Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I have purchased 3 RC Helicopters from your affiliates. So far a V913 was lost in shipping. My Walkera Master CP arrived but inspite of replacing all 3 servos and receiver it has never flown, it only flipped over and broke swashplate, canopy and various other parts. Ordered another V913 and it's overdue and so far I received 2 different tracking number Fedex and Yuntrack. Yuntrack says it's in Cinncinati and Anchorage. One thing for sure, it's not here! I ordered heli parts from Helipal in China 1 day after I ordered from you and received them 2 days ago. What's the problem?

This TomTop site is SUPPOSED to be their U.S. Warehouse, and all items shipped from it therefore DO NOT come on a "slow boat from China". I order some items from this site, HOPING that I'd get them in a week, since they were supposedly coming from a US Warehouse. I ordered them, as they showed "IN STOCK". After the order I got a confirmation, and then a couple days later a shipping notice, SHOWING THE STUFF BEING SHIPPED FROM CHINA! When I contacted them, they told me it was 'no longer in stock, so please be patient and wait for shipment from China". I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED HAD I KNOWN IT WAS COMING FROM CHINA! Took almost a MONTH to get the stuff after the shipped notice. I think TomTop INTENTIONALLY shows stuff "In Stock in US WAREHOUSE" just to get you to BUY, then they ship from China. This is FRAUD. I wouldn't trust these people again... EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM TOMTOP.COM!

This Chinese website sells products of all kinds: from clothing to electronics. However, my experience is based on purchases of clothing so I will describe only that part.
The clothes they sell is the same as in many other similar stores (same descriptions, same models, etc.) but, as far as I can see, the price is lower. One good thing about this shop is that it only sells clothes from a single vendor, so it's easier to find what you're looking for. The clothes are divided into categories, which makes it very easy to find what you're looking for. There are lots of variety within each category and many photos show the actual look of the product.
Shipping, usually are not included in the product price and shipping fee depends on each product, but there are many products that have free shipping to anywhere in the world. Keep in mind that shipping charges an extra to the price of the product and may not be so cheap to buy if shipping costs are very high. However, as I said there are many products with free shipping and the are all collected in a category called "FREE shipping".
The shipping time is relatively short compared to other similar web sites. The orders I have made have come to me in less than two weeks.
Finally, a tip: when ordering a product asks size that corresponds to your measurements, do not order the size that you have in your country because there is often different (I have an S on my country and I usually had to order the size M).

LP Style Electric Guitar DIY Kit review
I ordered the LP guitar kit as a fun way to learn more about guitars. I wasnt expecting Gibson quality, not even Epiphone quality, and TomTop.com delivered on a guitar kit that was well below both in quality. In fact the kit I was sent was great for fire wood, but not guitar building. I opened the package as soon as I got home to find a rough guitar body with a neck opening that was far too wide for the neck provided in the kit. I stopped unpacking the kit snapped some photos and sent an e-mail to TomTop customer service requesting a replacement. Customer service responded quickly offering a partial refund, but if I wanted a replacement I would be required to pay shipping back. I have rebutted this offer and am waiting on a reply.
If you are looking for a guitar, and think Tomtop is a low cost alternative, then please delete TomTop from your browser and spend the extra 25 dollar to get a used Squier, Ibanez or Epiphone. I now will get to back and forth with customer service to get a replacement or a refund.
Again look away from Tomtop.com for a quality guitar kit.
