtop need a good representative for customer service as they don't communicate ponctualy with buyers

Hello my dear customer, in this case, for saving the time and cost for both side, we are going to issue partial refund and customer keep the goods.
Ordered drones on 12/07 paid $12.95 for EXPRESS shipping 7-14 days! On 12/20i tried to contact customer service, got an e-mail the next day saying they were processing my order so I tried to order spare batteries (which they sell but don't ship to USA?) Then customer service e-mails me that my order will now be delayed while they process my battery order? I told them to cancel my order if i couldn't buy spare batteries, got an e-mail on 12/26 saying they canceled my order but said they had already sent the drones (pos) which i recv'd 12/30(I was going to refuse the package buit my neighbor signed for it)TOMTOP yu o me! BAD BUSINESS
