Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
So this was my first time I shopped at Tomtop. Price was definitly the lowest around and delivery was very quick. I will definitly recommend Tomtop to my friends and colleagues and will visit Tomtop again.

The GOOD: Compared to others the quality of item and the prices are quite similar but the delivery time is usually much shorter (I live in europe)
The BAD: I was invited to leave a positive review for wich I was supposed to get a 30 voucher that never came... so... not very honest either way.

I ordered an item for Christmas November 4th. It is now December 21st and the tracking information on the website says the item left Chinese processing station in November 13th. I asked for a refund and the customer support tells me to wait. I wait and wait and I write back and they said wait and wait. So 4 days before Christmas and I still have nothing. And the disgusting thing is that these people have the nerve to blame this on the Los Angeles fires which clearly did not effect ANY of my OTHER purchases from other websites shipping from China because I got those within 2 or 3 weeks. They were going to blame it on a local disaster for their inability to deliver the goods. Give me a break. I will NEVER EVER buy from you again.

I got some wireless earphones from them. In less than a month they were faulty. The left piece was disfunctional and wouldn't charge. I wrote to them asking either for a replacement or money back. They asked for a video. Now tell me how you video an earpiece not charging? I sent them a photo. Nothing heard...

Ordered a drone WLtoys V686G.
Come in time but the FPV screen was not working. After more than 4 weeks and two weeks emailing the support service to find a solution, sending a video showing it was not working, my problem is still unsolved.
Someone was proposing that I buy it from the internet and it will be refunded. I told that easiest way was to send me a replacement product instead of making me buying it to then be refunded as I should have received a working product at the first place.
Even when I said I will buy it and wanted to know the procedure to be fully refunded, then, and since then I have no answer from Tomtop!
I never had such an experience when buying something on the Internet.
So be aware if something get wrong very few chance that it will be sorted out.

Before I engrave the first piece it quit working. Starting up the very first trial piece on the machine they came with the software never completed the piece it just went out and quit working know where to get ahold of customer service no way to get ahold of customer service no customer service listed

I bought a tablet, April 2013, it took ages to arrive, and when it did it was not working, it would not charge, It looks like it has been sent out many times by the looks of the seriously scratched protective screen cover, and well marked rear of the tablet. I have just offered the drone I ordered on Tomtop to my boyfriend for Christmas and I am very upset as LOTS of pieces are missing: the attaching clamb, the screw driver, the landings gears and the screws! Plus, the remote controller seems to be broken.
I was very happy about your website at first (Quick delivery etc) and wanted to recommend it to all my friends.

My Oukitel Smartphone cannot be charged anymore, I must pay 30% of the price of the Oukitel Smartphone to post it back, because there is no support in Europe. I ordered a quadricopter. It arrived in about 8/10 days but, although the package was not corrupt, some items were lost: the litium battery, the instruction manual, the USB wire to charge the drone and the bag to put it inside to avoid scratch.
I tryed to contact the support many times both via e-mail than via facebook messages: on the facebook they asked me to close de Paypal dispute to investigate (it would have been better investigating first, and then i would close it) while via e-mail they asked me to take a picture of the package and of the losing elements. So I did but their answer is about every 3 days. Unaceptable.

I ordered (Nov 22nd) 2 Hoverboard for my daughters and I became concerned after I received the bags but no boards. I had to communicate with them a few times and finally realized the site they sent me did not work on my phone. I had to find out the company (my case was FedEx) and use it to track my item. It arrived on December 23rd I think because of customs checks and coming from China. I gave 3 stars because the remote did not come with the board and the communication delays. My girls love the boards and do not know the stress I allowed myself to endure with concerns about the delivery. I just had to realize ordering outside the US and things occurring nationwide regarding threats to security things will take longer to arrive.

Hello! I gave TomTop a 5 star, because everything I bought was in mint condition, well packaged, fast shipped, and for the item quality it was a bargain. The app and website are very user-friendly, everything is very easy straight forward from the item choosing, purchasing, allways with a item tracking number to the receiving time. I bought a few 4K sport action cameras, and all my friends, family and co-workers think that I paid a couple of hundred euros for each. They all have seen those cameras in action, and wen they watched the footages and photos, none of them believed that I only paid 24 for each, including respective accessories and diving protective case. I am a goods reviewer from several different companies and I truly recommend TomTop as one of the best of them.
