I ordered a make-over of my Resume' plus the addition of a cover letter. I received a response the same day, with a draft letter and Resume' the following day. Eventually the Resume' went through 3 drafts before I was satisfied. It appeared to me that the Resume' writer was not really familiar with my field(s) of study so that I had to request items be re-positioned in different categories within the Resume'. There were also a small number of instances where the English grammar needed correction. The Cover Letter style was good (as was that of the Resume') but I am not convinced it suits my needs.

Never wrote anything and won't give a refund. Terrible company. Katie Warren is a liar so don't trust her or this company.

A colleague told me about Top Resume last year but I didn't act right away. I have a background in writing resumes (years ago) so figured I could handle it on my own. Embarrassing to say that after six months of "write resume" on my to-do list, I knew it was time to take advantage of professionals to write it on my behalf. And professional they are. My resume, cover letter, and Linkedin writer, Danielle, not only crafted a compelling resume, she was open to feedback. With the subsequent edits, it spoke about aspects of my work that I hadn't even considered. She was able to pull out the meaningful details and still incorporate elements that were important to me. It was a great experience from start to finish and I have since recommended Top Resume to three additional peers. Thank you!

When signing up for Topresume, I was doing so based off of my brother's experience which described as really great and super fast. I am graduating college soon and I thought this service would be good for me. Initially, it took the topresume twice as long as stated to match me to a writer, it said 4-5 five days, it took over a week in my case, which was frustrating, but the deadline for me to get my resume draft stayed the same, so I wasn't too bothered. Until the day to get my resume draft came, and I got nothing, I messaged my writer who said that I would be getting my draft the next day, which I did not. I got my draft the following day and made edits with the writer over the phone, every edit I mentioned she countered me with "this is how we do this here." She promised that I would get the revised version that night or the next day. I didnt get it for two more days. I found the entire experience frustrating and when I tried to contact support the basically said sorry thats not up to our standards, and that was it.

My resume was etic and I could not find a company that would accept me. I was disapproved and rejected by fewer Companies because of the way my resume was written. Now, I perceive some significant changes. The companies that disapproved of me began to write to me and invited me for an interview. Thanks to my underwriter Fahim who has helped me to resume my resume in my way and uses his skills to make it look perfect. TopResume is a very good company to put your trust in.
