Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

They ask if someone of my family can fix it.

After chasing my order (and ignoring my Emails) for 3 months they finally replied that order was returned to them a month earlier. They offerred to refund or resupply order. I asked for refund which never happened. Now chasing Pay Pal for refund. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I purchased a kayak cover to fit my 12 kayak & 3 feet short. Sent pictures and asked for refund & final offer from them was 1/2 price back for something misrepresented & of absolutely no use. Cheap garbage anyway. I would have rated a zero but not an option. I STRONGLYADVISE YOU STAY AWAY FROM THESE rip off people. VERY BAD! Extremely uncooperative and not helpful customer service.

I order a product in 5/7/17. I got track no RL*******CH this is showing unknown destination from 1 month. I got a mail for my complaint that "your product is in your place and talk from your local post office". They asked for track no and I show the given track no RL*******CH. They said that track no is not working.

The worst tech support I've seen in stores in the Internet, more than two weeks and I'll wait my item purchased from warehouse Spain and i paid more for shipping it to arrive within 3-5 days, and so far I have not received anything since more than two weeks, i wrote more than 5 letters to support in Email, but unfortunately there is no response, more than 7 times I went to the chat site TomTop and when I'm just asking them to tell me (wait a few days), then end the chat without any help At last had contact in the chat told me there are logistical error and needs time to investigate and shut down chat rooms, knowing I have a tracking number, but i do not know where I put the tracking number, unfortunately, very poor company in technical support with customers and not have the sincerity with the customer.

During the purchase, they lied that "they are pushing the factory to hurry on production". Total BS. Now, they are lying that the item is no longer available.
LOL - I have personally spoken with Mastech - a very large company with 30 offices worldwide. The MS6514 is NOT DISCONTINUED in any way.
Now they are also trying to BRIBE ME WITH POINTS. First 200 points, and now 300 points. Basically 100 points = $1 - but only applied up to 30% discount against a purchase.
Oh yeah AS IF I WOULD EVER GIVE YOU ANOTHER CHANCE!

Fortunately, I used Paypal. I ordered a digital thermometer. After a week, the status was still "in processing" (should have been shipped within 72 hours).
I finally got them to respond and it was total BS - "we are urging the factory to push them out" and asked for 5 more days.
I immediately opened a ticket w/ Paypal and emailed all the Tomtop contacts for a cancellation. Their first response was "hey give us more time why don't you"? Totally unprofessional.
NEVER NEVER NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER BUYING ANYTHING FROM TOMTOP. I ordered a Hoverboard on Dec 5 for Xmas, and it still has not arrived. They immediately took my money and there is no tracking information at all on the item on their site, nor any indication it has shipped. They are not responding to any of my emails, and there is not way to contact them by phone unless you call China directly. HUGE SCAM SHOP, STAY AWAY! THIEVES!
