Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
They offered me a coupon if I give a good feedback... So it is possible that a lot of reviews are payed.
They are fine, but be carefull at your orders, I had to asked two times(in two weeks) for a refund of a cancelation(not mine cancellation, their cancellation).
The shipping from UE are taking more time than estimated.

This company promised the item I ordered on December 7 withing 5-7 days. I never received the item and they lied about the tracking information. I never got the item as of 1/17/16 and they are not responding to my emails, Paypal or my bank. Beware buyer.

Problem to tilt the yunteng monopod head even after un-tightened the screw. It is tight and needs a bit more energy than normal to tilt up and down. Panning left and right is smooth. If I send back to Tomtop, it requires more money than the cost of monopod. After a few emails back and forward, they stop replying to me. No solution at the end. Beware!

Sorry that I cannot respond positively but I can see my experience duplicated in other negative responses. There seems to be a pattern at TOMTOP of no service, stalling tactics et.al. In my case, I returned what I still think was a quality NOMU S30 phone that I only had for a few days when it went dead. I was hoping for a new replacement. I followed their instructions to the letter to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and documented everything. The USPS shows that my $217.99 phone was delivered to their specified address 18 days ago on March 18 2017 but responded with an odd email from "Angie" indicating that they don't have it in their "stock" and asking: "Whats the matter with you?" (me). In addition to this unfortunate situation, this is the first time in my 60 years that my credibility has ever been challenged by a retailer adding insult to injury. Needless to say, avoid the trouble and go elsewhere to shop.

They sent me a bogus tracking info that even showed it was undeliverable to my address and returned to sender, I talked to the mail carrier who handles my area, and they said they of course know me and my address.
So I go to customer care and they claim to have sent me a new one, but... it never came. So I basically was scammed, ripped off.

I had some minor problem with a camera I bought, but thanks to a nice lady by name Lisa I got after a contact a suggestion to solution that was more than good.
No need for a lot of discussions, but direct suggests some good solution to make the situation correct.

1) They trick customers with their fake VIP loyalty program and benefits you never receive. Its all a lie...
2) Their customer service representatives do not reply to queries on *******@tomtop.com, or the live chat reps "are not authorized to help" with your problem.
3) They charge you for expensive expedited shipping then split orders without consulting you or send china post to score the extra money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! BAD SERVICE! BAD COMPANY!

Bought this Led mask for halloween. I was afraid that it wouldn't be on time, so I send a mail and they replayed very fast. That was super nice and they also kept in contact about the order. JJRC is a great brand, and their drones are probably the best I have had the privilege to get in exchange for reviews. This one is big, easy to operate and though flying is not my strong suit it protects my propellers with it's great guards and design.
This drone really does have it all: the ability to maneuver well, you can add your smartphone to it to capture your images and the camera works really well. No matter how old you are or what your past interests, this drone will capture your attention for sure---making you want to watch it if not give it a whirl for yourself.

You can get extremely cheap product. I bought feiyutech wg2 for 195 usd, normally it was 260-270 usd in other websites.
Shipments have very fast process and shipment process and shipment time is very good. I mean in a week to europe.
On the otherhand, refund process is so slow i am waiting refund for a long time. We want online chat help system back

I bought a $350 item, It came deffective. It took 36 mails and almost 3 months with TomTop warranty service to get a sutpid $70 refund. All I wanted was my item to work. Bad, bad customer service. Don't recommend to buy anything expensive on TomTop.
