Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I ordered an amplifier SMSL Q5 Pro by chance. It was really cheap compared to european prices (about half price).
I had some problems getting a shipment number, but after contact with support I managed to trace the shipment. It landed in my mail in Sweden and everything looks fine.

Bought an android box from this seller on ebay. Item stopped working in 2 days. They said they will send a replacement from China and it will take time. Ebay protection rn out and now the seller doesnt respond. Horrible service.

I purchased my first self balancing scooter and I must admit Tom Top surpassed the level of customer service I was expecting. All of my questions were answered and I received my scooter within 11 days of my purchase. I will definitely buy 2 more prior to Christmas time.

You buy something from german storage. Arrives the next day. Great. Does not work. Return: at your expense (more than the purchase value) to chinese address.

Do not waste your time and money - go buy from amzon in the first place

Even all the way to sweden, they delivered on time! Just like they told me! And their products have always worked and been on point on what they promised! Way cheaper than anywhere else and mostly with free shipping!

Never received the product ordered and no help from TomTop to track the order. The status of the shipment hasn't change since ordered date. They promised 7-20 days delivery and it's been over 2 1/2 months, still no product.

After creating a claim with Paypal, and going to the end of it expiring, I escalated the claim to Paypal, and Tomtop refunded me the amount I paid for the item (about $8). They had offered me $4 two weeks ago, but never responded to my counter-offer of the amount I paid. I am surprised, but it took quite a while.

Worst customer service, ignores emails

I purchased and received a small bore camera that was supposed to be waterproof. It was not waterproof at all. I have emailed requesting a refund several times and included a picture of the problem over the last 3 weeks, and Tomtop will not even respond to my emails. Worst customer service I have seen, they are not interested in any refund or the real quality of their products. Do not buy anything from Tomtop that you are not willing to throw away and call it a total waste of your money.

I bought a high rated product from tomtop and 24 hours later a "support" email with very choppy English asking for photos of my card and information. I'm not saying that it's bad, but definetley not at all profesional. Their reasoning was that it could be that my card was used by someone else, or that the payment that has already been transferred, may be on hold.

Originally found them on eBay, then started ordering directly from them. Been a customer for a number of years. I like that they accept PayPal as a payment method, since you get a lot of protection with that method.

Tip for consumers:
Pay with PayPal for full protection; sign up for the newsletters to get periodic great deals on a bunch of stuff.

This store is a joke. I bought 2 Full HD 1080P ISDBT Terrestrial Receiver Set-top Box and any of them work at all...
They also tried to charge me more in my debit card. Customer service terrible... they dont response the emails, and dont send any kind of email confirmation after buy the products.

Hate this store.

I was inform after 6 days about the price has raise 25 and it was not possible to send if I don't pay the extra money.
They blackmail me to pay extra again if I want my order.
The people there are joke.
I wonder how PayPal let them sale through they're platform.
Don't trust them.
Don't buy from them.
They keep the money and get interest.
They are very unprofessional any cheating company.
Don't trust them.
Pure thief's.

Had an issue with a 3D Printer Mainboard purchased from Tomtop and was concerned with warranty support for the product, but Tomtop came through. It took a bit of back and forth with their courteous customer support, but once the issue was determined, the failed part was replaced. Took a while for the part to be shipped, but now my 3D printer is up and running properly. I would have no problem doing business with this company again.

I personaly don't recomend, very poor respond from Tomtop.The priority shipment does not work at all.It is already 3 weeks, my product delivery does not take place. Number of attempts and emails posted but no answer.Don't have courtesy of respond.

The purchase in their website was ok, what happened next was ridiculous.

Tomtop offers money coupons for purchases in their website in exchange of 5 star reviews in a selected reviews website, like site jabber.

BTW they probably won't give you the coupons and if they do is just like a 5$ in 500$ discount.

I bought a drone from TomTop. But this drone did not fly because only three of the four engines are working properly. I asked TomTop how to send it back, but I have not received an acceptable solution. They just offered to send me 4usd for repair and that's it.

Just found out that they canceled my Hoverboard order... three days before Christmas. Didn't send any notification until I called. Took two days for them to answer, and then they hung up on me twice before I could get the info. Lies, lies as to the reason. Said they are not selling them anymore, but there are still plenty on their active Website. Website said 3-5 days, he told me that was a mistake and it would have taken more than 20 if the order went through. Way to ruin Christmas.

I ordered an item on 4/12/2020. I was told it shipped on 4/14/2020. My item has never left the warehouse in Hong Kong. Delivery was expedited 5 to 10 days and it has been almost a month and a half. I asked cutomer service for help and they sent me the tracking number again and told me they hope it comes soon. I emailed them again and told them that I did not need tracking and I needed to know why my package hasn't left the facility. They told me that they shipped it and they hope it comes soon. Absolutely ridiculous. They had no problem charging my card, but can't ship a single item after the shipping info is already printed and then do nothing at all to answer my questions or check with their facility as to why my item has jot left yet.

I ordered 12 LED lights through ebay that they advertised to work in all countries. When they came, they were for Asian type electrical sockets. They said they would send me 12 adapters, but never did so. I had to replace the lights somewhere else so I requested a return. They gave me the address toi send to in California, they received them, signed for it via FedEx and are now playing dumb to receiving them. 3 times in an email thread the rep asked the invoice # and tracking # and kept claiming their "warehouse hasn't processed the return."

4 months later I still haven't received my $290 refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM TOM TOP.

I made an order on this website 3 months ago and didn't recieve anything. They keep aksing me to wait until the Local post office sends it, that it's a holiday and I have to wait more, but already waited for christmas, new year, chinese spring holiday and still nothing.
I checked in post office and I found out there is no package at all with my name. It's a freud.

Made a purchase of the hoverboard. Granted, there were probably delays with such a mad rush. However, that does not excuse the fact they have my money and ABSOLUTELY refuse to update me on my order. I have sent thus far, over 12 correspondences and nothing in return. Not even a lame excuse.

This company is the worst I have EVER seen!

I bought a phone from Antiquechina2009 AKA Tomtop and the speaker failed. They gave me months of runaround and never did send a part that would cost pennys. The phone manufacturer eventually sent one and now my phone works again. I learned that Tomtop is a serial scammer and does not ship or ships empty boxes with a tracking number sometimes. False reviews common. Toxic company - stay away.

The device works fine, the quality is acceptable, the good points are:
+ Nice big screen
+ Does everything that it claims
+ The quality of materials is acceptable
+ Android 6
+ 2GB RAM
Bad points are as follow:
- it may have 2 cameras on the back, but picture quality is average.
- it has big battery, but my old Huawei with 2200 mAh battery lasts longer.
- it gets hot under load (watching movies, playing games, charging).
- processor seems weak.

But as a summary I can say "Good device for it's price".
