If you wish to have your resume written by some third grade then Topresume is your company. They have no idea how to write an senior management / extractive type resume. Even when provide a copy from which they could use a temple they still fail miserably. They will only provide you with a two page none descriptive resume, and when you ask them to go into more detail they tell you it is and extra $50. You would be stupid stupid stupid to use this company and by the way they offer no refunds.

If you are not getting the results or feedback you are looking for from employers than I highly suggest this service. My Resume writer included me in the process and took all my suggestions in consideration. She did an excellent job highlighting my skills and experience. I will definitely be recommending this service to any and everyone looking for a better opportunity. My interviews increased tremendously since using my new resume and cover letter. I could not be satisfied with the results.

I paid $189 for a resume and cover letter. I also paid $75 to have it posted on a bunch of websites. I sent them my resume in hopes that they would give it a polished and professional look. I somehow went from being just an hourly wage grunt in a very large fortune 500 company, to being a superstar manager that saved my company millions of $$. I also somehow managed to completely streamline the IT department. I was also responsible for change management and logistic control in my spare time. It was the biggest pile of $#*! I have ever seen. The language they used to define all of these accomplishments was so ridiculously over the top it was laughable. I sent them a rather heated response about the massive amount of lies and the blatantly trumped up language. I have yet to hear back from them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They were great. From the moment I submitted my old resume to receive my first rough draft. I was attracting the wrong employers at first(all sales) but my writer revamped my resume to showcase my potential into the finance field. My writer took my feedback and communicated with me through the whole process. If you need help with getting your resume redone I would strongly recommend it and the turnaround time is fast. Don't waste your money on it. It gets 2 stars because they do run it through similar software to what many hiring managers do. The 'collaboration' is nonexistent, they just ask you to review and make the changes you ask for with no discussion of why they arranged it a certain way or what. They basically just rearrange the info you already provide, and not always in a positive way. The writing itself uses odd language often with grammar mistakes. I'm almost certain this was written by a non native English speaker. I used to work closely with outsourced call centers and many of the small mistakes remind me of those made by Indians who learned English as a second language. Also noticed a lot of 5 star reviews way over the top, I'm guessing a lot of these 5 star reviews are fake reviews. Save your money, this 'service' is not worth it.

I am very happy with the work that TopResume did on my resume. Their ability to reduce the overall size while maximizing the use of key words has helped my resume get noticed. They also delivered ahead of schedule.

Don't expect a new resume in a few business days, but if you plan to look for a new job in a few weeks, this is a good service.

I got some very good feedback on my resume and decided to let is be rewritten by Topresume. I took the package which also includes a cover letter and LinkedIn profile. My experience:
- Topresume seems like an experienced company that knows what recruiters are looking for.
- The writer wants to think with you and gives you time for revision.
- The end result feels a bit over the top. I understand people want to see your experience, but it feels like I singlehandedly saved the company I work for.
- The template is very basic and focused on automated resume reading. It is not very visually stimulating.
- The cover letter is a bit of a let down. It is usable, but to me it doesn't scream "Invite me, because I really want that job".

I order the executive package from TopResume and I received my first draft within 48 hours.

Make sure you provide as much information to the writer as possible so that you will be able to have a perfect version!

The first draft was terrible, assigned to a new writer, they didn't deliver the resume in two days like the first and said if I wanted it faster I could pay a rush charge. Quoted they don't do refunds after the first draft, but the first draft looks like a high school student did the work or someone overseas that doesn't understand English. Maybe look at a company that actually does what they say the will do on the website.

I am very unhappy with this company. I purchase a cv review and linkedin profile review and was sent to an automated service in which I had to input 3 job adverts I would like to apply for. I realized this was the wrong service for me as I do not want a cv that is based on keywords found in the ads I supplied. I immediately asked for a refund and was told NO. Why? I did not use the services. I do not want to use the service. How can they in this day and age just refuse a refund? I feel robbed and am very angry. Beware and stay away.

After multiple emails this company agreed to refund me for services I did not at all use but deducted a 75$ fee for clicking the refund button. They made more money from me than if they had paid the reviewer to actually do the job …

Performing a juggling act has been my life for at least the last 10 years. This year, the juggling act was getting old, i am in middle of a residency ( nurse practitioner) and army reservist and trying to find time to work on resume just was getting further and further down my to do list. I am so thankful for TopREsume for getting started... thanks again. I will let you know how the job search goes.

Multiple writers, several grammatical and formatting issues, impersonal experience. Use LinkedIn to find a local resume writer.

I chose to use TopResume because of the number of positive online reviews even though they were more expensive than local writers. My experience was terrible. I worked with one writer who delivered documents with so many errors that I immediately questioned the validity of this service. After giving him multiple chances, and delivering an incredibly clear list of concerns I had that he failed to address, I contacted customer service and they switched me to a more senior writer. She was better, but still delivered documentation that was not employer ready.

I contacted customer service and they agreed to refund a portion of the purchase price. It wasn't a fair refund considering they didn't deliver what their website promised and the amount of time and energy I had to put into the process.

I had a lack of success and confidence with my previous resume. I had TopResume do a review and it came back and it showed me that there was a great deal of opportunity with an updated resume. I worked with Amanda and answered the simple questions. She took the info and turned it into a fantastic resume that quickly got me two interviews. I feel more confident applying for positions. My new resume tells an incredible story about someone that companies would be excited to bring into their interview process. Thank you very much.

The free resume critique they sent to me offers a lot of useful information on how I can adjust my resume. I really like these suggestions. Would be great to sign up for their professional service, but I find it is a bit expensive for me.

I have been applying to jobs for over a year and have heard nothing from any organization that uses a scanner. After realizing my resume may be outdated, I used TopResume for a revision. I was told by a friend who uses a scanner that my resume looks great and it is only a matter of time before I land my dream job. The writer at TopResume was quick and efficient, we emailed back and forth and nailed down exactly what I wanted to say, but didn't know how to write it. I am pleased with my experience and would recommend TopResume for anyone needing or wanting a revision of their resume.

I was initially hesitant to pay someone for my resume, but after I got a look at the job they'd done, I upgraded my package to include a cover letter, and that was excellently done as well. If you're starting a job hunt, you should seriously consider giving these guys a chance. They are excellent.

I wanted to revamp my resume originally as I was looking for another job within my current industry. I was happy with my original rewrite, however it generated ZERO interview leads (vs. Some I was getting before with my old format so obviously the upgrade did not help). I since then decided to change career paths and specifically asked for a specialist to help me do this. The writer literally just dumped my already re-written resume into a template and returned it a day later. Literally NO thought put into it. When I gave feedback, the writer brushed me off and literally just updated the resume with my Exact Feedback. Basically she did little to no work on it. I was SO disappointed and felt like it was a total waste of money. I gave the feedback to the Top Resume team and again heard nothing. Would NOT recommend.
