Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

“I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items.”

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I ordered 6 fidget spinners in April, one month later I received only 2 fidget spinners.
I then sent email to support, to inform them that i only had received 2 spinners and that i wanted de other 4. I Received mail back that the other fidget spinners was sent and a tracking number that was and is invalid.
This is now 7 weeks ago and has still not received the package.
For info, I have paid for the item.
I have also sent them more email after this, but they are no responding.
HOLD you far away from this site!

My item was delivered after 50 days of shipping and the product was broken on arrival. The only contact for customer service is their support mail. One week now, and I have not got any response from them. No option for return, my money is lost

They list themselves as a wholesaler and dropshipper but they sell there own items on ebay for lest than they do on their site. They may be good for a consumer purchase of 1 or 2 items, but if your looking to add them to your business and make money, good luck with that.

Tip for consumers:
Not for business looking for a good supplier.

I ordered a wireless doorbell that did not work. I even contacted the manufacturer before asking for a refund. I was asked then to submit a video of the problem. Which I did NOT bother with cause how do you video a wireless doorbell not working? I am very disappointed! And with this being my first purchase, I have not and will not purchase again nor will I recommend anyone else to.
I am a fair and easy going person who has worked in customer service and can honestly say... this is not good customer service

Order Number: AN17J16F4416-AIHH73
Ordered on October 16, order tracking shown goods arrives at local post operator on Oct 31. I chased many times by e-mail and online, the response was asked me to contact local post office. First, the term is to sent to my address, not post office. Secondly, I checked with local post office (they did not provide which post office), there is no such parcel. TomTop is still claiming delivery is very busy. I have been waiting for more than 1 month. There is no way it is not delivered if it arrived so called local post office. I demand immediate delivery or refund.

I ordered a laser engraver. It arrived very quickly in an undamaged box. When I opened the box the object plate (the plate that you attach the item to be laser engraved to) was afloat in the box and it was clearly visible that the attachment between the plate and the servo was broken. I sent 3 separate emails to the TomTop website sales and support emails (the only way to contact them) and I have not received a response. So I have an unusable item and wasted $80

Excellent service. They process and ship the order quickly, they have online chat support and reply to email in less than 48 hours.
The products are well packed and protected during shippment.

I bought an item from Tomtop. I did not check it within the 30 days from guarantee return because I did not need it right away. Just assumed it was good. It did not work. They list a 6 month warranty and are not responding when I sent them a message about it. Who can I check with about internet fraud. Ebay and Paypal say their hands are tied because they can not make them honor the 6 month warranty.

Tip for consumers:
BEWARE!!!!!! They do not honor their listed warranty.
There are several companies our of the country that are honorable. This is NOT one of them.
They need to do the right thing if they want to do business here.

Been waiting for a purchase they claim to have.
Shipped since may 14th. Stock standard reply to my email x3 " looking into it" so frustrating, I just want my purchase. EBay seem to be accepting there response, now it's Chinese dragon boat celebrations and they are out of the office! I would never buy anything from them so BUYER BEWARE and EBay need to kick them to the curb. The trouble is they claim to be posting from Sydney and in fact are posting from china so that lures you into a false sender of security

After 4 weeks of waiting and each time telling that my order will be shipped next week, they give me an easy answer (If product is not delivered you can cancel your order) like if i cancel the order i will be happy.
Seriously its not this kind of resseler to which you can trust your money and your order

A month ago I bought a SJCAM 5000X camera and I had my reticence because it was the first time I bought in this web. But the payment was fast, I was more economical than I thought. I got the item quickly, with tracking number.

The product of very good quality even in low light, can be programmed the operation from the mobile. The only drawback is the duration of the battery that lasts a little.

Tomtop is fine - IF the item you purchased has no issues. IF you do encounter a problem they will send you in circles until you give up. Other e-retailers may cost more but they will support the customer. Tomtop will NOT support the customer. Are you feeling lucky?

My drone is not working properly. The drone shuts down in mid flight whenever I click the button to do a 360 flip. It flips, turns off and free falls to the ground. I have waited 2 weeks and heard no replies from customer service.

DONT BUY THEIR DRONES.

We got the product as described and it was shipped accordingly. We just got a problem because the invoice had a different value than the product we purchased, so we had to pay extra taxes when the product arrived.

I hoped for a long-term cooperation, but I was disappointed in the store.
Some sort of bad delivery service is used, my product with proirity shipping can go 2 months. It's very bad.
And the store does not go online, nothing is going to do with it.
Not reccomended.

South Africa is big. My city is big. Tracking indicated - Note the fact that the parcel arrived on the 08th Sep. It is the 19th Sep. Nothing received yet. A Normal delivery via post takes 2 to 3 days. Not 11 days and still no parcel in sight. My experience with Tomtop was honestly un-pleasurable. I struggle with everything. Communication especially. I Potentially lost allot of money purchasing products through Tomtop. I am powerless as I can only work on poor feedback. My refund - No proof. My second parcel - no way of knowing where in South Africa is my product. It honestly feels that TOMTOP not putting in the afford to support me in closing out this concern. I am out of product and out of pocket.

Update. (20/09/2017)

I received my refund. My parcel is still outstanding.

These people are cons and thieves, got half the order and they said I signed the order which I did I unpacked the item after they left half was missing and one was broke. They said take pictures which I did nothing so now I have 250.00 of nothing and pay pal will do nothing

I have ordered an Android TV Box from tomtop.com, they gave me discount on my forst purchase, I was not expecting but I got the device in 2 days, as they have their warehouses in EU and US, so shipping is fast and prices are very reasonable. I would recommend it to all of my friends.

Do not buy from them. They take items, open them, and repackage them with fake, cheap stuff. They also required videos, pictures, and tried to get me to close my dispute with paypal. They offered me a partial refund but never processed it and I had to settle for a partial through paypal after they strung me along for 2 weeks. Do NOT buy from them!
