This was the worst experience. I am a teacher and will be letting everyone know about how this site is run. The customer service was very rude and unhelpful. I needed a hotel immediately amd put in the dates for yesterday through the week and the system bounced off of my selected dates and certified a month ahead making it the wrong dates. By the time that I realized what had happened, the order was already submitted. I called one minute later after that time and the representative was rude and unhelpful. I wrote three times to the website trying to get help and it took all day and night to get a response and they charged me almost $75.00 for the cancellation and didn't even get back to me to be sure I had a place to stay or offer the immediate dates that I needed. I have never dealt with a poor example of a travel site and representative as this experience and will never recommend TravelUp to anyone!
Will use TravelUp again and again. They did their job 100%! I won't paint my entire vacation I just want to thank you for the good service. All my wishes were taken into account. It was the best vacation of my life. Thank you!

I had purchased 4 premium economy tickets from TravelUp and due to CrowdStrike IT outage missed my flights at the check in back in June/2024. BA issued another economy tickets for next day and refunded the taxi fares etc within 4 weeks.
Well, over 6 months now still no refund from TravelUp on the delta of the x4 premium economy vs economy tickets! Both TravelUp agent and BA have confirmed they have made the refund but accounting team in TravelUp just is not capable to process the refunds. I need to keep fighting them!
Further more excuse from Travelup for not paying for over 6 months, last email suggested refund issued on 12/jan now its 5/Jan/25 another 6 weeks later no refund are made, no refund invoice is issue.

I am unsatisfied with my experience at TravelUp. I found an identical hotel accommodation on Travelzoo.com for about $60 less. I requested that TravelUp honor the lower price and was informed that TravelUp does NOT match prices with other websites.

Airline agreed to a full refund due to cancellation as a result of the coronavirus but I received an email from TravelUp saying that I would only get a partial refund. Disgusting behaviour! This company is stealing people's money.
Today I went to the airport after long journey in the train for 50£. Setting up at 5 am and the flight is at 19:40. I got to the air port at 10 am. Did my pcr for 80£, at approximately 3pm i went to check for the desk number. I could see the time, but not the flight, i consulted the info desk. They check for me, the reply was " mate, this flight doesn't exist on our system, you need to call the provider of your booking," i called, my phone ringing for 3 hours because I was desperate. No answer at all, all what i heard " thanks for calling travelup, your are position 7, time remaining in the queue 4 min and 2 sec,,, for three hours.
My mom expecting me. My wife expecting after 2 and half years didn't see her.
They damaged me mentally so hard.
Stay away from them.
I do not intend to waste anymore time with TravelUp.
I waited over 6 months for a refund after being tossed back and forth; I was still short payed.
Avoid with all cost. They keep you on hold for a long time and hang up on you. Very unprofessional and outright scam. I repeat; avoid at all cost.

You have rooms available in the Ahwahanee Yosemite hotel. I called the hotel and was told the hotel was sold out. I am happy you were able to book a room for me.However, I initially received only a confirmation of the reservation from TravelUp. I requested from TravelUp a confirmation from the Ahwahanee Hotel; the responses that were emailed to me from TravelUp did not indicate that the Ahwahanee Hotel knew I was going to their hotel. I called the hotel and they did not have my reservation. This caused me to have a great deal of stress and anxiety for several weeks. I should have been told by TravelUp that it takes a week or two for the Ahwahanee Hotel to get the reservation information from TravelUp.

We booked the room on June 6 and paid the $486. We arrived for check in on the 21st and no one knew we were coming? The reservation had never been processed to the Hyatt where we were staying. It took us over two hours to check in and that's after being persistent and demanding that we get a room. I can guarantee you that we will never use your service again. Bottom line
The website made it hard to see things clearly so when I put in a booking for Nov 13 it came out as 14th and I didn't see it.
However caught it when I received the confirmation email minutes later and immediately tried to correct it to no avail. Spent hours trying to get someone on the phone who could help - just impossible.
Will NEVER use this site again and will go out of my way to warn people about it

I was due to fly to Madrid in April 11th 2020 but due to Covid my flight got cancelled. TravelUp offered me a credit voucher for the full amount of my flight ticket, but I had not received anything until today, after sending several emails and contacting them through their website throughout the last 2 years. Today, I sent them another email saying I would take legal action against them and... Finally they have sent me the voucher! They said they sent it Sep 17th 2020 and I have checked every single email from them many times and there was no credit voucher!

We booked a Hotel through Travelup to Belize to do some diving... Dive operator call us 2 days out to inform us that they would be closed due to inclement weather... We went through the cancel protocol with travelup, and got an email confirmation that the reservation was cancelled... However, It started and stopped there... Still have yet to refund us our money, but gave us every excuse to why... From backedup orders, to Covid19... Please DO NOT USE THIS company!

I had to pay a huge bill to call London and cancel my tickets. Most of that was due to the very long wait time. Then they charged me $95 to cancel even though I canceled within 15 hours of booking them. I will not be using them again.
I arrived at the hotel yesterday and they had no reservation for me on file. I attempted to contact travelup at that time to rectify the situation but all phone numbers listed on your website were out of service and not working. I had to book a reservation through the hotel at nearly double the price due to TravelUp not booking my reservation with the hotel.

I just booked a $6k hotel reservation for Puerto Vallarta for 9 nights. The cost seems reasonable so I was very excited about it. After putting in all of my personal and credit card info, it gave me an error message with confirmation number for the hotel reservation and states it may not have gone through. It states that one of the option may be to go back and try to book another stay but after reading all of the negative reviews here, I'm concerned this may be a scam and I will be billed for the first transaction. I did email the company so hoping to get it cleared. I will update this post.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I booked in December for a February trip. FOUR days before they sent me a sketchy, misspelled email from an individual named "Aaron" that there was an "urgent reallocation" and they were switching my hotel. I was fine with that until I got to the hotel and they told me the agency never transferred the monies and I had to pay the entire amount for the hotel (again). It is nearly impossible to get a representative on the phone and all they ever say is they will "check with the supplier." They never refunded me my money and I had to report them to my bank as fraud. I am surprised they are still in business but BEWARE!
I went through this sight to book a NYC hotel. I called hotel to make sure it went through and found out they were closed until end of year. Also the web sight was compromised and hackers got into my credit card account and stole thousands of dollars. Just to think if I did not do a check I would have shown up to NYC and found the hotel closed. You should really check what you are offering.

What a company of money grabbers these people are! By law customers are due A full refund during this pandemic despite what they say or change in t&cs are on its own website. Customers throughout the world are in dire need of money owed and all they do is keep as much as they can and make it hard for you to have a full refund. Dont ever use this company to book holidays of any sort.
I used this service for the first time and accidentally booked for one person instead of two, on the website the 2 person difference was an additional $500 but when I contacted travelup to add the extra person, I was given a $900 difference instead, meanwhile for two people in my room the rate is 2282.64 but they are trying to upcharge me $3-400 for making a mistake and catching it before the 24 hours is up. It's ridiculous

This is the first time I used your site to book a flight. I booked it and tried to cancel hours later because my partner told me she just discovered the dates were possibly going to change. However when I spoke to the CSR, who put me on hold 3 times over a 30-40 duration, told me there was a $50 cancellation fee and a non refundable booking fee. This was a complete surprise to me especially since every other online flight booking company I've used be has a free 24 hour full refund booking policy.

Our website does not change any dates inputted. The only way this may have happened if you had come along from an external site (kayak)
