Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
Well, where do I start? Maybe introduce Tomtop.com as a fairytale with a lot of fiction? This is probably the most terrible online wholesale shop in the world. The people working there are obvious trained to lie, and can't give a correct answer on anything. I can't recommend my worst enemy to shop at Tomtop. They will probably never give you the goods, just take your money. My order wasn't big, and I'm glad i didn't make it bigger due to the hassel of getting the order dispatched. When you try to contact their support they will probably go offline, or disconnect the chatting.

DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

I came across TomTop while looking for new electronics at better prices than I can find even on Amazon and TomTop turned out to be the real deal with an incredible site, both visually and functionally.
Over the past 12 months I purchased a Pico Projector, a Satellite TV Tuner, and another larger Projector
- The prices usually beat Amazon's
- The Selection is extensive. Some items are not on Amazon yet.
- Shipping, even when sent from China (to me in California) usually takes 7-10 days, and they have some of the products in a US warehouse too
The only thing to keep in mind is that should you want to return something to a seller in China, shipping back bulky items is not cheap.

I made a purchase on the 14th February. It took them nearly 3 weeks to send the item. 2nd March 2016.
Requested tracking number as I am in Australia. Took over 1 week to provide this. Item is stuck somewhere in China. So as of today 25th March, item still hasnt been received.
Complained to them, and was advised via email, that a 2nd item would be shipped (via sea mail) which rang alarm bells for me.
Asked again for the tracking number for the 2nd item, couldnt provide. Told me that once it hits Australia I will receive the tracking number. They admitted today in an email that the 2nd item has never been sent.
Basically, item has never been received, however the good news is that I paid via paypal and they have returned my funds.
My only dilemma is that they seem to be only supplier of the item that I want.
Think twice about purchasing from them.

A day later they send me an email saying it's an oversize item and that i must pay an additional 20$?... that doesnt make sense... i felt being scammed!

I wouldnt recommend this website to anyone and i wont never use it again. I ordered a hoverboard November 27th and after 5 days when my order was still processing, i called the number it told me to call for customer support and it was a dead end... Then i chose to email them and i got a response, but i was pretty positive they took my money. But as I came home from school on December 17th I got my package and everything looks pretty legit and in place... 20 days isnt a bad shipping time but they could atleast or should inform you about what phase your product is in

I have buy a HOMTOM said waterproof phone, it had flooded as soon as I put it in the swimming pool water, half immerge only! I have write to TOMTOP who sold me this brand new phone, but get very strange and unusefull answers the best might be " find a shop to make it repair "! Of course I am not happy... I purchased two rock climbers for my twin boys. They got very little use, as I controlled the amount of time they spent playing with them. I also made sure the batteries were charged and I ordered spare batteries, too.
The kids love them and they are generally a good product.
Three weeks after the rock climbers arrived, one of them developed a fault, in that the back wheel drive stopped working. This meant that one of the rock climbers was only 2-wheel drive. It was still usable but very limited.
I've tried to contact TomTop customer services and managed to get one reply, eventually, telling to go to FAQ on their website.
On examination, I found that a toothed gear/cog/sprocket had broken inside the axle and caused the motor to go faulty. I needed a motor and gear or a replacement unit. I even suggested paying for a replacement at a discounted price but I've heard nothing back.
In total, I've sent 7 emails to them with one initial reply and nothing since.
DO NOT deal with this site. If anything goes wrong with your item or you suffer non-delivery, their attitude seems to be - ignore the customer and they'll go away!
