Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I ordered two things from Tomtop(over 250 USD), they never arrived and though I was refunded I was never given a working tracking number, IT WAS FAKE. After two months of them holding my money, I got refunded only after a thousand complaint messages! Now they are offering me 3 dollars to write a positive review! They are capitalizing on others money and not sending anything! Never trust this site.

It took them two weeks to agree to send the case. A further three weeks later it still hadn't been sent, and they agreed to refund part of the purchase price so that I could order it elsewhere.

Hello. Although usually I wouldn't buy outside other known webstores I've decided to take a go on this one since they have some sweet deals. Really low-cost specially at some days, almost 50% discount. Shipment's were also fast and good. Support is ok. Could be better but had no complaints about feedback. Usefull people.

Ordered a DJI Mavic Pro, explicitly from the german warehouse. It was marked "usually shippes within one business day". After one week without notice I asked and they sent me a tracking number for a parcel being shipped from china (!). But the story doesn't end here. I ordered four weeks ago and haven't gotten anything yet! Tomtop does not answer any messages, neither through email nor through Paypal. I am currently trying to get my money back through Paypal and I can only warn people from this shop - don't buy there, this is a ripoff!

I have been buying since six months. Initially I found buying very smooth. You get items at very good price. But free shipping is an issue Tomtop needs to address. For example goods are shipped from China warehouse through bpost2.be land in Belgium and remain there. No website can find item status or location. And Tomtop support or customer care do not reply mails.
I don't think one has to wait 2 months having paid for the item, and again go for cancellations and refund which only Tomtop knows the time it will take to refund the money. It is really a vey bitter and bad experience. Wish Tomtop take serious note of it.

I have already made couple of purchases on this site, so I have a little bit of experience. I was surprised how fast was product delivered from China. I have ordered Xiaomi 3x M365 scooter and shipping was free of charge, delivered within month. They have taken care of taxes, and I did not have to pay any customs or VAT. I have purchased the same item from another shop, which took more than 3 months to compare to 3 weeks via Tomtop.
Customer service was good, although it took them to reply 1-2 days, they actually responded on topic, trying to do their best answering my questions.
Overall experience very positive.
They even have loyality points that you can use to further lower the price of product of your choice

I ordered a product - product was tracked from China until South Africa via DHL - as soon as it got here it disappeared never to be seen again. Spoke to DHL and they had no idea where it went. I requested assistance from Tomtop in tracking it down but they just ignored my mails. Basically my advice is don't use Tomtop if you live in South Africa.

I received a C-Fly Obtain 803 drone from TomTop with a defective/faulty controller.
I have requested a replacement controller but all TomTop have offered is a discount off purchase price in order to have controller repaired.
A repairer cannot fix a faulty battery.
Further requests to TomTop to have controller replaced have gone unanswered, so my impression of their customer service so far is poor.

I bought a Xiaomi WiFi Repeater Pro on the 31st August and it reached my end by the 19th October last, about 50 days, most of that time spent here in Argentina, not that bad considering these pandemic times. The package arrived in apparent good condition, when the plastic cover was removed; the box inside presented slight dentations, but the product inside was in perfect condition. Already paired it to my WiFi network and works just fine. Very pleased with this product, I strongly recommend it. Thank you once again TomTop.

I ordered two light bulbs. After almost two months, I had to go to the post office and pay postage for a "free shipping product". One of the bulbs wouldn't work. They told me to send a detailed video of the problem so the techs could help me. (With screwing in a light bulb). I asked for a shipping label to send back their product and they said I would have to pay shipping. If you get Iris as a consumer "help" agent, you are sunk.

A few months ago I bought four DMX moving heads. One of them stopped working within the warranty period. I asked for claim to be repairing or refundet. In reality, they do not accept any claims. They only wanted to refund me a maximum of 12 euros, given that one head cost more than 100 euros. If you buy something from Thomtop do not rely on any warranty. I will never buy anything from Tomtop again!

I ordered a phone from Tomtop on Ebay. The transaction was a trainwreck and was never completed. They lied about the phone having been shipped when it was not. When I asked them for proof of shipment, they could not do it. It was difficult and time-consuming to get a refund, even with Ebay customer support. I needed to get the refund to purchase elsewhere, and they delayed and played unethical games. Tomtop then emailed me to ask me to change my poor review to a positive review. Really? I am not surprised at the warning that they give incentives for positive reviews. Do yourself a favor and avoid this business at all costs,
