Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I don't shop here very often but when I do the prices are good, every order is as described and dispatched immediately

Premetto che non conoscevo il sito web, ho acquistato un drone da circa 1000 euro con un pò di preoccupazione, non solo per i soldi ma anche per i tempi di attesa. Il prezzo era scontato di circa 500 euro rispetto ad altri siti web quindi ho pensato di rischiare. Il drone è arrivato in meno di 2 settimane, completo di tutto il necessario e con imballo eccellente (era disponibile anche il tracking number). Sono soddisfattissimo e mi sento di consigliare questo sito al 100%! Grazie TOM TOP!

I claim that I did not know the website, I bought a drone of about 1000 euros with some concern, not just for money but also for waiting times. The price was around 500 dollars less if compared to other websites so I thought I would risk it. The drone arrived in less than 2 weeks, complete with everything needed and with excellent packaging (tracking number was also available). I am very happy and I'm reccommending this site 100%!
