I purchased wheels a couple years ago from vivid.super easy process and quick! I came back and bought my intakes for my f90 with a great price.will continue to buy my parts from them.great communication through the whole process.
I called to speak with a sales rep about purchasing tires and getting some information. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and describe to me how the tires would look on my truck. Once the tires arrive. I placed one of them on the rim and had it placed on the truck. I was told these tires will stick out from the side as I wanted and that was not the case. They were perfectly in line with the truck and that was not the look I wanted whatsoever. I called the returns department and spoke to the manager, Bailey, who said they would return three of the four tires. They would not return the one that was on the rim because it's considered used and not resellable even though it never touched the pavement. I explain my side to her and that these tires cost $850 a piece. She said I can return the three and be charged $40 for shipping per tire. I asked to speak with her boss and she said she is the highest authority in that department and would not let me speak to anyone else. Due to the incorrect information given and lack of help from the returns manager. The customer service rep should have told me he is unsure as opposed to giving me misleading information. I am now $1,000 in the hole and stuck with a tire I will never need. I spent over $3,000 on these tires I will never purchase another thing from this company. A $1,000 to this company is what a penny would be to me. This is just BAD Business.
Bought a bunch of items from James and I couldn't be any more happier with the experience. James is very knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. Always beats other vendors with pricing and shipping is also fast. Thank you.
Do not use this site to order car parts they double charged me for 1 item and i still havent recieved it. The customer service does nothing besides say they will look into it but nothing happens and no one responds back. Waiting for my claim to get settled with paypal for unshipped items. I've been trying to return a part I ordered from them worth $700 and they wouldn't answer my calls or emails. I've been trying to return it for the past 3 weeks! Seems like they are brushing it off so I don't return this part since it doesn't fit on my car!
There website sucks! It's a complete scam do not order online! I ordered a VIS AMS Carbon trunk and a seibon diffuser in September of 2021 last year for 2,300 dollars and still haven't received my order, emailed them like 15 times and when I call they say they will talk to the shipper and get back to me which they have never done and they are ignoring me completely and keep sending me fake confirmation emails saying it's about to ship it was supposed to be delivered November 18,2021! 0 Stars I already filed a complaint with the BBB over it and luckily I did a payment plan so I can still dispute after they're 60 days bs. Worst company ever!

Placed my order back on April 15th, have received no shipping confirmation. Keep getting bumped back from spot 1 to spot 5 while waiting to speak to a representative. Still have not been able to speak with anyone. Will not return voicemails or emails. Will be reporting them to my credit card company for fraud protection.
Ordered a console tray piece and after 3weeks emailed inquiring where the part was and got told shipping next day. 2eerks later email again they tell me we will look into it contact manufacturer so I attach the previous email asking why they said it would ship 2weeks ago, still no part had to call Visa start a dispute to cancel payment.
We ordered a part and were quickly charged for it. It still hadn't shipped in 2 weeks, so I reached out to find out when it would be shipping. I could not get anyone to answer the phone, so I sent an email. I got a response that someone would look into it and get back to me. Within 24 hours, no one had, so I sent another email. Then, I tried the live chat. I was able to speak with someone on the live chat who told me that I could wait and it would ship sometime, but no idea when, or I could cancel. I chose to cancel. I was told it would be 3-4 days to cancel and then 3-4 days to refund, I informed them that is unacceptable. I did receive a refund in 5 days, but I do feel like this is a fraudulent business. I think they only refunded because I told them I was planning to dispute on my credit card otherwise.

I bought a lift kit online, didn't fit. Called vivid racing, no answer left message, said they would call back with in an hour. Didnt happen. Email them day later got email back wanting picture, so I sent them. Another day got an email send it back, but no RMA number, which they said I had to have or they wouldn't accept it back. Will not shop here again.
Bought a part that was listed to fit my car. Didnt fit, sent back, they recieved it broken and blamed me for trying to force it on which i most certainly did not. Spend a few dollars more and shop elsewhere. Then they want to send me back a broken carbon fiber piece. Naw yall can keep it.

The customer service while on the surface seems great ends up being appalling. I've been racing motocross since 1991 leading to class 5 baja, back to motorcross, then on to utv's. Near in all my 28 years of racing have i have a company treat my order with such disregard. They will talk nicely enough to you when your on the phone but then just out and out refuse to contact you about an order. The online folks there were ignorant about the parts they sold, their web site and their absent vender(zrp racing). It took more than two and a half months to get my parts. If i could give these guys less than 1 star i would. And just for the record i'm usually the guy laughing and joking at the tract and if you do half way good biz with me i'll leave you a five star with no prob. Worse vender i ever dealt with.
I ordered some parts through vivid racing as they showed to be in stock as I placed the order 2 weeks later they email me that the items were on back order no big deal COVID has most things on back order. 2 months later I finally receive the items and they come damaged so I email vivid times replaced the items. They email back saying no they can refund $50 dollars off the $250 dollar purchase. Tired of dealing with them taking forever to reply I accept the refund. It's been 30 days since they offered the refund and they still haven't refunded the sorry $#*! $50 dollars and they still don't email me back. $#*! vivid racing I will never order anything from them again and I will not recommend them to anyone customer service was $#*! from the start.
Reached out to Chris at Vivid about a set of TE37SL for an E46. I asked A LOT of questions and he was very knowledgeable. He told me that I could even select a color and have them custom made. So far, I've placed an order and am waiting to receive the wheels. The experience with vivid has great so far. Efficient and professional.
Asked for refund on May 7th, said would take 5-7 business days. On May 18th I checked the status through online chat and they said they would be happy to cancel my order. They again said they cancelled it and I should wait 2-3 days for email confirmation which will then let me know about when a refund will be issued. Well, what is going on I ask?
Have ordered a few things from Vivid and have had fantastic service from them. I have more things on my list that I will be reaching out to them based on my experience with them. Great selection of goodies for my E92 M3. Shout out to Eric for the top notch service.

Did some shopping for my 700 Yamaha Raptor. Several ads popped up and although not the cheapest looked like a quality product. Glad I used my credit card cause IDK if I could have got a refund but regardless per their Email should arrive April 28-29th 3rd of May I call to eternal message saying standby! I email and they stated we will give you tracking number and they email requesting I put a profile pic for whatever reward or customer program they have. I don't want to join a club or whatever I just want my part so May 29th I email I just want my money back. Fortunately my cc company verified they issued my refund and I work hard like other men but my time is valuable! All I can say is don't advertise and collect money to waste my time! Also don't wonder why Amazon puts you out of business since you don't deliver what you advertise!

I ordered some rock sliders for my 2008 4Runner and during the order process it automatically locked in the billing address as the shipping address. I contacted them to change the ship to address and was informed that it was done. I actually received an email a day for almost 30 days stating the upgraded shipping address. I also tried to confirm the product purchased because my confirmation email showed the wrong item. I was also informed that yes it was the correct item.
I tried email, I tried chat, I tried phone. On the phone I waited for close to 30 minutes and THEN got a voice mail. Unacceptable.
In the end they shipped the wrong item AND shipped it to the wrong address. It cost me $160 extra to have it shipped to me. Fortunately the items did fit my vehicle but they were NOT what was ordered and I could not get hold of anyone to verify anything for weeks.
Do NOT order from these people. Their customer service is basically non-existent.
I recently reached out to Tanner Carver at vivid racing to assist with a previous order invoice. She was able to locate it with my last name even though it wasn't associated with my account. She was courteous and solved my issue.
I initially went in looking for a set to rim that turn out to be a little bit overprice and couldn't commit. Giving up the search my saleman (Ahmen) didn't, and pointed me i the direction of BC Forged. After i made my choice He even help me with offset and communicating with me till the end. I am extremely happy and satisfied. Just got my wheel mounted and its hella flush! Thank you Ahmed

Made purchase thinking I was getting something I wasn't, minutes after making purchase I called to cancel order. I went from caller #9 down to next caller back to caller #9, after a half hour on hold I was told I would get a call back (only being able to to leave a call back message). I then received an email that my item has been shipped after which I called again to let them know the problem. This time I was able to reach someone only for them to tell me the only thing I could do is to not accept delivery. The I received another email telling me there would be a 25% restocking fee.

I ordered parts for my RZR and waited a month for them to arrive. Only to find out that half were wrong and wouldn't fit. Then began the bs of "I need to contact the vendor", and weeks later "no they don't fit". Only to be told that I would need to pay for packaging and shipping for returns. And then refund would not be guaranteed if the parts were removed from the original packaging. Support from Vivid did not exist.

The truth about whether the parts fit and disclosure of the return policies would have been the best solution from the beginning.
