Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

Buying a mobile from you was the worst experience ever, the phone stopped working after a month, I returned it to you and after I didn't hear anything about it, I tried contacting support for more than 14 times, they respond for the first time and after they don't respond, and they don't give a real solution, after they send me the old tracking number used when I purchased the phone in the first time, to act just that they send the phone but it was wrong, so I think that I lost my money and the phone.

Do not buy from TomTop. They are fraud.
I ordered WLToys q696 quadcopter in August 2017. They sent me a damaged product.At first, their technicians diagnosed that the problem is of the battery.
They did not send the new battery because they cannot ship just a battery to Australia. I bought a new battery for AUD36 and they refunded AUD30 for the battery.The copter still did not work with the new battery, because the quadcopter was faulty (See teh attached video). Now they are telling me to take AUD50 and get it repaired. Why should I do that? And who will repair in AUD50. When I said I do not want this product and I want a full refund, they stopped replying me. (Its been 3 weeks now, I haven't had any reply).
Does anyone know which Chinese authority to contact for fraudulent services?

I will never buy any products Here. Never Again.
I ask the staff via live chat to refund product (It is FAKE PRODUCT), and she just told me to just wait the products patiently, and kept saying 'NO'.
Tom Top should make 'Order Cancel' botton on their website, and prepare refund policy, and educate their customer service staff. Also they MUST know that the products they're selling are fake things. (LoL Sruprise dolls)
All the servicies are bad, and their staff was so rude to the customer.

I've bought on sale a 3d printer at too good to be true price but they dont ship it because my shipping address is too long! They ask me to shorten the address to few characters! Never happend to me before on any website! They want me to shorten the address so it became obscurely so item they will send will not arrive at me. So they will have excuse to stole my money.

Tomtop is the worst company to buy, for example a Drone! I´m from Brazil! I bought a DJI Mavic Pro Fly More Combo there! 1 month after the purchase, I was trying to turn on the drone, but it NEVER worked! The Remote Controller came not working! Now, I had to send everything to China (very expensive post) to they decide what happened! I will never buy anything from TomTop! And I will wait a NEW DRONE or REFUND! It was very very very expensive to not work!

I bought an 3 scooters and payed 1379$ because there website says that item is in stock and shipment takes 3-5 business days. Also in order I added a comment that I buy it only if its in stock. After 2 days of waiting they didn't provide me any track number and I contacted there customer service. They said me that its out of stock and offered me two options: to get refund or to wait when it will be avaliable. Last 3 days each day I am sending them letter that I don't want to wait and want to get a refund. And they ignor my desire to get a refund and all the time just replying that they will send it when it will be avaliable.
Now I opened a disput in paypal and have to wait a month to get moneyback.

Please think carefully before buying any electronics from TomTop. This has been my experience. I purchased a 3 axis gimbal for my GoPro Hero 5 when I mountain bike. I purchased from the TomTop site have reading reviews and watching some YouTube demos (who also recommend purchasing from TomTop. The price was very good $220.00. It arrived in about 10 days, but didn't work out of the box. After many back and forth e-mails about things that might fix it, I elected to send it back for a refund. But I was told that I would have to pay shipping. Turns out I had to return it to China and DHL charged me $100 US plus $7 for insurance. Well I figured, at least I'll get back a little over $100. So shipped it off, and then today I got a call from DHL saying the package was in China, but it would cost another $49 US in taxes and fees to get it into the country. At that point I through up my hands and said "send it back" I'm not going to pay anymore. So now I'm out a total of $327, which is about what the GoPro gimbal costs. Lesson learned. Great cheap prices on TomTop, but only if everything works and you don't need support or returns.
