Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
Ordered a hoverboard dec 9 2015, never shipped, no refund as of 7/13/16. They said it was held in customs and 265.99 would be refunded. They are liars and thieves. Now they say they will refund $200 but guess what? 2 weeks later and I have not seen a dime. I really do not like thieves. Tom top defines dishonesty

I placed an order on an item marked "FREE SHIPPING to United States via Expedited Shipping" on 7/24. They charged full amount ($50) immediately.
One day later, they asked me to pay extra $3 with Paypal for shipping. The reason is "your adress is remote". I denied the unreasonable charge in my return email. They put my order on hold status since then, neither further explanation nor refund. I have to apply a dispute charge with my credit card company today to ask the money back.
Very bad first time order experience.

Ordered an android box. Item took 3 months to arrive. It came damaged and they asked for pictures. After I sent pictures they took another 2 weeks to respond (after numerous emails from me). Then they wanted me to send it back on my cost which would have been a third of the cost of the item and they would look at it. For all this hassle, I just tossed it- not worth it dealing with them and being out more money.

That was my first time with them and I am very pleased. Shop with very good prices, fast and efficient service, packs the products very well at the time of delivery, which for me is a great differential since the postal service in Brazil is very poor. Shipping the product was super fast as soon as the payment was confirmed the message arrived that the product had been posted. I really recommend it to everyone!

Guess what, Tomtom urges his customers to write payed reviews. They promise money in exchange of favorable reviews. So you should better disregard the reviews favorable to TomTop. Those are not real, just payed commercials.
Anyway they do not load the accounts with promised money and their so good support do not answer to any email about this either.

I have been away from my PC for about 24hrs, came back to find a response from Tomtop, went to my email inbox to check for the response with the "solution" to this ongoing saga, but alas Tomtop failed again, there was and still is no email. When will these companies learn that if you say your going to do something about fixing a customers concerns regarding any issue, then you do it.

On the 30/11/2017 I purchased the above item, I received the item about the 10/01/2018, I installed the item and found that there was no sound coming from the unit. I rechecked all the wiring connections and tested the speakers which all tested OK.
I contacted Tomtop on the 15/01/2018 and told them of the fault with the product. They asked me to supply a video, which I did. A couple of days later I was asked to pay a further $8.00AUD to have another item expedited shipped which I did although it cost $8.16AUD. I waited for about 5 weeks for the item to arrive then contacted Tomtop again to find out where the item was, they supplied a tracking number how ever this number did not register on the Australia Post parcel tracking site. I have been Emailing back and forth for nearly 5 months now and all I get is bluster and run around. I have also had to supply a further video to show the fault with the unit and still they can't / won't resend a working unit or refund my money.
BUYERS BEWARE THIS IS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER RELATIONS COMPANY
The company representative even stated in an email that I should now have 2 items in my hand, I could not believe that I was being accused of misleading, let alone deceptive conduct.
I have been in contact with Australia Post and customs, the tracking number Tomtop supplied won't work on their respective systems, nor can they find my name or address attached to any pending delivery.
I've even sent a copy of a document from Aus. Post stating so to Tomtop. Still no acknowledgment of my Email.
The case is now in the hands of Paypal, hopefully I get my money back.

Bying at Tomtop is a save and cheap way for a lot of products.
Quality is usual ok, and service when something happens also. Only thing is that you have to wait a few weeks before you receive your items (I am living in The Netherlands).

Bought a Hubsan H501S drone which arrived in reasonable time, and the reason for buying here was price, which was reasonable too.
When the drone arrived the balance charger was faulty from first use, and so I tried to email them to get a replacement which I have done several times since but with no reply, leading me to believe they are little better than street traders with no intention of honouring any warranty.
I am now left with little alternative than to attempt legal proceeding to enforce the warranty apparently given.

I made a purchase in September 2018, at TOMTOP. The product was never delivered to me. The consumer service responded with a lot of courtesy, but they continue to research what happened, without actually bothering to solve the problem. Avoid the website, it's a scam.

I've been burned twice by this site. If you have a defective item or they send you the wrong part, They expect the buyer to pay for the return shipping. This is only after repeated email. They found a loop whole to get away with ripping people off. They know no buyer is going to pay for the return shipping, knowing it was the sellers mistake. Paypal and the banks don't monitor this. They just tell you to return the item. So, you're going to be losing money regardless. They are the worst customer service. I have never had any other company do this. I would never order anything from this company. They will steal your money.

I have been receiving emails from this company with some good tech products and good prices. I decided to or a pen camera from the for $25 plus shipping. My credit card was charged and after a week, u received a email from them stating "your order has been cancelled per your request". I emailed there support asking why my order was cancelled as I didn't request it to be cancelled. I also checked my account and my money was not refunded. I received a response that sad " your order was cancelled. If you want the product you will have to reorder." No mention to why it was cancelled or if I will get a refund. I emailed them back but have not received a response. At this point they have just stole my money!

Their site claims shipping after 3 to 4 days after receiving payment when it should say 3 to 4 weeks. I still haven't received my shipment tracking information 48 hrs after I was told that it'll be shipped out in 24 hours, meaning they still haven't shipped it yet and it being 2 weeks since placing and paying in full for my purchase.

Product took a little longer to arrive. Half of the batteries worked great. But for the customer service, I am having a difficult time getting them to realize that I had 3 units go bad and they can' t see that I have 6 batteries and not 3. Great price if they follow through.

I bought a backpack on a Sunday and paid for the priority shipping which states 1-3 days since I was going to fly out that week and wanted to use it that same week. When it finally shipped, I called FedEx to get an estimated time of arrival, and they told me that the package was sent through regular service, not expedited and that I would not get it on time. I emailed Tomtop, one week later and still no response. I tried the chat many times and it failed to work until today when I finally could get in contact with them. They were of no help, simply saying that the fact they shipped it with FedEx and not USPS justified the extra charge and made it priority. Then, in the middle of the chat, they just stopped answering, I truly doubt it had anything to do with the connection, they simply chose to ignore me. Customer service after a purchase is non-existent with this site.
Tip for consumers:
Be weary if you decide to pay for priority shipping, on the site it says 1-3 days, but they will ship it with the 2-7 day service.

Horrible company... I ordered my item December 12,2015 and never got a confirmation email from them, although I paid for it via Paypal. One month later, after having sent several emails to them, as well as having left many messages in their "live chat box" (there was never anybody there to react to any of my chats, every time there only popped up a message in the opened window, posting that nobody was there and that I could leave a message -which I did over and over - and they would respond asap via my email) I opend a dispute via Paypal. One week after that, I received my item...! Almost 6 weeks after ordering it. Without any explanation and not one email to me. Never again!

When the address started working it a took a couple of days to get each drawn out answer. I had already waited to months for the product. I still don't know what TomTop intend to do.

Tomtop is on the bottom of my list of companies to order my consumer products. After reviewing several suppliers of Hubsan Drone products. Tomtop appeared to be an outstanding company so I chose them to supply my sons Birthday present. The ordering process and delivery of tbe main part of the order went well. The product arrived on time but when it was tested prior to giving the present it was found to be defective. Since the product was defective I started trying to contact Tomtop both by email and phone multiple times but have not had a response from them in over two weeks. Sorry to say I hope I can get a new plane or a refund soon and most likely to not use them in the future.

Order Dec 1, item shipped Dec 5, tracking number is untracked. Tried calling dhl was only able to send email. Email sent to tomtop, all replies are no worries my friend your item had been shipped, however, where is it, why are you all not communicating better. All the while my funds have been taking from paypal. Today is Dec 23, and they say 2 to 3 weeks for package to arrive.

Ever since I bought my first item from TomTop, I keep coming back. Almost on a weekly basis I keep coming back, because the prices are so good, and most of the time I get free shipping.
The only small issue I ever had, was poor instructions on how to set some of the stuff up. (Still worth the challenge, because of the great price. The $18 dash cam is a good example.)
