We arrived Christmas night to a disheveled unclean messy property, inside and out. In addition, there were dead fly's all over laying on the floors, steps, counters throughout the entire house. We had to clean up this mess before making our Christmas dinner. Not Pleasant! The next day we were cleaning windows that were filthy to try and enjoy the view. The following morning were woken up before sunrise to seawater flooding inside the house. We seriously had to scramble out of bed to gather all our belonging as the water was pouring in, electric heaters arcing and lights flickering. Unbelievable! We were there for one full day of hell and were charged for two. Vacasa would not refund us not even for one day. We really felt mislead and scammed by Vacasa. In addition, there so-called support team stinks…Vacasa, Never Again!

I have tried and tried with homes through VaCasa and I just can't do it. Might as well get an AirBnb and save the fees. First of, our mediocre home was just about two times more expensive than a better home on AirBnb. We are trying not to use Airbnb because they destroy communities but VaCasa is just not the answer.

VACASA cleaning

We are very disappointed in the cleanliness of our rental, as well as others are, that rented in our area. Especially after their policy stated how well they clean and disinfect their properties! Will not rent through them again!

Rented a luxury home on the beach. I had many options, but chose this one because it had an elevator. My wife has medical condition and cannot climb the 3 flights of stairs Got inside the home, immediately checked the elevator, it was broken, did not work. Called vacasa and the reply was the property manager will contact t us within the hour. We called 2-3 times a day every single day of our stay and got the same reply. Noone called, No one came,. No one fixed the elevator. My wife had to sleep on bottom floor, The master bedroom was on the 3 rd floor. Could not have use of the home, only the small floor. What a fiasco! What a sham! I have never, paid over 1,000 dollars a night and had such abysmal lack of concern. No one cared. What was to be a 50th anniversary trip was totally ruined by these people who ignored us our whole stay

We arrived at the property after having
Made reservations a week prior. The home was Filthy! Obviously other vacationers had vacated the property Several days prior. They left 25+bags of garbage in the dining room all beds were stripped tubs full of dirty towels dirty bathrooms cobwebs everywhere and the SMELL! No response from Vacasa the management company. We met another group who had the same experience. No housekeeping and no response

Literally a two minute walk to lounge on sandy Gulf beaches, or relax by the shared swimming pool right in your own backyard. When it's time to indulge in some evening fun restaurants and bars are within minutes. Stop into the favorites like the Painted Marlin Grille, Louie's Backyard, and Palm Street Pier. I booked a house for a summer holiday. Vacasa cancelled the property with no notice. They were extremely unhelpful in making a a refund to me. I was left out of pocket because they would not return the full amount I paid.

Don't trust their pics

Rented a condo from them in sept 23. The condo was suppose to have a washer and dryer and had none. It was suppose to have cable although it was dry rotted according to maintanence so we had no cable. The floors were dirty and several items broke. There was 2 plates no spatulas horrible amenities. The place was nice outside of the condo. Tried asking for a partial refund or credit and have been ignored by the higher ups. I will never rent from them again and I advise you to never do it either. Don't waste your money. Rent from reputable companies that take care of their clients.

Be careful when you see a listing on Airbnb from Vacasa management. They do not accommodate guests and hide behind their policy. I booked a stay on Airbnb, which was termed "instant booking". When I was booking I didn't see that they had a 25lb limit for dogs. Normally, the host responds and says no this is against our policy and cancels the reservation. Not these people. Instantly booked the property and a week later they messaged me on Airbnb that I can't bring my dog because he was 30lb. Of course their listing was nonrefundable. They know they are keeping you hostage and don't care if you cancel because they are keeping your money anyway. This is predatory behavior, entrapment. Why would you want to book with a host that aims to entrap you?

VERY DISAPPOINTED
October 7, 2021

Unbelievably terrible. Great communication to get to list my condo. Since then, I've had numerous complaints and issues and have called, emailed, texted over 2 dozen times without anyone getting back to me. My requests were made to the manager, the sales person, owner support, 2 admin personnel.
They also have made my condo invisible to people that are looking, they have entered the premises of guests unannounced, complaints from guests of cleanliness, communication, internet, but worst of all the communication is non existent.
