I've been waiting on a product to ship for over 6 months and they've done nothing but give me the run around. Asked for my money back and they won't do it. I've never had this issue with anywhere else. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
Company confirms an order (does not indicate at all that they do not have the wheel), then strings you along, when called rep tells me that wheel is on B/O and wants to talk me into another wheel although my order clearly stated just need one as all other 3 are ok. I cancel order and ask for full refund! And. Only 4 days later to receive another email asking whether I want to switch my order (that I cancelled) to another wheel and supplier. When I call again the rep tells me my order is still live! I tell her that I cancelled 4 days earlier, she claims not to see anything about that call. Still no refund processed... I cancel again and the rep tells me "that she will request a cancellation". Which might be granted 2-3 business days later and if cancelled it will take another 5-7 business days to get my refund. This is super bad customer service and I believe this company is close to be a scammer in my view. So, buyer beware!
Horrible customer service. Been waiting for nearly a year for an exhaust I purchased off them. It was a special order so they will not refund my money. Very upset and disappointed. Probably won't receive my exhaust until the riding season is over. These guys a $#*!s.
They sold me an item that they never even had in stock. Then after delaying my delivery several times, have just held my money for 8 months. Now they think a flat refund is acceptable, and have expressed that this issue is ok several times via email. 1 star because zero isnt an option. Dont do business with them, unless you like loaning money to strangers for extended periods of time.
I have called, emailed, chatted requested an update on their website and just get the standard manufacturer delay, now over 3 months. They are a joke as a business. If you ever need a product be sure to never use Vivid racing.
I was sent the wrong item. After 3 phone calls where you are on hold for over 20 min they auto hang up, numerous emails and chat online I still have no answer. Trying to return item. I was told they only have one person that can provide a return label and of course that person is gone for the day. The last thing I was told "return shipping is on you" I could care less but note taken on the rudeness. Terrible cust service, wrong product. Beware!
Ordered a part from them because the site said it was in stock. Since it was "In Stock", I ordered it rush, 2-day for $30 extra. I get an email from them a few days later saying its going to be dropped shipped from the manufacturer! WTF... I tried their chat and it's robo chat. No response. I emailed them, no response. I call them and its a recording that directs you to customer care, sales, etc. I try customer care - it says that service is no available. I try sales, same thing. CROOKS - DON"T BUY. You've been warned. If they continue to treat their customers this way, their ship is going to sink and I don't give a damn!
Nice going Dan, i'm not sure you are a real person. May just a fake entity, as dumb as a bot. Never can reach him, and I see in other reviews he's the one (bot) who is the bearer of bad news. I ordered an item from their website and the item was from their Clearance Deals section. I ordered and paid and was charged on my Credit Card. The next day I get some story the price went up and it is no longer the Clearance Deals, it's the regular price. Bla-bla-bla. I emailed the back stating it's their website, their Clearance Deals Price, now they canceled my order. Is it fair that they list one price and then renege on their price. What ever happened to contract law and moral policies?
Now in their latest email the imply that I canceled the order.
" Hello, Per your request we will start the cancellation process. Please note cancellations are not guaranteed until approved by the manufacture. Once this is done we will issue a refund in the standard 5-7 business days."

Called 6 x over 2 days. They placed my order on hold because they raised the price $100 after I already purchased it. They never answered the phone and each time I waited anywhere between 15 and 30 mins I got hung up on! I finally got through on a online chat and they refused to honor pricing and they didn't even offer to make things right or correct the website pricing. What a scam and to top it off I found the same item on Horse power freaks. Com and guess what? Appears Vivid owns them as well…. Neither CEO's where available for comment… could not escalate to a complaint call and my order was cancelled and I was promptly dismissed. Horrible horrible experience. Not to mention it's 4 days after I ordered it.
I purchased a PRL P600 Turbo last February of 2021 from Tylr Inglehart ( VIVID RACING) because I was told I would receive it No later then June, turns out I didn't receive the turbo until the End of December of 2021, during this time of waiting for the turbo I had also talked to the sales Manager Joseph Mills on a number times regarding the shipment status of my order that I was supposed to receive in June June came but there was but No turbo! I was told week after week and month after month by Tyler that the turbo will be shipped out to me! Finally I requested a Refund in August I was told then by Tyler Inglehart that if I was patient I'd receive a componentry turbo blanket with the turbo for the inconvenience, after receiving the turbo back in December of 21 I still do Not have the turbo blanket to this very day, evey time I call or email Tyler He comes up with some B-S Story! I called today I was told that Tyler Inglehart or Joseph Mills are no longer working there!

I ordered a rim in 03/21 that they said was in stock. After ordering i was informed it would ship directly from the manufacturer. The last email I received from them was in 8/21 asking if i wanted to wait, or get a refund. I decided to wait because I couldn't locate the rim anywhere else. In 11/21 i found one and requested a refund. No response. I've emailed several times requesting my refund, but I've never received any response. Their customer service is horrible!
I recommend don't buy here..

I'm still waiting for a refund for a part. I ordered the part on December 4, 2021.It didn't fit, I returned it within a week,(December 8th) with an approved return email from them and it's now February 7.2022. They emailed saying sometimes the banks have to do their magic before they release the funds. MY BANK HAS NOT RECEIVED DIDDLY SQUAT. I checked. That's lie number 4? I lost track. STAY AWAY. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PANDEMIC.

Specially reviewing bad reviews for this company, it tells you much of how bad this merchant is. Will never do business with this company again! Beware people, do your research before buying!

In May of 2021, I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks for my Lexus ISF. They shipped 3 shocks and informed me that the front left shock was out of stock.and will be available around mid August. I waited until September before emailing them about the status of the shock. I emailed them twice more after that, about a month and a half apart. And every single time, I was given an excuse that the manufacturer hasn't shipped out said shocks. The thing is, other businesses already have them in stock for months. I requested a refund, so that I can order it from another vendor. To this date, I haven't gotten a response. I have accepted the fact that I won't be receiving the shock or my money back any time soon. I recommend any prospective buyer to avoid this business like the plague to save unnecessary headaches.

Ordered part. Paid for part. Vivid sells for other distributors. Confirmation email says it will be drop shipped from supplier. No communication. Called vivid unable to get through to anybody. Decided after many attempts to click sales act like I was going to buy something. Somebody answered imagine that. Tried to find out about order. Oriental didn't know anything but did tell me when asked supplier was Meyer Distributing. She said she would call them but then hung up on me. So I Called Meyer they looked up order by order number. Part not in stock. Said they could drop ship it from the maker. I said I was already told it would be drop shipped. She said they sent email to get authorization from vivid to drop ship but vivid never replied. She said she would send email again. I tried to call vivid to tell them now won't even let me select an option. They have my money though. So buyer beware!

I purchased a clutch for my 04 mustang through Vivid Racing. The clutched seemed like a good product and the shipping estimate was fast. I looked at the company reviews to see if they were efficient in shipping, seeing as I needed the clutch immediately. Everything looked great on the reviews so I made the purchase. Delivery date came around and I received nothing. I followed up and saw that I was supposed to receive a shipping confirmation when the clutch left. I check my emails and spam and nothing. I was supposed to have the clutch and they never even sent it out by this point. I go to Vivid's return process in hopes to cancel the order and buy one locally, being that I was in need of a new clutch immediately. The policy stated that I could cancel the order without fee if I cancel before receiving a shipping confirmation, which I have not at this point (a day past my delivery date). I call, get the order cancelled over the phone and receive a cancellation confirmation and told to expect a refund in 5 to 7 days. The following day Vivid sends me a shipping notice stating they shipped the cancelled order, the clutch gets delivered to my house (after I find another clutch, mechanic, AND finish the installation), and I have yet to see a refund of any amount and a clutch I don't need. When I call again im told that they can refund it, after I lose a large fraction of what I paid for "shipping and restocking fees". Terrible service, poor communication, no execution. If you're ever in a bind and are considering Vivid for an urgent solution, just save yourself the frustration and go into your local parts store, I wish I did. Was first told the tail lights I ordered would be shipped in 3 days, then after calling it changed to 3 weeks, then after calling again it changed again to 3 months I requested a refund and was told I would receive a full refund after 10 days I called again to check on the refund and was told it was never ask for after verifying from their transcript of the live chat where their employee said she put in the refund request I have to still wait another 10 days for my money back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had.

Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
