Don't buy anything from them, first check prices. I found that the same furniture they provide its way cheaper from other companies.

I purchased about $7,000 in furniture, my living room sofas, dining table, chairs for dining table, 2 coffee tables all for my self and 2 arm-chairs as a gift for my family as a gift. All this order I made within period of 2-weeks apart. And thats where I made a biggest mistake on my life. Before I receive first order I kept ordering more and actually since first order it was a mess. I received 1/2 sofas with factory defects and I called in for return and ordered a different one instead. They never picked up the one that I had to return and never got the money back for it. Then they never delivered my coffee table and in my wayfair account said it was delivered. Then my dining chairs where delivered and left in the drive way and nobody ringed the bell or called in phone, while we have been inside home. Then dining table that originally supposed to come on 12/23 was pushed for second half of january and in backorder. Then another 2 armchairs that I ordered for different adress they messed up and impacted every single delivery. Drivers gone to my cousin's adress instead to mine for every single delivery they supposed to made and no delivery happened in time neither to my house in their first try despite everything was made clear on files in my account and I called in about 100 times to ensure they don't make the same mistake with following deliveries. Their customer servise hanged up on me after I waited 15-20 min on the phone after they put me in hold. What a poor customer service and delivery service. This is my first and very last time shopping wayfair.

I have been waiting on my bed frame since November 4th. It was suppose to be delivered the 15th of November, but the confirmation date got changed to the 16th. That Tuesday on the 16th, I had to call and see what was the delay with the deliver and I was told the bed frame was damaged. I haven't been getting any notifications. I had to consistently call Wayfair and FedEx customer service to obtain information.
A new order was placed and I asked if the shipment can be expedited and was told theirs no way to get the package shipped sooner. A new delivery date was giving for the 22nd of November. Monday rolled around and I haven't received any notification of the package being delivered. I called Wayfair customer service again and they directed me to call FedEx. FedEx informed me that the package is in Niles, IL and due to the holiday, shipments are backed up and Friday will be the delivery date. Here it is Friday November 26 and no one can tell me when my bed frame will be delivered.
I would not recommend purchasing from this company! The wait time is ridiculously long with no accommodations. After already waiting two weeks for my package that got damaged, I couldn't get a rush order on the new shipment. Now it's almost a month since I made this purchase and I'm still sleeping on a friend's couch unaware of when I will receive my bed frame. SMFH!
I would give 0 stars if i could. Douche-bags. Ordered a watch on may 1st and according to these idiots and the order they were gonna ship it may 6th arrival may 9th or before. Faaaaaaaaalse advertising. I called on may 8th to check on the order and guess what the shipping date changed and nobody cared to notify me about it. They get away with anything these days. I canceled before anything could go wrong they probably don't even have half the items. EXPECT DELIVERY FROM THIS WEBSITE 20 DAYS TO NEVEEEEEER. This compay is a joke! I ordered a love seat that was advertised as 80% off and on sale. I placed the order, and paid for the item. The charge was plcaed on my CC>. The next day, while trying to show my daughter the item I had purchased for her, I noticed it was in my cancelled items. After further investigagtion (as Wayfair never contaced me to inform me) it was discvoered that Wayfair had misrepresented the price and that the actual price was 400.00 MORE! My order had been cancelled without my knowelged and they refused to honor the agreed upon and paid for price. They told me I shouldn't feel bad as I wasn't the only customer affected by this, and that the best they could offer was 10% off another item.
Wayfair is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER! I placed my first order through Wayfair last week. I ordered a coffee table in white marble with chrome legs. I received the table, opened it up to find the interior packaging for the legs had "EMPTY" written in huge black marker. It was of course, completely empty. No legs, just a table top. So I ordered a replacement which was fairly simple, 2 days later I received my replacement. After opening the box, I realized that they now sent THE WRONG TABLE! This table had gold legs, not chrome. So extremely frustrated, I reached out to customer service and ordered YET ANOTHER REPLACEMENT! Customer service told me that they would make it right, and that someone would verify the order prior to shipping. 3 days later, the order status changes to "CANCELED". Now they send me an email essentially telling me "sorry about your luck, we don't have that table, you will get a refund at some point. Here are some recommendations for some other stuff you should order from us"! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING FROM WAYFAIR unless you are looking to give them an interest free loan for a few weeks.
This company creates unnecessary chaos for first-time customers. And it seems others agree; with a 65% of bad reviews out of 100%. Wow; seems those issues should have been solved months ago.
I ordered 3 bookshelves from Wayfair on 9/8/19. All were to arrive 9/13/19 and be installed 9/14/19. Unfortunately, from the beginning, I entered my email incorrectly - off by one letter; and I apologized once I learned what had happened. As a result, no one could find the order # nor merge the incorrect account with the corrected email account. A product I purchased, could not use because the account was not accessible to me. Thus I could not access my own account for any information, to make changes, nor turn off auto-renewal on my Handy service payment, etc.
Nope, in this day of technical know-how - I was not allowed to access my account at all because the email was listed incorrectly and thus a cascade of events unfolded.
1. could not access the incorrect account that contained my current order and financial info. Was told to email my "incorrect" email and retrieve a new password. I got right on that advice.
2. orders were not delivered on time; nothing was received when it should have arrived. No notice. No apology.
3. supervisors unable to solve the problem after multiple emails and calls.
4. and then there is the time when the supervisor does not call back when the call disconnects...
While the items online look nice, the service is anything but that with supervisors doing little except to state their hands are tied. I returned the items and await refunds. The company now wants to send a 10% gift and an apology, a duplicitous gesture.
I purchased a Shaker wardrobe armoire and purchased the "expert" assembly from Handy. The armoire came in two boxes over a period of four days with the assembly set up for two days later. The order was placed on 12/19/21. When the man assembling the armoire arrived he showed me one of the doors had scuffs on it that would need to be colored in, not very large scuffs but some on the door. After the armoire was assembled I looked it over and tested it for stability and found that on the right side panel when looking at the armoire the rear leg was a half in shorter than the front one and caused a lot of wobbleing. I had to correct the wobbleing by placing a wedge under the leg. After complaining to Wayfair they rwefunded #168 to mw but offered no resolution to the wedge under the leg. As for as the expert assembly the contractor from Handy told me he didn't assemble furniture very often and the his primary profession was a roofer and did not know how to hang doors. Consequently one of the doors is somewhat crooked and does not close properly. I contacted Handy two days ago and asked for help with the door and as yet have not heard from them. Today is 1/4/22
Wayfair uses false advertising and lied about every aspect of this order of furniture. They lied about next day delivery. I received an email that it would be delivered in 3 days and left on the street (where it could be stolen). I called to cancel the order since I only had someone to help with next day delivery and I could not carry a nightstand up the stairs to my home. They REFUSED to cancel even though it hadn't left for delivery. I spoke to several people who said they were supervisors but weren't and after an hour I got someone who said she was a manager who still REFUSED to cancel the order. She refused to give her full name so I could contact her again to track the order and virtual chat didn't work, because no one would be able to bring the shipment in from the street if there was not next day delivery. She refused to give her last name so I could follow up. Several years ago I ordered from them and they delivered it to another address several houses away and I swore I would never buy from them again but I had someone to help me for one day only. Every other company I have used from Amazon to Walmart to Target has a cancellation policy.
I placed my order 1 month ago for 2 buffet table and I only experienced nothing but nightmare ever since. First, the delivery day. Their delivery system is a joke! First of 2 attempted deliveries failed because their lazy drivers dont even bother calling me or going outside of their truck to ask the security guard in our building.

I shop 90% online now because it is hassle freem but with Wayfair is nothing but nigbhtmare! I ordered two tables a month ago and I only got one. First, Wayfair told me that when they processed my order, they automatically assumed that since it was for 2 tables, that is was a duplicate order. So they cancelled my 2 orders for table and only processed one without even bothering to check with me. So when I called the first supervisor, a month ago she confirmed that it was their mistake and would processed the second table. Four weeks later, I called and was told that I would be get today, December 15th! So I called today to check on my delivery, and I was told that there is no delivery, because the order was never processed or was cancelled, and that there was absolutely nothing they can do to expedite the process! I've rescheduling my house warming party waiting for this table! I have never have issues like this with Amazon, Ebay, Overtock. Wayfair is simply very incompetent!
