Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
With their low prices I was worried that I would have a low quality item, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I will be shopping on their site again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

Hi I ordered a drone from them had a problem from the outset. I contacted support they just gave me the same answer all the time. They said that they would refund me and that they applied for a refund and that I should look at my account in 1-3 days. I email them again after three days and I get the same robotic answer. Over and over again. Support is helpful to a point, but should you "raise your opinion" about the matter then they become rather rude. This is a not go for me. I will not do anymore business or risk my money with them any longer. I have three other items that I ordered beginning of the month but have not seen them as of yet. If I send an email to them at 12:00 their time due to timezone I only receive a reply the next day. Do not even expect an answer from them again the same day.
I ask that anyone who has been victim to the promises please dispute and log cases against them. We need to make a stand against those who take advantage of the internet for dishonest gain.

Ordered electronic Nov. 28th. Couldn't get hold of anyone there via phone or get them to respond to emails to track order. They sent email saying item was shipped on Dec 5th via ups' unicycle courier with a bogus tracking #. Called ups. They had no record of the shipment. Had to dispute charge with my bank... all the while... still no package!

I bought a product from Tomtop 2 months ago. They shipped my product after 25 days and they sent me the wrong product. The main office is in China. They couldn't replace my product until I ship back the wrong one at my expense. They don't reply to email right away, they reply after 3 or 4 days with bad English. In a few words, don't by from Tomtop, they are thieves.

After almost 90 working days I'm still waiting for my package. The customer support doesn't answer most of the time, and when they do, they have a single and only answer - the tracking number which gives nothing! The promis that I will recieve the package until 20 business days. I'm still waiting. The only advantage is that they're working with pay-pal, so finally, at the end, you'll get your money back. Stay away from TomTop.com!

The tomtop.com ordered from a phone (Apollo Lite). I was free of injury. I got what I ordered. The delivery was 2-3 weeks. The phone works very well to this day. Purchased a portable ac unit from them and three weeks went by and didnt get any notifications of shipping. Emailed them and they said it was a bad batch so it was taking longer, ok, well waited three weeks more and finally got a tracking number. Tracking number was not able to be found on the site I was given and figured I would be out my money anyway. Finally showed up and the box was missing pieces. I emailed them and they kept giving me the run around finally saying (a week and a half later) that they would forward my concern to the right department... but I had to email them back in 48 hours to discuss!? What the crap. Still not resolved.

When you're out shopping for gadgets, you're looking at all the shops out there, Mainly for good product collection and prices.
And that's what happened with me when I was out shopping for my gadgets. TomTop came up and I loved the collection and competitive prices they had. I bought a FPV quad, for a price which no other seller had. And the quick delivery topped up the service even more. Where other sellers take up to even 30+ days, TomTop's delivery guys delivered it in less than 30 days. I was Impressed.
