My hotel reservation was completed without my authorization. After filling out the credit card information I left my computer for a few minutes and when I came back the reservation had been made already without giving me the opportunity to respond to a prompt to submit, approve, or complete the reservation or to authorize the use of my credit card. I have never experienced a transaction finalizing without my explicit permission to do so,
Before going through with the reservation on Travelup that felt too good to be true, I directly contacted the hotel to inquire about Travelup. They told me they've never heard nor have they ever done business with that third-party before. So this has me wondering what happens to the rooms booked with Travelup for that specific hotel?

Horrible, pictures on the website are not what was honored. I take medication that needs to be refrigerated. Major health concerns that could have lead me in the hospital. Once I had to pay an additional $700 just to have a refrigerator i was charged an additional resort fee of $295 keep in mind I paid $195 resort fee when booking through your company.

We can see that you confirmed your booking on our website directly and the room chosen by you was described as a Double (1king or 2dbl bed).
With regards to the resort fee mentioned this is a local charge and is payable at the hotel even when booking on the hotel's direct website. This is listed under the Property Mandatory Fee on our website under the hotel description (this is shown before the booking confirmation page).

I bought 3 tickets, same day I sent a question about the names on the tickets, they assumed our names were wrong and 1 week later they cancelled my booking. Names are correct.
Communication is a nightmare, the person who cancelled my booking didn't answer the phone, only sent emails bad writing and with short sentences. Her name is Michelle Vincent.
I am trying to talk with her supervisor or any office to handle the case and it is impossible. They hang up the call.
She cancelled my booking and now I have to pay the penalty. I didn't ask her to cancel the booking, she took the decision by herself. TravelUp must to take the responsibility and give me back all my money.

At first it would not allow me to book. So, I figured the hotel was full. Then I saw an email from you asking why I didn't finish booking and did I need help. So, I replied yes, then they sent me a link to finish my booking. I was very nervous as I had never had to book in such a way. I went through Kayak, never had I seen TravelUp. I will rest better when I check in and have no issues.
Company is a scam. Booked hotel several days ahead of time. Called hotel and no reservation. They kept money. Fraud. Called credit card and will report to attorney general to get people arrested and company shut down

I was charged for incorrect dates and told I would have assistance within 24 hrs. The only email I received I was told "this is clearly your fault" with kk resolution. I have disputed with my bank and will be filing a fraud claim. The worst service I've ever received!

This is a scam, they don't provide you with PNR number, you can't check your flight status. At this point I am only 3 days away from my trip and I don't even know if I booked my seat on this flight or not!

About your costumer service, they mess up with my fly, booked a fly to Brazil for me and my child 2 hour between connection, they contact me 2 months late to inform my fly hours has been change the option was waiting 6 hours between another fly, I asked for refund the email reply can be refunded after 6-8 weeks! Unfortunately your customer service line sucks badly, no one seems to answer the phone, they good at transferring to another person constantly and eventually you don't get nowhere than the line just gets cut off so I had to call back again and restart the process all over again and get nowhere again. It was extremely frustrating. I was trying to get a hold of someone for over 2 hours, and finally gave up on this. I absolutely hate hate this company, wish I had never did business with you…!
I will never do business with you and would never recommend anyone such a lame company to do business with. Train your staff how to handle customer service because obviously they don't give a $#*! about people or their phone call. I am so angry with you that I don't know what else to do!

Booking was quick but there is no reference number to find booking afterwards. Felt like I was scammed; money was taken out right away. I'll have to call the hotel to make sure my reservation really went through.

Had to cancel my reservation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The cancellation policy allowed them to charge me a cancellation fee of $58. That was fine. The $500 balance was supposed to be credited back to my credit card 15-30 business days later. Well, 33 business days later and no refund, no response from customer service... NOTHING! Filed a disputed charge report with my credit card company. Never using this site again!
I have planed and paid like a deposit fee for a reservation in a particular hotel but when we found a better one under them I email them if I can use my payment towards another hotel. They just cancel and fee my cancelation. Rude customer service and don't understand them well.
