Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

I received the phoe UMIDIGI Note 4 and received it very fast, in 3 days. The phone is good but the sofware is not the top. They are some items missing in setting. You can't change the launcher etc... Globaly, it is very good regarding the price. Thanks for Tomtop for the excellent job.

This is the first time I got scammed by an eBay online seller. I bought a patio sofa from this unethical company but found out quality issue after few weeks. I contacted seller for replacement cover, and they did also offered me $10 refund which I refused because there is no way I can buy a set of sofa cover with $10. However, seller agreed to send replacement parts but I have to wait around 3 months to get it ship from China. I was so regret I trusted the seller by not opened any case or left feedback first. After 3 months waiting, I did not received anything and I no longer covered with the website and stuck with a defective item. They politely responded to every message like they have great service, but a good service will take immediate action to solve the issue for customer ASAP instead of GIVING YOU A BUNCH OF BULL$#*!.

I have the problem with Tomtop. I bought 2 their tablets on Ebay (Seller: tomtop_home) in April - got them but one had broken screen. The seller wrote to me to send it back to get my money back (68 USD). I sent it back (they received this broken tablet in June - sent via registered confirmed letter) and still no money and no replay! I tried to contact manager (emails, skype) but no results.
STAY AWAY FAR FROM THIS FIRM!

My item didn't arrive and I know postage from China to the UK can be slow but I checked and it was 26 days since I had paid so I emailed to ask where it was. I then read that TomTop do not pay HMRC (UK import tax) and sure enough TomTop told me the item had been returned by UK Customs indicating that they indeed do not pay HMRC. If they don't pay import duty, do they sell genuine or fake articles? Who knows?
Given that they don't pay import duty, and they did not tell me, my item had been returned (they waited for me to ask them), I decided it was a waste of time and cancelled the order.
Each time I contacted them it took 2 business days to hear back, they work overnight because of the time zone and they don't get back to you the first day that they can but the second day.
Customer service was therefore not terrible but I wouldn't trust this company again. Buy from a local supplier who you can contact and who pays import duty.

Reading good thing about TomTop made me come to a conclusion to go ahead and order the TomTop touchscreen/navigation system for my Mustang to replace the base model radio with the touchscreen system. When I got the shipement and installed it, I realized a few things wrong with the touchscreen. The colors were weird and purple along with the screen cracked a little on the bottom. This happens and I am not disappointed there, my disappointed comes when I send multiple emails asking for some customer support. I written those emails and describing my problem with no reply which by far is very disrespectful being that I spend over 300 dollars with TomTop. I am still patiently waiting for a reply that will probably never come. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
