I had an outdated resume and several documents that would need to be pieces together to complete a new resume. I was worried that it would be difficult for my writer to create a cohesive whole, but Allen did a phenomenal job. Drafts were sent quickly, he was so communicative and helpful, and we completed the process by draft 2 and ahead of schedule. I highly recommend this service.
Received the services I purchased in the correct timeline. However, the format was not compatible for Apple devices despite my requesting that a universal format be utilized. Most significantly, I've had very negative feedback from recruiters and hiring managers with the content of my new resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn page. Even people I've worked with say they don't adequately communicate my skills and experience. The company offers no way to request a partial or full refund or contact them in any way. I posted this review on other review sites as well. The company contacted me to correct the issues by assigning a different person to rewrite the documents. Having no trust in the value of wasting additional time and effort working with someone else utilizing the same methods as the first representative, I requested a refund. The company refused to refund my money. So, I've wasted time, money, and still have useless documents. Please don't utilize this organization.
I contacted Top Resume for assistance in rewriting my resume for my current job hunt. They were quick to respond, had excellent communications throughout the process and worked with me efficiently to provide me with a well-written resume and cover letter that were a huge improvement over what I had been using.

I haven't got my CV written by them but I got their review on my current CV. The review was specific and gives some logical insightful direction for re-writing it. But other peoples review is not making me any interested to get written my CV by them. So, as their review was good, i gave them 3 star on the basis of this.

I am very pleased with my experience with TopResume. My writer listened to my thoughts and suggestions which along with the new formatting and complete redesign resulted in something I am truly happy with. In fact, after submitting my new resume only one day ago I already have a phone interview scheduled.

DO NOT USE TopResume!
It is copy and paste service that does not actually do anything for you.
Submit your current resume, answer all the questions and it compiles it all into a new resume with everything you type. Then adds key words for a position you want even if it is not in your resume. Basically they lie for you to get what you want but then you also do not know what your own resume says.
I even paid extra to speak to someone and after a half hour conversation, was asked to type all the changes I wanted them to make. So basically you pay for your own work. They didnt even send me a first edition for 9 days and then the second version that had many errors was not sent until the last day to make changes.
When I responded 3 times with changes, I never heard back.
Customer service responded once to my concerns but after responding to them 3-4 times, I again, never heard back.
After downloading my resume so I could make the changes that were obviously wrong, Microsoft Word also alerted me of numerous spelling and grammar errors that the "professional writer" produced.
I thought using this service would save me time and frustration while giving my resume the best possible look that employers are currently looking for, but after two weeks and having to correct all of the work they did, as well as paying hundreds of dollars, I am doing it myself.
Worst service ever.
Just use ChatGPT or write it yourself.

Actually speaking with someone that worked with you instead of copying what you type and pasting it into a premade form.

As an engineer I try an avoid writing as much as possible. TopResume allowed me to avoid a weak resume that has not landed me a single interview. The communication was prompt and I had a rough draft in 2 days. After 5 days I had a final version that was far beyond anything I could have done.

There were mistakes in the resume, sentences that did not make sense and it would not be one I would want to send out with my name on it. Sent it back for corrections and got more of the same. Asked for a refund they and said no but would connect me with a new resume writer. Ummm, no thank you

I recently worked with Robin J on my resume and Linkedin rewrites. She was fantastic to work with, very responsive to my questions and suggestions. I received a critique of my resume and all the suggestions they made sounded great. I went forward and purchased the executive package, When I received my first draft, I was shocked, as my teenage son could have written a better resume than what Kate M did. It was copied and pasted from my original resume. It was not a resume for an executive. I would absolutely not use their services. I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am, how I paid for the executive package and that is not what I received. Thank you Katie M and Top Resume for false advertising. I cannot stress enough do not use their services. Now with all of this I am without a new resume, and I have to begin the process all over again.

I submitted my resume through Glassdoor for a free critique from top resume, not expecting much. What I received back a day later blew away my expectations! I got back a thurough and detailed report looking assessing my resume through various angles. I was assigned a writer, given a date on which I would receive my first draft, and first thing that morning as promised, I had my new resume. They even included a cover letter for the same price because there was a two day wait while they placed me with a writer. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I didn't have a single comment to the first draft - it was perfect and so much better than I had hoped. They took my outdated and boring resume and made me look like a rock star.
