Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
Unfortunately I bought a product, arrived with defects, I contacted Tom top, I asked for the replacement of the product... after several emails, I have not 'replied... I remained with the product defective and unusable...

Purchased 3 smartwatches. One arrived not working at all. The other two would not connect to phone or if they did the different options did not work. If you moved your arm the pedometer would register. They would not take them back or offer any refund or credit. Very poor service and quality.

I purchased a walkera master cp electric helicopter on line from yourselves after waiting four weeks for it to arrive from china, only to find that the Radio Devo 7 mall functioned and stopped working before i could even fly the helicopter model, I then contacted Tomtop at least 12 times over a period of three months, to date it has still not been replaced even when at my cost, sent back the faulty radio.
To sum it up Tomtom your customer care is the worst i have ever dealt with, you need to up your game or loose many old and new customers.

I made a purchase on July 14,2017 (a mobile phone).
Tomtop sent me an email 3 days later indicating the tracking link (DHL).
Again 3 days later, on the tracking link, I check that the package is returned to TOMTOP for damage to the outer packaging.
TOMTOP does not get in touch with me or inform me of anything, so I demand it on August 4th.
After several days they respond that they will send the article again. This is the latest news from them. They never sent the article or returned the money.
Thanks to PAYPAL I was able to get my money back.
TOMTOP cheated on me twice and tried to steal my money.
Never more.

Now, TOMTOP responds to this review... instead of responding to the multiple communications I tried, I only have an answer when I put a negative note on this platform.
They are only interested in giving a good image to continue to deceive... a real pity.

Beware of TomTop, do not support products that arrive damaged, my sister bought a Smart Watch Amazfit and arrived with bluetooth that does not turn on.
TomTop even blocked my sister's email directly from their email client.

I have placed on order on 03/08/2017 and did an EFT for the goods. This order I was supposed to have received between 7/10 working days. Up till date the order has not come in. I have emailed support and requested feedback. These guys do not ever come back to you. Wholesale at Tomtop managed to back back to me requesting more info which sent. Now i am still waiting for their feedback. I think that this is a scam company and google should remove all of their products from being advertised on the net. I was asked by the Tomtop company to give a positive review and they, in turn would give me money. My item never worked but I received a refund. The Tomtop company wanted to keep part of my money for said defective item, but I complained again and they issued a full refund. The full refund is the positive part.

I placed an order for 6 led lights to use on my driveway. 2 of the lights were white and the other 4 were blue (I ordered all white). To make it easy for them, I asked for two more blue lights so they all matched. They agreed to send and package never arrived. Next, they agreed to refund for the 2 white lights. This did not happen. I have been fighting them for 4 months and they refuse to send the lights or refund the money. I have so many email messages with their stated promises and no resolution. After reading their reviews, many others have similar issues. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. WARNING. Transaction ID **************.
