Post which requested them to call back but they couldn't because my number is international. Manage to chat with an advisor Keaton who gave me his direct extension number and after making 5 attempts he was not reachable during his working hours.
Several weeks ago I ordered front Fender spears for a Shovel motorcycle restoration. I contacted Vivid Racing enquiring about the status of the order and they notified me that they initiated a ticket claim. Now here we are several weeks later ND still NO part.
I emailed Vivid racing to inquire about some wheels. Anthony from Vivid promptly responded and was able to not only answer my questions but was also able to get me the best pricing. The order was processed and I received tracking information in very short order. Couldn't ask for anything more. Great experience. Thanks for your help Anthony.
Ordered my parts Monday morning and I had a tracking number by Tuesday morning. Also very fast delivery. I was thinking atleast a week wait and they are scheduled to be delivered by Wednesday. Also had one of the owners of the company email me directly to let me know where they where in the process. Very good customer service. I will be ordering from them again for sure.
Tried to order a pair of gojaks. Said there was a promo for free shipping. Tried to order online but could not get free shipping. Emailed them about it and sent a screenshot showing the promo. They said it was too heavy to offer free shipping. So I then signed up for text messages to receive a 20.00 off coupon. Tried to enter coupon at checkout and said invalid coupon. Scammers!
My girlfriend purchased custom wheels from these guys which including tax at customs ended up costing around $8,000 AUD.
When we opened the boxes we where shocked to see that they where NOT what she ordered being the complete wrong colours.
Upset and obviously frustrated she tried to get onto the team who was quick to sell them to her but have not gotten back to her about fixing their mistake. She even sent photos of the exact wheels in the colours she wanted.
They have been ignoring her emails and avoiding her calls saying they are "on break" or "in meetings" every time she calls. They are now not even answering. Don't make the expensive mistake by ordering though these guys, you will not be helped when something goes wrong. They can't even get $8,000 wheels right.
THEY DON'T CARE. BEWARE.

When it comes to purchasing high dollar/big ticket items online for my FK8 Civic Type-R I'm pretty weary. I've dealt with vendors who've claimed to have products "in stock ready to ship" only to have $2000+ tied up in limbo for months while awaiting drop shipment from the manufacturer without an ETA or even an order confirmation, much less a response from the vendor.
This is absolutely NOT the case when working with Austin Smith@ Vivid Racing. His replies were prompt, and he went above and beyond when answering my many questions regarding product pricing and availability. He was able to offer me a great deal with fast, free delivery as well. I will definitely be reaching out to him again for future purchases!

So, I ordered them.
Several days later, I get an email stating the product I ordered was no longer available.
Understandable, it is 2021 after all. So I asked for help finding another set of wheels to replace the ones I ordered.
Nothing!
So I sent another email about a week later asking for my money back.
Nothing!
So here it is a month later, two more emails and a phone call, and...
You guessed it, NOTHING!
Ordering from vivid racing is the easiest thing ever, they take your money as quickly and simply as possible. The second you want to follow up on your order or in my case CANCEL it. You will not reach ANYONE by phone email or chat. I ordered and on the same day I wanted to cancel but who knows what'll happen now, they'll probably ship it and come up with some sort of excuse to make me pay for return shipping or a restocking fee or something absurd.
Ordered a simple part for my jeep in May. They promised I would get it early June. Naturally my card was charged@$200. Item never arrived, no update. I called and emailed. They promised I would get it June 28. Never arrived. After several more inquiries, they now say maybe in mid-late July. I think they may be scammers - watch out!
Direct contact with my rep who was super attentive to my requests. I will continue to do business with Vivid. They are exactly what online shopping for car parts should be like. Now I wait for my Braum seats to arrive from Santa for Christmas! Thank you
If your looking for a good performance alternative to the OEM Brembo rotors for the Civic (FK8) these are definitely it. I have mine pair with some Hawks HP 5.0s for pads aswell.
Been having good normal & spirited drives with these and haven't experienced any issues and are super responsive.
Vivid also shipped these out super quick, with them taking like 2 days to get here, so i was pleasantly surprised and excited when they got here so quick :)
I ordered a Steering wheel hub for my sc300 a year ago and it still has yet to be delivered to this day. I asked customer service both by call and by email and they were vague as to the reason but I basically got told that it was coming. They answered my email 2 months after I sent them and this was 4 months after I ordered from them. They had poor service with my order on their site as well. VR had finally updated my order saying that my order was "On its way" 4 months ago. Had a horrible experience with them.
Ordered item as listed on their website as being in stock as I was in a pinch and needed it asap. They take my money and send me a reply stating it may take awhile to get my part because it ships from vivids supplier.
After weeks have gone by I asked 3xs thru email on the whereabouts of my part as they advertise it to this day as being in stock... no reply from them. Then I go to their live chat and ask what's going on - no response... so I call them later only to be put on hold for 22 minutes and get hung up on.

Make sure they have what you are paying for! I made my order and paid 75$ for 2 day shipping. Was nothing on thier site that said it was on back order. It is going on 3 weeks and the have changed my shipping date again.
I had issues with the payment but they always answer my questions and help me with everything to process a new order and payment method, product takes a lil bit long to ship but finally i receive the confirmation email, thanks!
Kevin was very helpful and responsive. I considered several products from Vivid, from Exhaust System, Wheels, tires and several options within each category. Kevin was very knowledgeable about products, responsive on details and answering my questions. In the end I only got wheels, but Kevin still treated me with the utmost care.
I ordered a set of rims from them (a stock item) they held my order for a week then finally sent me an email about it. They claimed they needed to know the model and make of the car, I promptly told them no since these are off the shelf items not customer order. Then they never got back to me, I called, I emailed and still nothing. Finally I had to cancel the order (3 weeks now) and I still havnt got my $700 back. Totally unprofessional.

I ordered dakota digital parts that were back ordered, I knew that and was ok with the lead time. 6 months later when the items shipped not everything that I ordered and paid for I received. After reaching out to vivid racing I was told that there was a glitch on thier end and I didn't actually pay for the part that I never received. I sent them my receipt showing that I paid the money but was told I was wrong and I basically lost 100 bucks. If you're reading this do not do business with them. I've never been treated this way from a business.

Answer: They totally suck. O customer service at all. It's 2 months and I'm still waiting. Once I respond to cancel my order, all of a sudden they briefly wake up. Now they are back to no response. They give a bogus tracking number linked to no real shipper.

Answer: I cancelled my order 3 days ago. They shipped the order to the wrong address, but despite being COMPLETELY out of my control, they refused to give me a refund until they got the order (that THEY themselves had NO idea of the location) until they got it back. The FedEx tracking info provided said they got the shipment back AND signed for it 3 days ago, but I still have no refund. Can't get through to Customer Service via chat, phone, or email. I'm filing a complaint with PayPal.
