Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

“I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items.”

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

The order I placed was never up to date, even though I had a lot of feedback with the company's support team, it was a bit annoying to me, but it was not that I considered that the company was not. Good.

First of all they say that you just need to wait a bit more for the product. When they told me to wait more I contacted my bank to make a complaint about the fraud and after a couple of hours Tomtop said that the product has been lost...

Purchased Engine Oil Level Sensor for my car with shipping and tracking number delivery 4 to 10 days and 10 days went by and didn't get any notifications of shipping or tracking number finally after 20 days the item arrived the level sensor didn't work at all i requested assistance from customer service by sending email one week ago and have yet to hear anything back at all.
Stay as far away as you can from TomTop.

This store has all kind of products, eletronics, computers, home, clothes, sports, etc.
The is they delivery worldwide vary fast.
For the Brazilians the delivery her with no problems and divided the payment in 12x on credit cards, fantastic.
I already have the opportunity to contact the support and was wonderful, I was very nicely helped.

Recently bought a DVR. Low price, but only for the first product. After 20 days received your order. Instead of fixing the "sucker" came the Scotch - the description does not match. Can't confirm receipt of the order. There is no such function. Support is not responding.There is no support. I do NOT recommend this store. I will no longer shop at this store.

Yesterday I had suggested this website to my uncle to buy a fitness band. He had only entered his credit card number and stuff but not the password. All of a sudden he got a message that his card was used for a purchase at amazon for around 7600 INR. Please avoid this website.

Lots of different gadgets, electronics, hobby, automotive stuff in one spot with the ease of ordering from the comfort of your home. You can't beat there prices and they have all the latest electroics you could want. Love buying rc stuff from them.

Purchased a couple things on the same day, recieved one in a couple of weeks and never recieved the other... wrote Tomtop customer support several times about the missing order and they never responded... will never buy from them again! Started a claim with PayPal for a refund, buy in the US, don't buy from China! Your not saving anything if you don't get what you ordered.

Ordered phone charger pads on 2/2/ 2015 have never received anything from them, they say they have festivals going on, or the lastest was tomb sweeping and no one in office, please do not waste your money as i have steve bald it is now 6 months since my order i hav never been givin my money back or why they cant send what i ordered very very poor service steve bald

@shamy z, as much as I want to contact the shipping company who shipped the item I ordered from Tomtop, I don't have any of their contact number or email. I searched on the internet but to no avail. Kindly help me to contact them. Again this is my order tracking number RF*******SG. I placed the order last Apr. 20,2017 and up to now, June 29,2017 it is not yet delivered. I need your help. Pls. I purchased $3000 worth of items. I paid for it and after a week of no response to my emails I did a paypal claim. Funny I get a response that my items cannot be shipped. No restrictions on items into my country. I get a PayPal refund 2 weeks later and it costs $200 me because of the exchange rate! All this with no fault to me.

I was promised a response on SiteJabber and nothing yet.

DONT USE TOMTOP IF YOU NOT IN CHINA

I ordered an item on Nov 27th, they took my money in about 3 minutes. No correspondence has been received and attempts to contact them via email and live chat has been impossible. I have already filed a claim with paypal because when I check their website it shows I have no orders placed, pending or otherwise. Even though it has only been a few days paypal was very helpful in getting a claim started. I feel foolish, I normally check reviews first, instead of when a problem arises, well I was in a hurry and click, click, click... and I am out 265.99. Paypal has buyer protection so i will either get a refund or get my prooduct, they have 10 days to respond.

This is my first time buying from Tomtop and it will be my last too. Next time, I am definitely sticking to GB. I ordered my phone last month and now I need to go pay for the tax next week.

Another guy ordered from GB and he got the phone already without paying tax and he ordered this month! The... heck

I needed a bike travel case and searched several websites for the right one. After doing a couple of hours research I felt as if I was becoming a pro on travel cases and was ready to make a purchase- but it had to be at a good price. There are other, similar bike travel cases but most cost a lot more than the XXF Hard Bike Case. There is a video on YouTube showing the features of this case and I was convinced that this is the perfect travel case for me. Tomtom offered the best price for the case as well as the most economical shipping. I've used it once so far and my complete bike (taken apart), helmet, shoes, shorts & jersey, socks, etc fit with no problem. The locks are a great option, however, TSA still managed to pop one open and 'inspect' my case.
**Tip** I used 2 tie down straps around the case for added stability and assured closure.

Ordered an item for Halloween... paid extra for expedited shipping & never received the item. Contacted them and asked where my item was. They assured me it was on it's way & send me a new tracking number (which was invalid) Halloween came & went and no item... emailed them for a refund... no response. Only savor was I paid with paypal & they eventually credited my account. Dnt waste ur time or money with this bogus company!

I have ordered for my friend a dron through TomTop review.

After a while with no delivery or any message I contacted the TomTop site and enquired about my order. I received a reply quite soon suggesting either waiting or money refund. I received money refund with no further delays or questions.

Bought a product, it never came. They´ve blocked my email, wrote "Have a nice day" on their support chat - never answered to my complain, and now they won´t answer me on messenger and the deleted my message on their facebook page AND blocked me. Reported them to consumer.gov

Love to search for tech products in Tomtop. Items available in multiple warehouses (EU, China,...). Paypal payments available. Items have photo, video and text reviews. Super cheap products. I love it!

I placed an order for a RF Modulator. They sent me a defective one. I made a complaint. They asked me to send it back. I spent almost the same cost as the modulator to return it. They neither sent me a replacement nor worried about my extra cost incurred to me. I am a pensioner and they were least bothered.

They seem to have a pattern to hold out with refunds as long as they possibly can, in the hopes that customers simply give up and they can enjoy "free" money AND returned items. In my case, I didn't even receive the goods, it was returned by the parcel service and went back to their warehouse before it ever reached me. They insist I received it (ignoring online tracking clearly showing it was returned) and refuse refund. Looks like I have to do it the hard way and reclaim the money with my CC bank, as PayPal seems to be in on the scam as well...
