Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I have purchased many items over time from Tomtop which were delivered ok. Finally one day, I received an item where the battery was totally dead and unchargeable, I asked Tomtop for help (yes I did email *******@tomtop.com many times). They ignored my messages over several months and the few times they responded, it was not a satisfactory solution but excuses - either wait for 48 hours for their technical team to follow up (which they never did), or to offer a pitiful amount to contribute to the cost of a new battery (not even 10% of the cost of a replacement battery). I'd rather them send me the same battery. I should not be out of pocket for a defective item, buying a new battery and be reimbursed a fraction. I spent 5 figures (USD) buying for myself and friends to the extent that I was categorised as VIP Diamond (the highest level). No more.
Tomtop is only interested in making sales but zero customer service, technical or warranty service.

Company sent me a non working item and it took over a week to get back to me after I emailed them asking how to resolve the matter. Their response was that I had to pay all shipping costs for the return and replacement of the item. That's correct, they told me basically I had to invest more money to get a working product! I also had ordered a second item which has never arrived. It has been almost a month and I'm sill waiting on it.

I am still waiting to get my money back for faulty goods. Tomtop keep saying, via email that they have not had news from their warehouse telling them they have received the faulty products, which I sent back to them recorded delivery and to which, Royal Mail have a signature saying that Tomtop have the items. I have been trying to get a refund for almost a month now and they have had me jumping through hoops even though I notified them the products were faulty on the same day I received them. It's as if they are saying it's my own fault for buying off them.

For over a month now I have sent 9 emails for an item I ordered and paid for, despite no response or receiving the item. I had to go to pay pal and instigated a review/ dispute, they also could not get a reply. Pay pay refunded my order money thankfully-- never never use Tom Top.

I was looking for LOL dolls instead a got LQL a Q instead of an O. The mystery was lost when all four dolls were exactly the same model with pale colors and unfinished dresses. Reasonable price for what you get. They fulfill mailing promises.

For years I have been buying things through Internet, and I hate it sometimes. It gets me where I do not need to go, but Im tired of visiting online shop all the time. Worse site to order from and Horrible customer service ever. I ordered Lixada 48" 4-in-1 Football Game Table couple weeks ago and still didn't receive it yet. They sent me an email asking me to pay for shipping even though it was mentioned on their website "free shipping". Once i showed them a proof of my order they deleted my order from their website and did not return any of my emails. I do not recommend this site to anyone and be careful of their scam.

Horrible experience and they still have my money... ordered two years ago... nothing arrived... a bunch of emails... check the local post office... that way continued... i have mail seven months after ordering from with the same text... check the local post office... after two years they say six months is the maximum for a complaint... we are sorry for the inconvenience... a totally illegal practice

Dont buy from this scam company Tomtop if you are not looking at throwing money into the drain! Dont believe all the positive reviews because I think those are fake reviews especially when there are so many negative reviews out there thats similar to my personal experience dealing with this scammer. Once they take your money, they dont care about your problem!
Bought an Andoer camera with them, and they send me one with an all scratch protective case which I cant use the camera with it at all. The only thing the support ever did was wasting my time, trying to drag on emails then decided not to reply and ignore all my emails after I told them just send me a new case or refund.
I will certainly not want to deal with this company ever and I regretted not to do a bit of research before I buy anything from them!

QC at Packaging missed 2 remote controls for my Party lights that I ordered. And in a second order, there were no batteries in 4 of the Remote Controls for Party Lights.
I tried to send several requests to customer service, but no response. Offering Money (couple of $$$) to get good reviews will not change my review. You need to offer Excellent Service to your Buyers.

I received a phishing email from what is supposed to be these folks stating that I'd ordered a $450+ camera and was shipping it to a person in California. It asks for you to confirm your identity, which I dids not - and implied the purchase had been made via Paypal. I contacted Paypal and attempted to contact these folks. There is NO live customer service at all, only email contact, which for my part, I find suspect. Also it originates from outside the US - possibly China. I would not recommend dealing with these folks at all! I have emailed them and will update when I have some kind of response.

I ordered a web camera from TomTop. It was a great deal, but after ordering it I changed my mind and wanted a better one. I tried to cancel the order but there was no way to do this via the app or web interface. I needed to send a message or call. I sent a message, then a day later tried to call. They don't have 24hr customer service and you call China, so that was $3 spent getting nowhere. They responded to the email 2 days later saying it was too late to cancel the order (I sent it within an hour of buying it). It's a darn good thing I ended up liking the camera and decided to keep it. If they make improvements to customer service, I guess I'd try buying from them again.

I made an order for a 3d printing build sheet
First they e-mailed me that my order went through. (10/6/21)
Then I get another E-mail that there was a problem with my credit card and I have to use another source even though the charge had posted to my credit card.
I wrote them back saying that they were wrong that it was posted. So they answered they had sent it.
Waiting for this item and tracking it. I still do not have it and today is Oct 26th and the tracking shows that it left Atlanta 5 days ago and USPS says a label was created but not yet in the system. I asked Tomtop to initiate a trace and they refused saying to give it some more time and they hope I get it soon.
