Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
This is a spam site. They sold no stock items, bad support and fake prices. When you try to purchase price suddenly change. Dont waste your time with site, is one of the worst chinese sites to buy. Try before gearbest or banggood. This site is scam.

Part of my order was left out and I got no response from them at all! This went on for more than 2 weeks, I emailed them, filled out customer service forms 4 times and still got no response from them! They took my money and I had to go thru paypal to get it back! Once they have your money, they don't give a crap about you! I am sorry to say, I have told friends about this site! Don't order from them! Chinese rip off site!

At the beginning I was a little cautious but then i decided to make a purchase from TomTop. I must say that i received exactly what i ordered with a slightly delay. In fact i received a remarkable camera and was delivered to me with all its accessories.
Furthermore before order i had contacted with customer service a couple of times asking information about the product. They responded immediately the same day or at least the next day sure. So i my opinion is authentic!
I will continue to shop from TomTop because of competitive prices and a fairly number of products as well as their originality of them.

Well, I ordered a super cheap blouse at ebay, and later I checked them to see if they're good. So when I read these comments I started to panic, but believe it or not, I found it this morning in my mailbox, easy packed but the right product in the right size etc. so they did a great job and I think I would buy again at tom top! I live in w-Europe and it took 1,5 week to be delivered at my house!

When it did arrive, it was not well-packed and the boxes for the products were completely destroyed, so would have been too embarrassed to give as a gift anyway. I had ordered a drone for priority shipping and I have not received any emails stating if it shipped or not! Every time I try to email them it won't deliver! A shop full of cheaper goods than it offers to competitors. An advantage for European customers is a warehouse in Germany that offers a quick delivery time, but with a surcharge for postage. The goods are seamless, everything is fine, and you may also get a gift at the first purchase. The customer line and communication is excellent. I only recommend the store.

I have bought several items from Tomtop, including some very expensive ones, and I have always had a very good experience.
They are quick to post, and items usually arrive around 10 days after ordering (UK).
I have only had to contact them one time about an incorrectly formatted tracking number they emailed to me and they responded within a day.
In general Tomtop seem like a conscientious company and I will be using them in the future.

Purchased an Arctic Cooler which was a big mistake. It worked one day. They acted like they would stand by their product but it was just a run around. They wanted a video of it not working. Did that then they wanted to refund only a third of the price. We argued back and forth and I agreed to half. I do not recommend them at all. Would give them a zero if possible.

Total rubbish. Bought a guitar pedal from them, which arrived DOA. Approached them for replacement which they said would arrive within 18 days. 40 days later, no replacement. Emailed them. No response to emails. Submitted a paypal claim, got no response from them. 2 weeks later and still no resolution. A horrible buying experience. The annoying thing is this was all a relatively simple matter that any reasonable response from them could have solved!

My kids loved the spinners! They've already had them for a few days now and love them. The only issue was they were a bit hard to snap together. Other than that they have had nothing but fun with them! It has kept them occupied while in situations that are hard to sit still and concentrate, such as vehicle trips, church and just sitting. They were having fun mixing the colors between the spinners.

I ordered from TomTop because they claimed to send the item from a German warehouse within 2-5 days for a higher fare. Total crap. The only thing that I ever received after 8 days is a tracking number for a parcel from Poland. The only help I got after a lot of back and forth from the support center was the hint to talk to my local post office and customs. I even did. Of course for no reason, as no package was ever handed over to UPS. So in the end TomTop sold a tracking number for a non existing delivery for about 400,- Euro. Quite a price for a sticker... Please make sure not to order from this shop. It sells nothing but air.

Usually the products come within 2 weeks to the Netherlands sometimes even less but for the price you pay its really good value. Website layout is really good too and easy to find what you want.
