I ordered a T-Shirt in the beginning of June and i still haven't received it yet. Its total bull$#*! and im tired of waiting for this one simple T-Shirt. Now its saying it wont come until October and that is complete and utter $#*!. They need to get their $#*! together because their customers are dropping like flies
This site has some really great things, and at amazing prices. But it also has things you wish you never bought. There is a real ambiguity of quality here. However, the site is great for giving refunds on items that are broken or severely misrepresented.
I have shopped with wish for over a year, I haven't had a bad experience yet mind you items comes from China it does take awhile to get here and when your item does not arrive by the date you can ask for refund and they don't give you a hard time. Just remember to read the description.
I'm from Michigan and I've used this app multiple times and have never once had a single issue out of it. My items are great quality. But if you see something you absolutely love, buy two of them. Because once it's sold out, it's gone.
Delays with delivery doesn't update tracking information don't recommend using their services is definitely a better store it was the first and last time I ordered something from them it has been written that delivery is from 2021.01.06 not available from 06.01.2021 no tracking information as of that date I hope to receive a shipment

I ordered five(5) items last November 2020. All items were scheduled to be delivered by December 13,2020. Not only did I not receive the items I was informed by customer service that a refund had expired. I'll never order from Wish ever. I'm really angry.

I started using wish in October and found a lot of name brand makeup products for extremely cheap prices. Most of the items I ordered have came in (after like a month-long wait) however it is clear that these products are indeed not name brand. You have to check which store you are ordering from because the majority of the stores on wish are based in China that make knock-off items. There have also been a few items that I have not received but when I requested a refund I got one. I definitely would not save any credit card information on here. It's just an overall sketchy site.
Myself and a friend used wish to order many items. For him only one out of 5 arrived and getting a refund proved impossible, they extend the period you should wait for and then disable the customer support link to obtain a refund. These were not cheap, they were coats. For me I ordered 8 items, all cheap but them immediately (after I'd paid) told me they were out of stock and allowed me to claim refunds. Only one of the 6 arrived and when I chased they say give it a week and again the customer service link is disabled. The other two are marked as arrived but haven't. I've deleted the app now and will never use again. Use eBay and buy the cheap stuff from China, it's way more reliable.

I like the site and they are very good at helping out where possible as Ive had some items not arrive and they have refunded with no problems.
With clothing they can be a problem though as they normally come to small and thats probably the worst thing about this site. But over all I still use it.
I ordered a trike that had manufacturing defects. Despite their 30 day return guarantee they never sent a prepaid shipping label. They had my credit card
Charged twice. Also, the company that shipped it to me did not exist at the address. Given. WISH kept saying they would get me a refund but never did. Worse scam ever!

Item took months to arrive. When it arrived it was the wrong size. Customer support was beyond awful. They spent days arguing they had fulfilled the order correctly despite me supplying photos of the item and their confirmation email, both with different sizes. Just avoid.

Lied about shipping dates. Repeated emails are responded to with links to the tracking information which I had from day one. Just round and round. Frustrating. Will never order from again. Learn from my mistake. Avoid like the plague. Run, run! Leave me. Save yourself!

I paid for three items but got only one. They promised a refund but I was shocked at the amount credited into their own record because they said I must use it to buy things from them. They have no customer service or contact system as their programmed customer service system could not handle a lot of issues

Cheap mass-produced Chinese junk, this website will have no hesitation to take your money and not give you any merchandise, it is surprising that anyone would buy from this company with such a bad rating with the better business bureau. Some of the worst ratings that I have seen with any company.

Paid for 7 items and was then advised that delivery times would range from 1 to 8 weeks. I've now received 2 items of poor quality and cannot make any contact with customer service. A total turn-off. STEER CLEAR.

I had written another review of the horrible treatment that wish's customer service had given me. What devious liars they are. So I branched out and made a complaint to the better business bureau before my 30 days to request a refund were up so that it would be documented that I was requesting one. Less than a week after BBB contacted the company, they sent a message that they would refund the full amount, including shipping. They did not ask for the measly one wrench, out of 1299 that I was supposed to get, back. So they said 30 days on the refund, still waiting after a week later.

I recently ordered 3 sets of Elixir guitar strings from Wish. What a rip off! They arrived reasonably quickly but when I put them onto my guitar I realised that, although the strings appeared to be in an Elixir packet, and in individual envelopes, they were not in fact Elixir strings (high quality gore tex coated strings) but ordinary old strings which sounded completely dead. Beware!
I had a feeling this was too good to be true especially because of the prices. I paid the $1 for the so called free gift and chose the serving tiered platter... I received an envelope in the mail with nothing but screws! The sender was from China and it listed my account through Wish! Thank goodness it only cost me $1 to realize what a crock this was! Buyers beware!

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.

I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Another seller told me item had been dispatched then told me it was out of stock on each occasion customer service was really bad if you like a gamble this is the site
Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
