Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I was able to find and order the part I needed very easily. Checkout and payment were also easy. Only "down" side was the time it took to get the part. I don't remember if expedited shipping was available or not, but if it was, that would have solved my only "down" part of this review.

I purchased an android box from them and box keep crashing, so I asked them if there was any software/firmware that needs to be upgraded to avoid it from crashing? Their responded was "please send a video, and we'll assist you further". How am I supposed to know when it will crash. I wouldn't buy anything from these guys.

One start because of customer service is not there lot of things happen. From item being late 7 weeks to the item being broken when it got here I have tryed to chat to them about this with no luck o and the online chat is alwas closed if you are going to sell to Australia can not not put a return in as the website has not updated

I bought a GPS unit that came with corrupted software. I contacted customer service by email. I could tell that "Lisa" was in China, but she worked with me multiple times to correct the problem. Eventually, she had to place the new software (too large a file to email) in a Dropbox for me to download. She was patient with me an unrelenting in solving my problem.

I ordered a Bewell wristwatch made of maple wood advertised as "Made of high-quality maple wood, environment-friendly" and "Health & comfortable, especially for those with skin allergies." I wore this watch and it caused serious 3rd degree chemical burns that I am still suffering from nearly a month later. I contacted Tomtop support and they accused me of burning myself with heat. This is my second Bewell maple watch, the first purchased from Etsy. I had no such issues the Etsy watch, other that it falling apart after a couple of months.

I have been buying from Tomtop for a while now with great success. I did have a problem with a short shipped item but through contacts with "Alisa" we got it straightened out. I do understand why she was so cautious but she was easy to work with. I will continue to buy from Tomtop because of Alisa. Everything I have bought from them is better than expected and priced reasonably.
Tip for consumers:
If there is an error in in shipment, just contact their customer service with as many details as you can. I used shipping weights to confirm my order was shipped short. Keep in mind all online dealers have to deal with scammers every day and you need to understand the caution they use when someone says "shipped short or did not receive". I do recommend this company.

I made a purchase from tomtop.com, received the product was not as described, not working, and useless, send emails, photos and videos to the seller as they requested, but did not workout, I requested for refund, they finally agree to refund if I send back the products back to them at my cost and they received the products. I sent the product back to them to the address they give to me at my cost, but I still did not receive the refund after 4 months and they stop communication with me since then.
In summary, this is a scam seller, who sell useless trash as good products with high price to make money, and you will lose more money to send the item back to them.

This shop is the worst ever. Since the June the third they have promised me a refund, but still no money.
I suspect that all good reviews here are false.

I was told about one of the flash sales for a Les Paul style DIY guitar on one of the Facebook guitar kit builders sites. I thought well what do I have to lose at 77 bucks right? Well in this case 77 bucks. The finish was horrid. Looked like the surface of the Maple flame veneer, already paper thin, had been cratered. The binding at the neck was raised up. People get varied quality from the sounds of it and all I heard was customer service was crap. I sent a photo of the product and told them it was a huge disappointment. Never heard a word from them. Blew me right off. I e mailed them July 12 so its been awhile. This is the 4th kit Ive built and it will be far from the last, but TopTom wont see my money again. They got 1 shot and blew it. Crap product and even crappier customer service. I finally decided to see what I could make of it but I will have to do a solid color. The flame is just hog wash on this one.

I needed a new smartphone, saw one on the Tomtop.com site and bought it online, no mention of it being out of stock. I got an email from them saying the could not supply the phone and would I like a refund.
I sourced an alternative phone from a different company and accepted their refund.
Tomtop then advised me that they could now supply the phone and would be sending it. I advised them that I had an alternative phone and that I had accepted their offer of a refund.
They sent the phone anyway!
Then I was to fund the return of the phone that they need not have sent.
Their business practice seems to be sell what they don't have, source it, then send it even if they have offered a refund in the hope you just accept it.
I will NEVER do business with this very dodgy company again.

I had a problem with a product deficiency... one that happened to be a somewhat rare defect of the product. The support has given me a partial refund so that I could obtain the defective part to remedy the problem. Teresa was instrumental and very helpful toward a solution.

I ordered a camera and received it all scratched. The package was sent all well covered so it is crystal clear it was impossible to be damaged on the way, it was sent like that on purpose. The company blamed the shipping and tried not to take any responsibility of it. What worst is, I wrote a review on the site and they deleted it. I tried to get a new case for the camera and they wanted to charge me for the shipping.
This company is not serious. Terrible customer service, not reliable at all and they sent already used and damaged products. Will never recommend it.

I ordered WLv950 and it never say out of stock. They took my money and after 4 days my order was on hold. I email them few times, they never told me that the item is out of stock. Until tonight finally got a hold the online so called rep. Stated the item is out of stock, she only said sorry about. I requested for a full refund and now is going to take 3-5 days to process. It is very bad for the business being dishonest to lure the customer. I will never deal with them anymore I'll take my business to somewhere else.
