Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.

I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

The shipp of my order was very fast, and i receve my order in great conditions and everything was fine! The unique gap was because the traking number of my order do not work correctly, and dont give a correct information about the status of the order

The site declares that it is testing all phones before shipping, This is just a lie, i get phome with factory defect and they even dont want to reply to me, after many days I'm losing hope to positive result. Best wrong shop ever!

I have bought a Video intercom... they have sent me a faulty item... i have sent it back and asked for a replacement or the money back. They said that the product is out of stock ( even though on the website I can clearly see that you can still purchase it). So I have chosen another one which they asked me to. They also said it is out of stock. Then I asked them for my money back and they offered ( but it is not completed yet) a partial refund.
Why would I gat a PARTIAL REFUND? They sent a faulty item so I am entitled to full refund.
Obviously all these email conversations with them are very stretched in time as obviously they count on the customer eventually giving up. Such a poor customer service with broken english used. Some of their emails you cant even understand!

Please, do yourself a favour and do not order from this website. Pure scam.

And... let me guess your answer in here, my dear TOM TOP customer service team.

"Please contact us on the email *******@tomtop.com and give us your order number, we will try to find a solution"

Waste of time.

This company seems to be a scam. Placed order, took a week to supposedly ship and now their website says the watch was delivered. I do not have it and there is no way to contact the company. Their "live" chat is never on line and I sent 3 e-mail messages and never received a response. I am going to report a fraudulent transaction to my credit card company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. THEY DO NOT DELIVER AND DON'T CARE!

They take for ever to answer your question, despite they never answer your emails. Only online chat which works terribly... I ordered a product which was supposed to be shipped within 24 hours, and its been 5 days and it has not been shipped and they don't give clear answers... REALLY THE WORST SERVICE

Recently I bought some things from this seller, and I received only 1 package out of 2 I emailed customer service and to make long story short they told me that I was on my own that I need to search with carrier on what happened with my order, first time buying from here and will be the last.

Ordered k110 heli June 19 2017 they sent me a confirmation that order shipped with tracking # with fedex link. Item last showed as in Hazel Twp June 30. Contacted Fedex started trace they called me July 11th and told me it was lost and contact seller to either resend or refund. Contacted Tomtop kept getting please wait a week then wait days then wait another week then days... I contacted them through paypal and they sent a link from another shipping tracking co that showed same info as fed ex link they sent me. I escalated it in paypal hopefully they will get my refund. If anything goes wrong it just seems impossible to get anything resolved with them. Deal with them at your own risk! If something goes wrong they seem to just ignore it.

Out of 7 electronics DIY kits I bought, 6 are working working fine. The 7th kit DSO138 had a broken TFT LCD screen. I made a complain and it was immediately responded with dispatch of a new screen as replacement. Too cool.

I would have rated the site with 5 starts before my last customer service experience. For one of the products I bought ( a car stereo) I asked about a feature (Bluetooth connection) that does not exist on the product I received but it is advertised as a feature on the website. They did acknowledge the problem and they offered a credit. I was OK with the offer and I was patiently waiting for the credit to show up (as they mentioned it will be few days). After about two weeks I asked for an update... and they send me a number without any further details. Even today I have no idea what that number stands for. After few more days I send another email to customer support requesting more info; I did not receive an answer. And this process went for few months now... still no answer. I tried different email addresses as well... still no answer. Since then I did not purchase anymore items from them... and I don't plan to do that till they at least answer back.

Update (Jul 2017)
They finally responded to my request and deposited the money in my account. I guess the review worked...

Purchased item thru paypal that was cancelled because they wanted more money from me after check out. Was told by TOMTOP to cancel my dispute with them thru paypal so I can get my refund. WRONG you don't do that or you may never get a refund. 1 Month won dispute thru paypal. SCAMMERS BE AWARE

After 05/23/2017 message " dear costumer,,," made for a bot as a automatic response just to make look as they care for you, ( even when I make a review by other sites like Sitejabber, the false message is the same " Dear costumer we are very sorry..."), nobody contacts me for real, same by email I just lost hope at all that my problem will be solved, it started in february. Is a shame a company with this size, so worried in merchandising their products, and dont have the minimum respect for a costumer after sales show any problem, I just can regreat now.

A question Mr.: shamy z. [TomTop Rep], how many times do you will ask for informoation about me and my order: until now I gived 5 fimes this information, not enough? And always: no contact, no solution, no respect.

NOTHING HAPPENS, of course, they don´t bother to verify my order or make any contact, the company tomtop maybe forget that are lot of channels like this one to help the costumers. I want my refund for the bricked phone they sale to me.

Confident with many reviews I decided to buy an smartphone from tomtop, usually make this kind of negotiation with another seller and never have any problems, the delivery was ok, but when arrived the battery heats too much and dont supports even 5 hours of work ( it supposes to hold 2 days for this model...), after trying contact buy email finally received a answer, they give me and address to send the defective phone, it was dispatched 40 days a go, and then the carrier said that the item dont reached the destination, tomtop support says that is normal, and suggest that I fix the item here in Brazil when arrives, I bought a new phone, almost top of the line to get and defective one and fix it myself? Just want to be refund and buy a functional phone, not to be used as a lab for a bad item.

After trying several of the top selling WEB SITES for Quadcopters and parts I found them out of stock or never stocked at all for my needs. TOMTOP not only had the parts but was able to deliver from China very quickly at no additional shipping cost. Great Job!

I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDERS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE FIRST ORDER TOOK 2 MONTHS TO RECEIVE THE GOODS THAT WERE DAMAGED.
THE SECOND ORDER I DECIDED TO HAVE THE ITEMS SHIPPED EXPRESS TO MY COUNTRY AND WAS CHARGED 21USD FOR SMALL HEADSET. I HAVE BEEN WAITING 30 DAYS AND STILL NOTHING.
