Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Ordered an IP camera from Tomtop.com in November 2017. Their website said international shipping takes 15-20 business days to receive.
I used their online tracking to watch the shipping process. After 6 weeks I noticed the tracking never changed as the item still showed at the China shipper location. I contacted them via email asking the item status. They responded with the statement that a snow storm in the USA was the hold up.
Waited a few more weeks and inquired again. They told me to "please wait some more time". After 3 months I requested a refund as the package still showed in China. They pushed back and said "they were contacting the shipper for status.
At 4 months, They came back with the package was lost and I would receive a refund in 5 days. 4 days later the package arrived, the refund of course did not.
4 months seems a little long, other online services like Wish.com arrive in much less time and refunds are very quick if the package is lost. Tomtop customer service is more lip service and only pushed back on my requests. I can't recommend Tomtop.com.

I have bought chinese gadgets in several webs like aliexpress.com, dx.com, etc but my experience hasn't been as good as it has been with tomtop.com. I needed a small camera for the toilet because it has a problem and i wanted to know what was happening. I found this web with good prices and i started to search for the perfect mini camera and i found it. The price was perfect, no more than 10$. So i decided to buy it. I pay with Paypal because i didn't know if this web was reliable, but it was. The camera took some weeks to arrive, but the packaging was nice. I tried and the camera had good quality. I recommend you this web if you want to buy cheap gadgets. You can find all you can imagine.

We have ordered an item from TOMTOP and are not satisfied and are now trying to return it, and TOMTOP does absolutely not respond at all. In the chat we are told they don't deal with returns/refunds, and that we should email them... Go figure!

I was initially delighted with the offering from Tomtop. They offered free delivery to Ireland with low wait times.
However, my order has spent two weeks "processing". When I contacted customer support, they said it was because a late delivery from another supplier. After a few more days, I contacted them again and they said it was not in stock. The items were in stock when I made the order. Rather frustrating.
If you order from this site, I would not assume that they have the items in stock, or that your items will be delivered.
I have a hunch that some suppliers may be doing this at scale. Taking orders for products, then not delivering, hoping that customers will give up and they keep the payment.
UPDATE:
I've asked for a refund, but as of yet, I haven't received it. Also after posting this review, they attempted to "bribe" me to take down the negative review with Tomtop points (see attached image). Completely unethical and reprehensible.
UPDATE:
TomTop have a 100% failure rating with my orders. I made two orders at the same time. The first order was a disaster and the second one arrived when I was out of the office.
The package was returned to sender and now I need TomTop to authorise the release of the package. They have insisted that I have signed for the package and have not been able to help. I have wasted hours online talking to their support team who are rude and inefficient.
Most of the time, they disappear in the middle of a conversation, saying they are too busy. Next time, they return, they ask me to repeat everything again. This is so painful. Avoid at all costs.

Tonight is Christmas Eve. I ordered a Hoverboard for my son on November 30th, the one and only gift he asked for on Christmas. Tomtop took my money the day I ordered and I sit here tonight with NO HOVERBOARD and no money that I paid for the Hoverboard. No response from the company for 7 days. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they responded on the same day that it had shipped. When I follow the tracking number it's apparently sitting in California waiting for transport. I'm still out the money and thankfully realized that I better get off my butt and get him another gift from Santa because this wasn't going to come. Tomtop are crooks! Don't order from them! They'll break your kiddo's hearts and steal your money!

I bought A KKMOON Camera from this supplier, unfortunatly there was an issue from day one with this camera. The Camera advertised to support motion detection and e-mail Alert, it did neither. When I complained to TmTop he offered me $ 3 rebate that eventually went up to $ 10. I was silly enough to accept this compensation for what I found to be a useless camera that stopped completely working after about two months. Called KKMOON several times and left messages, nobody ever returned my call. When I complained to Paypal, I found how useless their guarantee of satisfaction is. Since I accepted their $ 10 rebate, now I am out of luck and their nothing they would do.
So be aware of Tom Top tricks, if you are not satisfied to never accept any partial rebate.

I have made an review on TomTop about a phone that I had bought there. The phone's camera died after 3 months and for almost one month and a half I was trying to get it fixed.
During this back and forward writing TomTop finally gave me two options.
1. Return the phone. This option would cost me 1/4 of the purchase price of the phone.
2. They would refund a partial amount of the repair costs if I would repair the phone myself.
Both bad options, why would I have to pay so much for a faulty phone after 3 months of use. However. Last week they offered me a refund. Since I am done trying to tell them that they should provide more service for there customers, I agreed to accept the refund.
But here it comes. The service representative is not responding anymore to my messages. So hereby I am still sitting with a faulty phone, no refund, no service. In other words, no more TomTop for me. Never ever again. Please consider carefully before you buy there. All they want is your money and that's it.

Absolute nightmare to deal with, my partner bought a cable which was faulty. Purchased a 2 months ago and the saga has been going on since then. Back and forth emails trying to get my money back product doesn't work. So far they have offered me $10 usd and a $10 usd coupon on a £30 cable. Told me to take it somewhere to look at I did and the mechanic told me the cable will not work but couldn't ascertain if faulty or incorrect.
