Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars

On 12/18/2016 I purchased a Wltoys F959 Sky-King RC Airplane for $45.99... The airplane arrived damage inside the box, I emailed TomTop several times and even included pictures of the damaged part. I asked TomTop for a complete replacement, or just replace the part that was broken, or send me a return shipping label so I could send the damaged airplane back to TomTop for a refund. After 4 weeks and several emails back and forth with TopTop their latest email to me was completely in CHINEESE, I was so furious, I do not read or write CHINEESE! The damage to the airplane made it unable to fly. I was so mad I just threw the airplane in the trash and took the loss for $45.99...
I WILL NEVER BUY FROM TOMTOP AGAIN!

My first order was placed on 2016-11-19 for a camera to be shipped from the German warehouse. According to the description, the camera was on stock and usually would will be shipped in24hours. On 2016-11-28 the camera still hadn't been shipped and I canceled the order. I than ordered from Amazon and received the camera in 3 days and at the same price.
My second order was placed on 2016-11-27 for a Wifi IP camera. On 2017-01-12 (7 weeks later) I had still not received the camera and the tracking link only showed "Shipment information received". I wrote to customer service twice but never got any reply so I finally had to open a Paypal item not received claim.
All the time they kept sending me daily advertising e-mails from which I tried to unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link and although I got a message that I was unsubscribed, I still received the mails. Writing to customer support asking to stop sending them did not help either so I had to block tomtop all together.
My advise... spend your money elsewhere.

Ordered an item from them and paid for Priority Shipping (3-6 Days). I checked the tracking page for 6 Days since ordering and just saw that my item is still in "Processing" with no indication of what's happening. I got fed up and sent them a couple of emails but nobody replied.
After searching through their confusing website, i found another email address and sent another email there. Guess what, after sending them an email, that's when they sent my item out for shipping. The email also said to wait another 7-15 days from the day it was shipped.
NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE.

The product came. Specs from their FB page were "Stable Flight" and "720p HD Recording"
Flight was unstable. The app is too sensitive. And instructions included in the box is to vague.
Pictures are pixel-y. And seems like the pictures are taken from a year 2000 camera.
These guys are false advertisers too. DO NOT BELIEVE THE SPECS THEY PUT ON THEIR WEBSITE / FACEBOOK
Tip for consumers:
IF you really want to, go for standard (Free) shipping. it doesnt make a difference if you pay extra for shipping anyways.
