Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I wanted to do a trial order to see how good they were. They would not accept my credit card because it's an American card and I'm staying temporarily in Thailand. I then tried to use Paypal, with which I've never had a problem and they would not accept that for the same reason. Akiexpress takes my card without any problem and Banggood takes my Paypal without any problem.
Security is great, but they appear more interested in playing cop than selling merchandise and it would be impossible to send a gift to someone who did not live at your credit card mailing address.

Tom Top has the occasional good deal but I don't think their customer service is as good as Banggood. I keep getting emails saying to write good reviews for useless coupons. I reviewed a product I bought on their site and mentioned a problem with it and they didn't print the review. Banggood allows negative reviews on their website but it appears anything negative is not allowed on TomTop's website.

I made an order with these people, they said the item was out of stock and would take "some time" to get new stock, yet on the tomtop website it was in stock... they have no intention of helping me out or providing any level of customer service, I've had to report them to paypal to get my money back... I wouldn't recommend anyone using them!

Made my order 3 weeks ago which is supposed to go to Australia, and still haven't received it. Contacted the customer service and they just show me a tracking status that the item is already arrive in the local post office, but the tracking didn't show which country it is. So I dig a bit more from the tracking website and find out the item is actually in Belgium and couldn't be delivered. They clearly messed up the delivery and refused to apologise and ask me just wait. What a customer service! It seems that I will not going to get my parcel and money back either! So don't deal with company! I learned my lesson.

I ordered a boat for y hubby for Christmas on 15/11/2016 after initiating an online chat session on about 01/12/2016 I was told the product is being tested and will be dispatched in 1-2 days, ok no probs. BUT
5 days later I again asked them when will it be shipped to which I was told your product is being tested and will be shipped in 1-2 days!
Online chat staff obviously read from a script and don't know $#*!!
Paypal dispute opened to receive a refund... Very disappointed to say the least!

This place is like shopping in a dream mall. The selections of toys and electronics is amazing! I've enjoyed shopping here and will continue to come back time and time again because of the prices and selection and hard to find novelty products. Purchased a projector in December. It was advertised as being functional for either ceiling mounting or table-top use. Turns out table-top use was not viable, so I needed to return it. The company is based in China; phone calls are not answered, and emails are not returned promptly (and sometimes not at all). It took me until the end of April and 18 emails to get finally get refunded (not to mention that it cost $85 to return the projector- seriously).

Bought a projector light thru ebay from Toptop, a special cable is fault and loose all the time, needed fixing it in a certain position before it; ll turn on. Seller promised to ship a replacement cable, after wait for 6 weeks, nothing, so they said they'll send another one. Another month passed, still got nothing, and started back and forth with seller and keep asking us to wait and it's custom's problem like I've never bought from China before. They keep dragging until is over the 90-day ebay period that I can non longer give negative feedback, and guess what, all of a sudden they stop responding. DO NOT BUY from Tomtop, they are dishonest and full of lies.

This is one of the most popular drones in the amateur drone market. Particularly I think if it is a stable drone and quite manageable, but today for that price or a little more money you get drones of better characteristics. However overall I give a good rating for the price that tomtop handles!

I orded a star projector, it took three months to arrive and when it did it needed to be completely assembled, including wiring. Once assembled the item did not work. The company ignore emails and PayPal's dispute 'service' will only give a refund if I return the item at my own cost. The return address is in China despite the website I brought the product from misleading me into thinking it was a UK site. The cost to return the item would be higher than it cost. This company are fraudsters who sell faulty and poor quality goods which don't work and then the buyer is unable to get a refund. AVOID!

The prices are ok. Sometimes they send defective products but this can happen and at other stores. But if you have any problem FORGET about them! Customer service is awful, actually i can say they don't have any.
Relations with customer is very bad and when you ask something most of the times you will get Inadequate answet!

Where do I start? Let's see, first I purchase a Android cable box for $25.00 not bad right?. Then I waited for ever for it to arrive. Finally when it does arrive it doesn't even work "Turn On" When I tried to reach TOMTOP for assistance I am told that all of their items are tested before shipping them out. Sure! Just like the 1000 & 1 other items you sold to hardworking customers that did not work. I was ensured I would get a new item, tic toc it never came.
