Based out of my experience I would not recommend this service. I had two writers assigned to complete the resume, out of which neither knew how to write a resume without spelling errors. Plus they only use one template for everyone which is a very old template from MS Word from some 15 years ago. All revisions made were ignored and they just do not keep document versioning from your comments to theirs. In my case, it was obvious that the writers were not acquainted with my field of work as many words and phrases used were generic and even redundant. To top on to all that the service is very slow to deliver the first draft, but afterward, they push to complete all revisions (2) within a week of first draft delivery.
I got a resume written three times because of ineffectiveness of their final product delivered to me. They have set of hidden guidelines to protect themselves to do re-work. At the end of the day, they claim that the writers are from your industry but NO, they are just good English writers. Every writers will have their own formats. NO/LOW QUALITY, poorly written and every stage you will realize their interest in $$$ instead of delivering you a product that can land interviews. In my package 60 days Interview guarantee was included and in last 6+ months not even a single interview call. Be aware of them and Be Careful.
They create a person who is not me. They change my main expertise and even my years of experience. It looks they did not read properly the information I sent them.
After paying I was notified that if I want to talk to them I had to pay more. I realized this is a joke.
Please do not allow these guy to robe you.

Their free resume critique is generated by a computer program. "Professionally written resume" is also created by a computer program. The program is trained on inserting key words and changing/re-arranging some phrases. The end result might go through a very light human editing, but in my case, the very few human edits made by a "professional writer" contained grammar and style errors. They will not refund, because all sales are final. This is how they make money.

Both our critique and writing are done by humans. There is an automated program called the ATS which we run your resume through. Due to the nature of intangible digital products, we do not offer refunds. However, writing a resume requires a long process of collaboration and revisions. If you are unhappy with your first draft, our writers are willing to make revisions. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you believe the final draft does not meet industry standards.
I had the best experience working with TopResume. I decided to have them help me with my resume, cover letter, and linkedIn page. I was a little hesitant at first, but I am so happy that I decided to give it a try. I worked with a woman named Betsey, she walked me through the entire process and made sure we had an open dialogue about my thoughts along the way. She was super patient and listed to my feedback, while also explaining why she would word or present concepts in a certain manner. I would highly recommend them, defiantly worth it.
Long story short - took 3 different people to get a resume to me. First two didnt even read my previous resume and was littered with grammatical and spelling errors.
Communication was piss poor from the beginning and they were so slow to respond. Paid $150 for nothing and ended up getting more interest with old resume. Run far away and fast.

I paid for resume services and linkedin profile that would be for an executive role. Immediately i knew something was wrong-they do automated messages, zero live customer service, and you cannot get a refund it you are unhappy. What i got back was highschool level and just awful. I tried to get it fixrd with them but they never respond. AVOID!
At first I was a little skeptical about using this service because I did not know much about it. I didn't want to spend money on a service that perhaps wouldn't help much. However, my initial thoughts changed as soon as I enrolled. Top Resume has amazing customer service. Their team works 24/7. Every time I called, they were polite and helpful. I didn't have to wait long to be connected with a customer service rep.
My writer did an awesome job of keeping up with my resume expectations. I was very assertive and clear with what I wanted my writer to provide. She communicated with me daily, and included all my feedback into a strong, bold, and highly qualified resume. I recommend this service if you want to boost your chances of getting hired. I want sure what to expect but after I filled out the form I waited the time frame given and Right on time received my resume. I thought their would be a lot of bank and forth with edits but to be honest only a couple of tweaks. I am so excited to show this bad boy off and how it highlights my accomplishments.

I had to file with the BBB to get a refund after never being contacted. This is a SCAM company - you are better off writing your own resume, trust me on this

I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. We do not use one template for everyone, in fact, we don't have templates at all. A lot of times resumes turn out to look similar because both resumes are formatted and written to meet industry standards. Even though there are similarities, each customer will still get an individualized resume.
First drafts can take up to 7 days, and the revision period is also 7 days. The first draft takes some time to be delivered because that is the bulk of the resume re-write process. Revisions can be done very quickly with collaboration and feedback.
