NEVER BOOK THROUGH THEM. Website showed one price at checkout and processed my card $40 more! Called customer service, they put me on hold and I've been waiting now for 40min! They just wait for me to hang up 100%.
I booked my mom's ticket through this site.
After booking I only enquired about the cancellation or modification fees. After that, they replied that there will be 50 euros charge. However, when my mom was standing at the airport with a confirmed ticket email from Virgin Atlantic and travel2be, airline people said the ticket is void and my mom (aged 65) cannot travel.
When we called travel2be we got to know that the ticket has been made void by them and they NEVER SENT A CONFIRMATION.
Apparently we had to book a ticket from virgin atlantic, thank god that there were tickets available for the same flight. What will an elderly person do in such case.
It's like you are happy for a month that your travel is sorted and on the day of travel, you get to know that your ticket doesn't exists.
THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER<.
FYI I never write a review and waste my time, but for TRAVEL2BE, I felt this should not happen with anyone.

Absolutely garbage service and they clearly don't care about customers. They only care about snatching your money even when it is not the customer's fault due to the airline changes or other mistakes made but not the customers.

I have booked a flight via the website TRAVEL2BE. As per previous experiences on different websites used I normally get my tickets in the same hour after booking.
It has not been the case with travel2be after I have done the booking.
I am of the belief there are plenty of clues that this site is a scam and therefore have to report it to the appropriate aviation authorities
2) When I booked the ticket I was presented with a price of Rands 6521 but after processing the amount I was charged is R7110 which is even far higher than what the airline (airlink) itself is charging.
I am so disappointed because I was lured with an offer which caught my eyes but the experience with the end results does not provide any happiness to me.
3) I checked with Airlink and the booking reference TRAVEL2B provided and the booking reference came invalid.
Please assist me with solving this issue.

You canceled my reservation. You authorized my card on June 1st, but you did not settle the transaction.
You seem to use this trick every time you can't secure the tickets at the promised price, I've seen the forums, I am not the first person who is told that his payment method did not go through.
You did not send the payment email you promised, and you canceled the ticket less than 10 hours after promising to send a "payment" email (which you didn't send).
I usually get a notification when a transaction is declined because my card limit was exceeded. I did not receive that.
You canceled the ticket the same day you decided to reply to my requests. I've also wasted money calling a paid number that you don't answer.
It took you 8 days to discover that you can't hold your end of the deal.
On the positive side, I am no longer bound to your service. I can only imagine the pain I would have gone through if I had to make any change to my reservation.
I wish that, one day, proper laws would hold you accountable. You definitely shouldn't be operating in the EU.
I don't know how your employees can tolerate this behavior, how they don't rat you out or they don't walk out on you. After all, they are frontline witnesses.

Travel2be have failed to answer their phone or reply to my emails. It has been over 3 months and I have not received any of my refund which amounts to almost $1000. Disgusting.

They are holding my 1500 USD that i used for booking a flight and flight got cancelled by the AIRLINE, they airline told me to contact the agent. Nd this website do not have a CS.
