Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Ordered this to be here by Easter. Paid for expedited shipping to make sure it would be here in time. After not receiving a tracking number, I contacted the company and they stated the supplier had not sent enough. I asked for a refund for the difference between standard shipping & expedited shipping. Was offered the equivalent of $2.00. I paid $19.20 for shipping, standard is $7.00. On April 2nd, DHL called me get my name and address. The package was addressed to Florida, Florida and the zip code. Plus they put my phone number on the outside. Finally received it on April 4th. Opened package and it is damaged. They had put no packing around the item and the handle broke. Was thinking of keeping if I could get the full shipping refund. Still would not refund more than $5.00. Filed a claim through Paypal and they then offered more of a refund. By then I was fed up and didnt want the item at all. They offered $20 refund, but as I stated I didnt want it and wanted to return it. Escalated the claim and submitted pictures I had taken upon receipt. PayPal ruled in my favor, but it cost me $53 to return. I did get most of that back through Paypals Return shipping refund policy. Now just waiting for refund from the company. They just received the item back on the 12th. Will see how long it takes to get my money back now that they have their item back. Cant leave reviews on their site once they no longer have the item.
Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware. They do nothing to protect the item they are shipping. Offer points for their site as a refund. Points are 1 point = $1.

Made a purchase of Original Walkera Runner 250 Advance GPS Backpack Version 8 FPV Drone with DEVO 7 and 1080P Camera/OSD/GPS RC Quadcopter 12/26/15. Granted, there were probably delays with such a mad rush for Christmas Holidays. Promised delivery in 7 to 10 business days. Very poor customer services selling defective products at low price, you pay for what you get.
Bought a gimbal from them, all was good arrived in good time, tracking ok be it a day or two behind product looked good and worked ok, problem started when using app on first mobile device could not update, use the motion tracking function and virtual joystick of centre, everything else ok
On second much the same all setting reset when you exited the settings
On third device could update but could not calibrated same as others but lost bluetooth connection.
On forth all seemed to work ok but the update function did not work.
I can live with that as I did not buy it for app based usage I bought it for the connectivity.
I then I tried to connect to bike using the 1/4 screw attachment and the one was just a lug and no thread.
Very disappointed as this was the main reason I purchased the item and I had already paid out on a mount for the bike that was a perfect design to hold the gimbal firmly in place and would work a treat.
Contacted tomtop to report the issue and this is where the fun begins you now enter what feels like the twilight zone where the emails just keep going round in circles
First they will tell to just get it fixed or how much to fix.
You say this could damage item.
Then they will offer you refund of £10, you except the refund but then they tell you They will give you a full refund send it back at your cost,
You say that's not financial benefit to me,
They then may up the refund to larger amount you say well thank you,
Then they will tell you that you are covered to send item back,
You say are you paying for that, and how can I trust you will refund me.
They then say email us in 5 days
On looking into what they do this is a common practice to stall as they now probably have seen I have taken it up with paypal and once it goes past the cut off date you are not covered.
My experience is small to some of the horror stories I have read, so do yourself the worry and stress stay as away, far far away and read the reviews.
But dig deep trust pilot shows 4 star but that is what tomtop say.
If this helps to save one person or a few people from making a mistake then I feel Happy
