Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
I gave an order for 16 days, gave me a fake cargo code and I can not follow it, and nobody replies to mail and even blocked from Facebook. It is not an honest place, my order number: RF*******SG - CA17E20P0556-8GD413, can not follow the ordercargo, please inform me.?
The product eventually reached the elite but I am nervous, the customer service is responding too late and I have written the message from the Facebook systems, please give me your order if you are patient from bartered from there I give you 5 stars product elite reached...

My dear customer, i am very sorry to hear that, pls kindly advise your email address and order number, i will help to resolve this matter.
My first order from tomtop, said would ship in 72 hours. After 10 days and no update to shipping and no answer to countless emails to *******@tomtop.com and *******@tomtop.com I had to start a paypal claim. I will never even try to order from them again. I'll stick to banggood.com and gearbest.com, never had a problem with either or ebay. Stay far away... just a simple reply would have avoided the review and paypal claim. They havent answered paypal claim either.

DO NOT BUY from TomTop! They delayed a PROVEN defective problem for 3 Months! Pay Pal got involved, but TomTop did little to resolve this defective item problem!

I have been dealing with TomTop for the last few years. They are slow with delivery but thats to be expected since theyre shipping from China. My problem is that recently they have been using false advertising techniques. I bought a window cleaning sprayer but they DID NOT include the soap powder. No where in their add did they state that the soap powder WAS NOT included. I mean, would you buy a window cleaning product WITHOUT the cleansing powder? And for almost $10?! Also, I purchased a gel cushion with a photograph of a black cover. The cover DID NOT arrive with the gel cushion. A picture of a black cover (with FREE cover displayed on mailing box) was shown in their advertisement. I WILL NOT be dealing with TomTop in the future.
I contacted their Customer Service and they were quick to respond. They were completely unyielding in their response.

Arrived after about 1 week.
Gimbal Cam was not working.
Contacted Tomtop, no reply.
Opened a Paypal case. Then, I have to send back on my costs to the warehouse germany, from where it came (good luck, not to CN!)
But didn't getg back the shipping cost, thanks paypal I gat them back.
But drone was back on Friday 08 Sept 2017 (DHL **************)
But until today, I don't have back my money.
I get newsletters, and they wish, to leave my review. So here we go.
Have to wait, till paypal has end its sleep and I get back my money.
That sucks, will never buy on Tomtop again.
I didn't believe other reviews and comments in the internet. A lesson learned.

This was not a packaging problem. The Gimbal cam had a melted servo and was complete not working. If you have time for writing here more lies, you could also press the buttons to do the refund! Or do you wish, we scam you?
