When I was told my resume would be done on a certain day, it was completed on that day. The first resume was amazing and only had 1 thing that needed to be change and all that was, was an address. Since my resume has been uploaded to all the job sites, it has taken a life of its own. I have received so many emails about jobs, it's totally crazy! Thank you for all of your hard work!

Very good. I learned what to improve, and what to change to increase my chances
The resume looks good at first glance but once you read the content of the resume it's very disappointing. The person who did my resume didn't take the time to read the information I had given them about my previous work experience so everything was very vague because they didn't know anything about my pat work experience. I have not received an interview and it has been over 3 months. I had to pay someone else to do my resume and was able to get an interview within 2 weeks.

Prior to using this service I was overlooked, by many of the companies I had applied to. After a week sending out the new resume, I had an interview and then was offered the position the next day. The writer helped me to understand what ATS is looking for and to spruce up my skillset and show that I can be an asset and that I do have transferable skills to get into the new career field that I have been looking for.

I chose to use TopResume because of the number of positive online reviews even though they were more expensive than local writers. My experience was terrible. I worked with one writer who delivered documents with so many errors that I immediately questioned the validity of this service. After giving him multiple chances, and delivering an incredibly clear list of concerns I had that he failed to address, I contacted customer service and they switched me to a more senior writer. She was better, but still delivered documentation that was not employer ready.
I contacted customer service and they agreed to refund a portion of the purchase price. It wasn't a fair refund considering they didn't deliver what their website promised and the amount of time and energy I had to put into the process.
