I ordered a bed over a month ago, was told twice now it was back in stock gracie told me I was third on the list to get one of 142 beds in stock, she was super nice too, real convincing. Bed has been delayed 7 times now. Lied to twice now by customer service telling me I would be FINALLY getting the bed. I was told it would be here on 10/9 and it still isn't here and I'm pretty much fed up at this point and about to call the BBB and make a formal complaint. I spoke with someone on the phone - she PROMISED me it would be here in 2 days and it still isn't here and it still says backordered. I'm livid at this point. Disgusted by this horrible experience and horrible customer service. I want my bed, Don't buy from them, it's a scam, their customer service lies to you. I explained my isseus to them and they told me to "cancel my order, take a 10% off coupon and order something else". No thanks, 10% is insulting considering the amount of lies I've been told and I certainly have no desire to ever buy from them again. BUYER BEWARE

They charged me finance on their non interest when they advertized interest free finances, then when I complained they said it was my fault because I didnt deal directly with their bank, I also never recieved their card either, 26%, if I had known I wouldnt have used them.
I ordered glass top dinning table. They ship the glass top and the base separately. I received the top within two week but never received the base. I waited one more week and called them to see where the base was. They told me it at my local independent delivery company and i have to call them directly. I call the local delivery company, they told me they never received it and told me to call wayfair. I called wayfair again and let them know its not at the delivery company. They said they will talk with their freight manager and get back to me within 24hrs. They did get back to me and told me they dont know where the base and would be happy to send me replacement and offered me 10% discount. They told me the replacement would take 3 weeks. I agreed because I already have the top, it would be a hassle to return the top. Thought it would be better I wait. I waited 3 week the same thing happened they LOST the base AGAIN. Unbelievable! In this day and age how can you make major mistakes twice? Your competitions will eat you soon. I told them take the top back and I will take my business somehwhere else.
NEVER. EVER buy furniture from Wayfair!

Wayfair stayed June 23rd for a delivery date. Now xpo is stating june 29th. The delivery item is a washer that is greatly needed. I chose wayfair to get a faster delivery.

I needed a Mattress and a Bedframe by 08/11/2019 as our Granddaughter was coming to stay on the 9th, I ordered both on the 4th with an est delivery of the 7th for the Mattress and the 8th for the Bedframe.
On the 5th I got an email saying Mattress will be delivered on the 6th and the bedframe on the 7th.
I did indeed receive the Mattress on the 6th but I'm still waiting for the Bedframe which consisted of two packages and apparently the delivery company lost one package on the 8th, I was told that Wayfair couldn't phone the delivery company to ask what had happened.
On the 11th I got an email saying 'Our commitment to you is that we will provide a resolution by no later than the end of the day on Thursday the 14th', I'm still waiting.

I ordered a platform bed over a month ago, I received an email stating that my order was going to arrive the next week on that Thursday. I kept checking outside to see if my bed arrived, but I waited & waited & still nothing. I checked online & noticed that the order was still being processed, but my money was already taken from my account. I called CS & expected a decent answer to what was happening with my order, CS agent told me that I should recieve my order by the 15th of March the latest. I get text updates, they sent me one on the 6th saying my order was shipped out, it is the 17th of March now & it is saying that my bed will be shipped to the agency my March 30th & I will receive it 2-3 days after that. My bed has been at this one terminal now for 5 days! Wtf! I will never order from Wayfair ever again. The worst thing is to have to wait for something you really need & have to deal with BS from CS screwing up. Over $800 in 1 order & over a month wait so far, this bed better be magical!
Ordered and received a Mikula upholstered bed. This ended up being pure JUNK! Wayfair provided no option for return, but instead stated I needed to reach out to the MFg., however, the # they provided was a non-working #. This bed fell apart once it was used in our guest room. Unfortunately, it was just outside of a "30-day" return option. I disputed this through my CC and Wayfair sent back info to my CC that was purely false and reversed charges. No one at Wayfair would work with me originally and that's why it fell outside a 30-day return. This was a bed in our guest room and wasn't used as soon as we received it and put it together. We were afraid of the quality but decided it would be fine for a guest room. Stay clear of WAYFAIR! They are not interested in making sure their MFG are reputable and they are not interested in their customers either. We were forced to keep this piece of crap and had to invest additional money to make this bed worth keeping in our guest room. Wayfair offered me the option to return the bed at my own expense, but ZERO refund would be forthcoming. I'm going to pay for a return, find a box big enough, and zero refund, I think not. I'll NEVER ORDER FROM WAYFAIR EVER AGAIN! So long Wayfair, and I'll be sharing this experience with everyone I know as the reviews were mostly likely

I paid 33.00 ffg or the wrong shower liner and they kept 11.00 for shipping when I returned it. Why would any one buying from these thieves.

I ordered a shower enclosure through them. Their website was full of contradictory information about the item, so I called and ordered through one of their representatives and had them triple check to make sure the correct size was ordered. They sent one that was COMPLETELY THE WRONG SIZE IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. Their system is set up to JUST KEEP SHUFFLING YOU AROUND. It took TWO MONTHS and talking to and emailing over 10 representatives. They were mostly nice, but any time I finally thought we had the issue resolved and a correct size being sent then they would start me completely over talking to someone new. They NEVER DID SEND THE CORRECT SIZE! Ultimately, they pretended like they had resolved the issue, gave me a refund, and blocked me from putting a review on the product so I could help others avoid the same fate. (They wouldn't allow a review because the item had been "returned".)
I ended up ordering the product through Lowe's. They were more expensive, but TOTALLY WORTH THE EXTRA COST TO NOT DEAL WITH WAYFAIR! Unlike Wayfair, their site was totally clear, there was no question on the size I was being sent, the correct item was sent the first time, and delivery was twice as fast.
I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WAYFAIR AGAIN!
