Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I was cheated out of my money by Tomtop. I was sent a wrong item, which I immediately reported to Paypal. I sent the item to the address provided by Paypal. Unfortunately, Tomtop left a false address with Paypal. The item was sent back to me weeks later. After consulting with Tomtop support, I resend the item to the correct address - by then I had already paid a total of over €125 in return shipping costs. Although I was promised a refund of €499.19 several times, I have not seen any of my money to date. Paypal had closed the case because it had taken too long. Now I have neither the goods nor my money - beware of this scam shop! I bought two times from tomtop, the first was ok, the second, horrible.
12 working days after paying the order is still in processing status. I Have requested for five times by mail to cancel the order and have a refund and I've received zero responses.
If you buy from them then you're in the hands of god and from what i know, he never gives customer support.

Please dont waste your money buying anything from tomtop. I had ordered a fidget spinner more than two months ago and i still have not received it. The customer service never replies. After writing a negative review on that site, they offered me with a 5$ coupon for writing positive review on three websites. They are alluring people with those coupon. Please dont buy anything from this site.

Ordered something, paid and then get an email the next day saying that if I want the item I ordered and paid for, it would cost me an extra $5. They said that this was due to increased costs from supplier, but when I checked today, 2 days after ordering, it was still the same price that I had paid. Con artists. Also customer service is non existent. Basically they said, pay the extra or go away!

I bought a few products and I received them all except for the 2 orders which were delayed in delivery. But still great since *******@tomtop.com take immediate actions and replies to my emails regarding the status of my orders, which I really like most. Keep it up TomTop!

I admit that most of the purchases I personally made on Ali. Everything suited me, coupons. Shares, good prices, a bunch of various stores, goods for every taste and color. But! Recently, Ali has become very unfriendly to his old customers, who has a great rating, who spends a lot of money there and makes a lot of purchases. Ali tightened the terms, leaving the buyer one-on-one with the seller! What we got, and the fact that the sellers began to deceive, expel the marriage or just lie, the buyer began to lose money, like me. Starting to look for an alternative on the recommendation of friends made a couple of purchases in Tomtop. The same coupons, promotions, support the store, and not one of the hundreds of sellers, fast delivery, good packaging and that's my new favorite among the many online stores! Tomtop has excellent prices and stands behind the products. I order regularly from them and the few times I had an issue they fixed it to my satisfaction. This is why I keep ordering from them over and over!
UPDATE: Bad experience today! I receive email with item at $48.09,54% off > $22.39. I click to order, the page shows $48.09 15% off > $41.26, not even close to the advertised email price! One hour later I click again on the email link and get: regular price $58.09 ($10.00 more than 1 hour before!) 21% off > $46.26 ($5 more than with the earlier 15% off! They are playing game with the supposedly "regular" prices and use false advertising! Not ethical at all! I had good luck with them before but this incident removed all the trust I had in them! I do have screen captures of those price changes but unfortunately I cant post pictures here. I DONT RECOMMEND THEM ANYMORE!

Shop tomtop for me was a kind of discovery. Many things here at very competitive prices. At the moment I have a few orders, all were satisfied. Shop all satisfied, delivery on schedule, description excellent. The product comes in perfect condition, although it may merit email. Overall the store tomtop put 5 points out of 5 and recommend it purchases.

The watch was packed up properly and looks like the one at the photos.
If you have some question before or after you had bought something the tomtop service answers within one day.
And the payment with paypal gives each customer an additionally safety.

Never heard of the "company" before May of 2019. They added our business to a subscription list without asking. After investigation, we find that they have a terrible reputation in many places *other than this site.
While I cannot speak to the quality of the service given while using them for business, I can tell you that we would never consider them - based solely on the spam-like nature of their first contact.

I ordered a birthday gift for my son on 11/23/15. His birthday was 12/18. I NEVER received the merchandise. After 2 emails of them telling me to be patient & bogus tracking info I didn't receive the merchandise. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and they refunded my money. Would never order from them again!

Do not buy from them. I ordered LOL dolls, the dolls look and feel completely different compared to when you buy them from stores in USA. The paint is scratched, the dolls smell terrible, the quality that they are made with is poor, and there was supposed to be surprise confetti inside the ball, but there was no confetti. Probably plastic very dangerous, going to garbage PS. So sorry did not read reviews before...

I purchased 3 items from Tomtop but they only send 2. Once you have accepted the package they have proof of delivery so you can't claim for the missing item through PayPal. I would highly recommend avoiding Tomtop but if you are purchasing more than one item I strongly suggest you create separate transactions for each item especially of you are buying higher value items. The Tomtop sites has lots of customer service promises which are all B. S. They wont even reply to your emails.

I ordered in this store audio players. Shipping was within 10 days. The quality of the goods was excellent, the goods were perfectly packaged. Unfortunately, one player broke down after 2 weeks. Contacting support, I quickly received a detailed answer how to solve the problem. In addition, the store refunded 50% of the amount i paid. I read here a lot of negative reviews, but they were not confirmed in my situation. The store is honest and I recommend it!

I like to shop in this store. In it there is a large selection of products that other stores do not sell. Typically, orders are processed quickly 3-5 days and attentive to the quality of packaging. All products that I ordered in the shop were absolutely new and serviceable. Customer Support appealed several times to clarify the details for my order, there are answered within 24 hours.

I do not know how this Tomtop website get its high rate here. My experience with them was terrible!
I placed an order of 14.99 USD on their website. Ten days later, received an email asking 'As the logistics has increase the prices level, would you like to pay 4 USD for the ship cost so that we can send your order.' Of course I ignored the unreasonable request. One month later when I asked online chat when would my order be shipped, the staff cancelled my order without my permission! And end the chat from its end!
I do not know when my money will be refunded yet.
Based on my experience with Tomtop.com, I strongly not recommend this website.

Please noone even think of buying anything from those scammers called Tomtop, they are the worst, yes, those sellers, should be banned from stealing people right and left.
I have bought a gear knob for my car and clearly ordered the short type, they sent me the long type and the worst part, they refused to refund me when it's clearly their mistake, they offered to refund me $5 when I paid over $23.
Please stay away from them.

Never buy from Tomtop! They delivered defect item, I must sent it back to China with high shipping fee and they did not refund my money! THIEVES!
They communicated just in a few messages and then they stopped responding. I bought drone but it was completely rubbish! Even mobile app is not working! Do not buy anything from Tomtop.
