Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
It's now been more than a year and a half since I ordered an expensive quadcopter that didn't work and entered into a fruitless and frustrating discussion loop with the useless TomTop support. I'm writing this update to say they've done absolutely nothing to correct their error. Although I've purchased many quadcopter parts and batteries since, I've never made another purchase at TomTop.com after the ordeal of this consumer nightmare.
Tip for consumers:
Don't spend money at TomTop if you want to buy a working product.

Almost four months after my review TomTop posted a comment, asking me to send my email and order number so they can resolve "the" issue (one of several, I guess). I did so immediately - two weeks ago - and have yet to hear anything back at all. Their comment was clearly intended to make it look like the company at least tries to find solutions for its customers, with no intent to actually resolve anything. Stay as far away as you can!

I bought a quadcopter from TOMTOP and waited a month for its arrival only to find it was missing a crucial part - the receiver. Every image in the product listing shows the receiver and the description says "all you need is a transmitter and goggles". I sent the product images from tomtop.com to their support email and stepped into a nightmare.
I've now been in contact with TOMTOP support for two months. They refuse to send the missing part, rotating between excuses like "the receiver is your cell phone" (no... a cell phone is way too big for a quadcopter to carry), "we aren't going to send you a remote controller" (I already have one. It goes with the receiver you neglected to send.), and insults to my intelligence. The email chain shows that it takes a minimum of 4 days after sending a message to get any response at all. They're clearly not going to send the part I've already paid for.
The quadcopter itself is a piece of crap. The camera came pre-scratched (for my convenience, I guess?) and one of the motors had a bad bearing. I bought a far better camera for $25.
I still continue my battle with TOMTOP, but won't be sending any more money to them in exchange for garbage products.

So I was a little worried about my $150 purchase I made. After placing it and 6 days of no movement on my order I reached out two customer service. I was able to work with Emma and she reassured me she would get back to me once she was able to check their warehouse. She kept her word and did follow back up with me and reassured me the order would be sent within 3 days. I always appreciate open communication and dialogue when ordering an item with sucks value from Far countries.

Bought 2 mavic pro battery from them during a deal. They are genuine and I received the product in less than a month time, which is considered quick fast as usually my oversea purchase experience took around 1 to 2 months to receive the item I buy.

For 9 days they did not answer any of my messages why my itme was not sent and still "on hold".
Finally they answered, told me the price has increased, and they ask for more money.
If I would not pay more, they would refund.
This is crazy and even illegal in Europe.

Most messages unanswered.

Funny, how Tomtop is answering here within 1 day, but their support not answering for over 10 days to any e-mail or message.
Also, most of their 5* reviews look more like fake reviews or just ads.

I contacted the customer support but after 10 emails and several videos, they said they don't want to replace them for free. That's $230 lost!

For me it is the store that makes shipping and delivery faster. One or two after the payment you already have hand the tracking number while the competitors take from 7 to 9 days for you is information. I never knew of any complaints about the store, I trust 100% on the tomtop.

Bought a rc helicopter. The heli works perfectly and the price was less than half of what i would have paid for buying it in my country.
The only pitfall was, that the package came some days later than promised and that the tracking code began to work only some days before delivery.
The shipment time was in my opinion still totally acceptable for the price, but it would be nice if tomtop would adjust their estimates a little so that I as a customer don't need to worry whether my package got lost during delivery.

I bought a gimbal for an action camera. It took some time before the parcel reached me (but the delay seems mostly due to the postal service rather than delayed shipment as I was noticed about the shipment some two-three days after placing the order), so you may need to be patient. However, it was worth waiting: I received the product of excellent quality and at really good price. Highly recommended!

I've bought electric scooter for 390$ and waited over 2 months to get it delivered. It was supposedly hold on customs for that time - surely. I did not receive my order, instead I was refunded the money, but due to currency exchange rates and time span this means I've lost significant amount of money.
Customer contact is non-existent, 24hrs reply is a wish - I've waited 4 days for reply on my email inquiry about status of my order.
They provide you with tracking number that doesn't track anything, for the whole time there was no update of the status. The parcel was ever only registered to the shipping company.
Stay away from them!

That honest people are fed up with being scammed and lied too. Just because you are based in an Asian country does not make you invisible to the world. This is now a life project to ruin dishonesty.
