Website is good to save money and order very high quality products. Obviously there're lot's of chinese unbranded gadgets, but sometimes you can find also products from well-known brand at the right (ore cheaper than others) price. The only gap is about shipment: sometimes object from China or Hong Kong take too much time to arrive in Italy. And, moreover, tracking (if you choose that option) is not accurate: I received info about my shipment only when this were arrived in Italy. However, it's secure and you can buy safely from it.
I ordered ONE item, and tomtop.com delivered TWO items. Now they are demanding that I pay the shipping costs to return one of the items. Completely unprofessional! Take the time to check multiple review sites, and you'll understand. I wish I had done that before placing my order. Not only do I have to go to the post office and return the item that tomtop.com sent by mistake, but they also want me to pay the postage for the return. The responses you get from "Yeri" & "Faye" are completely absurd; they don't read what you're writing and just follow pre-written templates that are completely unrelated to what happened. A prime example of incredibly poor customer support. I will never order here again and urge others to think twice before placing an order with them. /Lars
DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. They are a scam company and all of their items are fake.
Literally bought my nephew "Pokémon cards" if that's what you can even call them. They were as fake as they could be. Pretty much printed on their own paper from a printer that we would get at a thrift store.
Thin, the box said forbidden light and it was anything but forbidden light, the cards were blurry and the printing was incorrect, the packaging said 10 cards per booster and it was 8 fake cards. All in all just a horrible company and speak the worst broken English. Save yourself the trouble. Luckily it was only a waste of $30

I have found Tomtop to be a great site with plenty of variety. I have had a couple of items get lost in the post (this has happened with other sites that I order of too) but when I contacted their customer services, they graciously replaced the items. Usually have some of the best prices on items. Not always but you can't win them all. Over all, highly recommended.

My purchase on 19 Dec 2016 never arrived. Every time I ask for a feedback from support l, I get a tracking list in Chinese and a promise that it will be delivered in 2 weeks. After 2 months they issued a refund that I never asked for, and when I asked them to send the product again they said it was too late.

This site takes your money, does not complete the order then cancels the order. So they have the use of your funds for a week and their support is awful.
They then want me to send credit card details by email!

This company is a total scam.
I ordered some christmas lights on Nov 11. I needed them by Dec 5 so I paid the steep price of 25.00 to expedite my shipping. It is now Dec 13 and i got an email that my shipment has been held up. This is over one month when I paid for 5 day shipping.
They refuse to refund the shipping cost, or refund anything despite the fact they haven't provided the service or product for which I have paid.
I will only get a refund once I send the items back. I have no items to return meanwhile they have my money.
They have not been helpful at all and it is a complete rip off 25.00 for 35 day or more shipping.

I brought couple of products from Tomtop and its amazing experience with it, as the products were delivered ahead of schedule and there was continues updates from Tomtop on the shipping and delivery. Also the product reached safely without any damage.
Best part is the price which is comparatively low compared to other sites.

I bought two mobile phones and one of them was not working properly. It was switching on and off all the time.
I wanted to return the phone and get a refund. I could not get in touch with them. After twenty e-mails they responded and following another 10 e-mails i finally was told where to send the phone. I had to pay for posting the phone back (and that costed me almost half of what the phone was worth). 2 months have passed and after more than 50 e-mails i still have no confirmation whether they received the phone or not and whether i will be refunded. I am still waiting.
That was definitely a Bad Unacceptable experience. Regarding their customer service definitely unreasonable and rude conduct.
Please also be aware that TOM TOP offers coupons to anyone that gives a good review (to various review websites). Therefore some of the reviews posted might not be that honest.

I ordered from TomTop, and had a positive experience. My item did take quite a while to get here, but coming from overseas, I accepted that from the start. My item was as described, and I had no issues.
I will say that there was very little, if any, contact from TomTop letting me know that my order was accepted/shipped/etc... This was remedied by logging into the TomTop website and checking the status on my order. It would be nice to get email updates as well.
Overall, positive experience, and I would shop with them again.

Prices are cheap, so are some of the products. Customer service is lacking. Lots of work and time to receive a refund for defective products. They also bribe customers (with promises of discount coupons) to write positive reviews... the positive ones may not be accurate.

I had a very bouncy experience with Tomtop, however, it was my fault and not theirs. During the making of my purchases, I accidentally selected the wrong product! Just within a few days, Tomtop services were already helping me get my purchase cancelled and a refund for it. They're extremely kind, understanding and helpful! This is the worst site out there, please do not use tomtop. I have repeatedly emailed them regarding a defective projector purchased from them, and they still have not got back to me after many e-mails and chat on website. I also have never received my Android box which was purchased from the same site. I have had to open a complaint with Paypal, and possibly will never get my money back.

Like other reviewers, I purchased LOL Confetti dolls and they were FAKE. They look real on the website but when we received them, we could tell they were not the real dolls. The people who wrote reviews saying they were authentic either don't know the difference between real and fake, or they were given an incentive to write a positive review.
Customer service refused to refund my money unless I paid the shipping costs and and even admitted in an email that the dolls were not real!
I will never purchase from them again. Stay away!

These people are at the top of their game when it comes to taking your money. They use false tracking numbers, as well as telling you everything you want to hear, so you'll believe they are making things right. They also advertise updated quality products, but in my experience I received a very poor imitation that broke in 5 minutes. When you have a problem with your order, except them to take 2-3 day's if they decide to reply. I've purchased hundreds of different items from China, Hong Kong, ECT... I have never dealt with a company as deceptive as Tomtop. They offered to pay me to write a positive review, so here it is, Tomtop is not just excellent, but damn good at taking your hard earned money and giving you nothing, or if you're lucky you may get something that wasn't as described. These guys are on top of they're game. Hope you have better luck than I did.

Basically, any positive reviews, I have to think are fake accounts to make this dealer look reputable. China company. Product said "Ships in 72 hours"... 6 days later, my order was still processing and I realized that meant it was Not in Stock. No "Cancel" button on the site and when you email them, they give you a blanket response:
