Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

They sell cheap products. You can try your luck. If it works, you are good. If it does not, then dont expect any response from TomTop. They respond with pre written emails to your emails regardless of your problem. Spend the extra money and get it from amazon or ebay.

Is not a huge assortment, but i felt items are of decent quality and for an adequate price.
I will use this resource at first as a first try for online shopping.
Shipment were in time, and package were well packed and intact.
I am totally satisfied with experience with TomTop and will recommend this this site to my friends.

I work on guitars... electric and acoustic. I've found parts I've needed on Tomtop... necks, pickups, electronic parts, bridges, tuners, saddles, etc, and never had a bad experience. I'm glad Tomtop is there. I've also purchased effects pedals, stuff for my car and home, etc. Great site.

Dear Tomtop,

Stop scamming customers on their returns. Why would I accept anything less than a full refund? Why should I pay more than what I paid for the unit to mail it to China for a refund... that makes not sense at all.

And no you won't stop screwing customers on the return process, because here I still am, 2 months later and no resolution. Give me a break.

Do not use Tomtop they are a screw ball scammer company.

Watch out for fake positive reviews of this company.

Here is the latest email from them below. So, I decided to ship it back so I could get a full refund... but guess what... they want me to ship it back to fricken China! Even though they have a warehouse in the U.S.! Total cost to ship it back to them in China is more than what I paid for it...!? What is wrong with these people...? What a bunch of scammers.

The funniest part of it all is that they probably paid less than 1 U.S. dollar for the unit. I paid for shipping so they are still making a killing off me.

What a screw ball company! Why would I accept anything less than a full refund? They don't care about their customers, don't use this company.

I will not pay to send this piece of junk back to you. I do not want a replacement unit. I want my money back, shipping included.

If you want to keep customers, Tomtop needs to change how they handle returns.
1) You have to give the option of refunding a customers money if you send them a broken unit.
2) You must pay for return shipping if the item you mailed to the customer does not work. This is your responsibility.
3) You need to provide a better system for customers to return merchandise.
A) You need to have online chat support with someone actually working on your
End!
B) You need a 1-800-xxx-xxxx number for customers to call if they have a
Problem.
C) You need to resolve customers problems/returns a lot more quickly. I am on
Week 4 already and I still do not have a resolution to my problem! W-T-F!

This is how returns are supposed to work with a professional and legitimate company.

BETTER HOPE YOU DONT HAVE TO RETURN SOMETHING!
Ordered a Tomtop 7018B car stereo that does not work. The screen wont turn on and the buttons flash different colors constantly. The fuse was bad so I replaced it and then the screen just flashed white.
So, after an hour of searching I finally found out how you return an item. You have to email there support staff(*******@tomtop.com) and hope they respond, which turns out is basically a screw job. Surprise surprise. They have online chat, but no one is ever there to respond. Surprise surprise.
I first emailed support around 2 weeks ago with no response. I then had to email them about 15 more times before I got a response. Finally, someone named Sarah (probably more like Chang Lee) emailed me back stating I have to send them a video of it not working. So I did, and they didnt like that video so I sent another, and then they said, Ok you can return it but you have to pay the return shipping.?
I emailed them back stating I am not paying anything because they sent me pile of feces that does not work in the first place.
So, they said ok you must have a professional install it first.? What? So first they said ok return it pay the shipping. Now they say have a professional install it first. What a joke.
How do they expect to keep any customers by screwing them on returns?
Watch out for fake reviews of this companyI am sure they write their own reviews to try and save some face and not look so bad.

Excellent website with tons of products available to order online, with options for every age and gender. The prices are average when compared to other similar sites, but we are often delighted with great offers and coupon codes that makes it even better to shop.
I couldn't find any reasons not to give a 5 star rating, and I would (as I already have) recommend it to anyone.

I have ordered and received few items on tomtop. Can not complain - service was always fast and at a high level. The last item was partly broken by a shipping company, but tomtop gave me a partial refund, which fully satisfied me. Recommend the service to others!

The delivery times are looooooooong. But that may not be a problem. I feel safer buying in TomTop than in AliExpress, I don't know why. Before my order arrive I felt like I had made a mistake, but everything arrived nicely packed and, well, I have no complaints. The Customer Service is Ok, they reply moderately fast (days, not hours), but this is legit. No problems on my end. Be careful as always when buying from China, but I would say there is no real risk.

If you have a problem, however... I guess you would leave a negative review.

Do not risk buying anything from this mickey mouse site, its all Chinese rubbish. When you get the item and realise it doesn't work their customer services are abysmal. DO NOT USE spend a few extra quid and buy from somewhere else.

Responder came broken draining batteries within 4 minutes!
Bad remote and i was told by professional!
Also i was told the drone battery has only 5 minutes of flight time!
False advertisement company claims that it has at least 15 minutes!
I want a refund and i expect for you to pay for the shipping!

Ordered a yoyo for my grandson, Tomtop was very quick in taking their money for the item. I was told delivery in 10 days, it has been since 3/23/17 and nothing yet sent. Since then my email was hacked and had to watch my debit card for false charges and get new email. Tried to contact, very hard to find a contact number then had to leave a message. Will never use this website again

I bought a handheld wireless keyboard and am very happy with it. The prices on Tomtop were excellent. I opted for the free shipping, which takes 3-6 weeks, but for the patient shopper, it's a great option.

I had ordered a Guitar neck, a DIY guitar, and lot of other products too. Its really good. Everything came on time, except guitar had a slight damage because of the local delivery service, but it could have been packed in little more well mannered way! I have suggestion if they are little more interactive and listens to customers demand or choice. Other than that TOMTOP is really good, Trust worthy, good after sales too! I would order more, so many products available toooo...

Tomtop has been the WORST to work with. I ordered a package forever ago, and when I contacted them about it the said the accidentally sent me the wrong package. They are now holding my package hostage until I send the other package back, and I have to pay for the shipping! Which is not cheap and it's so frustrating since it is there mistake, not mine. And now I don't know how to get my original package back or my money. I will never be ordering from them again.

i bought an action camera. the price was very small and convenient so i decided to buy it. the delivery method was standard shipping, 7-12 business day. the order was on the 29 of july and the camera arrived the 5 of september. however although the expedition time was bigger that they promised, the package was perfectly built. first experience, i'll think about before to buy something else..

Do Not buy from Tomtop!
They sent me the wrong product and now refuse to send me the product I ordered.
There customer service is terrible and they only apologize but will do nothing to fix there mistakes.
I have been trying to get this problem resolved for over a month now with no success!
If you love to waste time and money then this is the company for you!

I had two orders from these company, and never again. After eight months I have received not the full amount from the first order. I 've skipped the husle about the second one with the countless e-mails. The site in my opinion is a real scam, don't trust it because you will regret it at the end.
Scam, I can't think about anything else of what are they doing.

I'd give these people a zero if it was an option. My experience has been horrible. I ordered my daughters hoverboard (pretty much the only gift she wanted for Christmas) on 12/10/15. My payment was taken that day. Every time I check the tracking number it shows label created & waiting for pick up. I have gotten a few emails from them, claiming that they cannot cancel my order & reimburse me. They said I'd have to wait until I receive the package, reject it then wait until they receive it back for me to get a refund. This is such crap! I will never order anything from them again & will advise anyone to think twice before ordering from this place.
